And the conference information can be yellow marked in a yellow mark form, and the yellow marked conference information is added to the blank note to generate the intelligent note. The conference information can be modified in forms of thickening, underlining and the like, and the modified conference information is added to the blank note to generate the intelligent note.

And finally, using the Paint object and the Canvas object in the onDraw () function, recognizing the track information written by the user and then drawing the track information on the Canvas object, namely drawing the written track information input by the user in the area except the blank label in the area corresponding to the blank label.
After the user executes the marking operation instruction for the handwritten conference information, the conference information (i.e. handwritten track information) corresponding to the marking operation instruction is input to the AI processing end through the textrecognizielisener () interface for track recognition, the corresponding conference information (i.e. the content obtained by recognition) is returned, and the returned conference information is drawn on the canvas, that is, the conference information corresponding to the marking operation instruction is added to the corresponding area of the blank label for display, so as to generate the intelligent note.
In some embodiments, the meeting information of this embodiment includes element information corresponding to a plurality of meeting elements, and in implementation, the element information corresponding to the plurality of meeting elements in the meeting information is displayed in a plurality of display areas of the intelligent note, where the meeting elements and the display areas are corresponding. As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment provides a schematic diagram of an intelligent note, where the intelligent note includes a plurality of display areas, one display area is used for displaying meeting contents, one display area is used for displaying meeting time, and one display area is used for displaying participants and the like.
In some embodiments, the present embodiment may remind the user by:

In some embodiments, a blank note is displayed on the display screen, and the index parameter input by the user on the blank note is received. As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a schematic diagram of a user inputting an index parameter. The user inputs the number of the star signs by lighting the star signs displayed by the blank notepaper.
In some embodiments, the metric parameter includes at least one of a number of stars, a score, a priority. Optionally, the user may input the number of the stars by lighting the stars, or determine the importance level by directly inputting the score and the priority.
In some embodiments, the present embodiment provides any one of the following reminding methods:
mode 1) reminding a user according to the display state of the intelligent note;
in some embodiments, the user may be alerted according to the display color and/or jitter status of the smart note.
In practice, for example, the display color of the smart note changes from green to yellow one hour before the start of the meeting event, and changes from yellow to red 15 minutes before the start of the meeting event.
And mode 2) reminding the user according to the participant information in the meeting information contained in the intelligent note.
In some embodiments, the information of the participants is obtained, and a reminding message is sent to the participants according to the information of the participants to remind the participants. The information of the participants comprises at least one of mailbox addresses, mobile phone numbers and social account numbers.
In implementation, the information of the participants is obtained through an IOT (Internet of Things) server; and sending a reminding message to the participants through the IOT server according to the information of the participants to remind the participants. For example, the mailbox address of a participant is obtained, and a reminding message is sent to the mailbox address through the IOT server end one hour before the conference event starts. If the mobile phone number of the participant is obtained, a reminding message is sent to the SIM (Subscriber identity Module) card number through the IOT server one hour before the conference event starts.
In some embodiments, in combination with the importance of the conference event, the present embodiment provides the following reminding methods:
(1) and if the number of the star marks is 3 stars or less, determining that the importance degree of the conference event is low, and reminding the user according to the display state of the intelligent note in a corresponding reminding mode.
According to the implementation, the intelligent tag can be generated according to the conference information input by the user, the intelligent tag can be displayed on the display screen, for example, the intelligent tag is suspended at the preset position of the display screen, the user is informed in the form of backlog, and the user can obtain the proceeding state of the conference event represented by the intelligent tag according to the display state of the displayed intelligent tag.
(2) If the star mark number is 4 stars, the importance degree of the conference event is determined to be middle, and the corresponding reminding mode can be that the mailbox address of the participant is obtained, and a reminding message of a mail is sent to the mailbox address through the IOT server before the conference event starts.
(3) If the number of the star marks is 5 stars, the importance degree of the conference event is determined to be high, and the corresponding reminding mode can be that the mobile phone numbers of the participants are obtained, and a reminding message of a short message is sent to the mobile phone numbers through the IOT server before the conference event starts.
In some embodiments, according to the monitoring state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note, in each preset time period before the start of the conference event, the user is reminded to different degrees in a reminding mode corresponding to each preset time period.
In some embodiments, the present embodiment monitors the progress status of the meeting event represented by the intelligent note through an AMS (Activity Manager Service) monitoring class, and determines to send a reminding instruction to the IOT server before the meeting event starts, so as to remind the user through the IOT server.
In implementation, the intelligent interactive display device performs reflective registration of the IProcessObserver through the AMS monitoring class, indirectly obtains the ActivityManagerService through the ActivityMangerNative, and then performs real-time monitoring on the conference event after registering the IProcessObserver in the service.
The IOT server and the intelligent interactive display device establish communication connection through an MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol. The MQTT is a 'lightweight' communication protocol based on a publish/subscribe (publish/subscribe) mode, the protocol is constructed on a TCP/IP protocol, and the MQTT can provide real-time and reliable message service for intelligent interactive display equipment with few codes and limited bandwidth. The instant messaging protocol is low in overhead and low in bandwidth occupation.
The intelligent interactive display Device comprises an application layer and an IoT DMA, and the two parts are communicated through processes, wherein the IoT DMA (IoT Device Management Agents) is a group of native processes running on the intelligent interactive display Device and provides services such as IOT access of the intelligent interactive display Device, bidirectional communication with an IOT server, intelligent interactive display Device Management, remote upgrade of the intelligent interactive display Device and the like. The IoT DMA is used as the system service of the intelligent interactive display equipment to keep long connection and is used for realizing long running of the IoT service.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a system architecture diagram of an intelligent interactive display device and an IOT server, where the intelligent interactive display device includes an application layer and an IOT DMA, the IOT DMA maintains a long connection as a system service of the intelligent interactive display device, the intelligent interactive display device and the IOT server communicate through MQTT, the intelligent interactive display device monitors a conference event represented by an intelligent note in real time, and sends a reminding message to a mailbox address, an SIM card number, a mobile phone number, a social account number, and the like of a participant through the IOT server according to a monitoring state, so as to remind the participant to participate in a conference on time. In implementation, the IOT server can obtain the employee information set, that is, the basic information of most or all employees, including names, email addresses, SIM card numbers, mobile phone numbers, social account numbers, and the like, by accessing the internal system of the company and other manners, and after obtaining the names of the participants in the conference information input by the user, the IOT server matches the participants from the stored employee information set to obtain the information of the participants.
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment provides a plurality of reminding methods for an intelligent note, and the specific implementation flow of the method is as follows:

605, acquiring the information of the participants through the IOT server, and sending a reminding message to the participants through the IOT server according to the information of the participants;
and step 606, reminding the user according to the display color and/or the jitter state of the intelligent note.
According to the embodiment, a plurality of schedules can be generated rapidly by combining AI handwriting, star-level management is carried out on the emergency degrees of the schedules, different reminding modes are carried out according to different star levels, and therefore the importance of different meeting schedules can be distinguished. For example, according to 1 star mark, 2 star marks, 3 star marks, 4 star marks and 5 star marks input by a user, reminding modes of different degrees are provided, and the reminding service of 3 star marks and below can remind the user of backlog by changing the intelligent note from green to yellow one hour before the conference event starts and changing the intelligent note from yellow to red 15 minutes before the conference event starts. The 4 star mark reminding service can acquire participant information through an internal IOT service of a company when backlogs are created, and after the participants are selected, the conference backlogs are sent to mailbox addresses of the participants, and conference attachments can be sent to mailboxes of the participants in advance. The 5-star reminding service can acquire the information of the participants including the mobile phone numbers of the participants through the IOT service of the company one hour before the conference event starts, and sends short messages to each participant one hour before the conference event starts to remind the participants, so that the participants can be ensured to enter the conference on time. And dividing note recorded contents according to different star levels and different reminding service degrees. In this embodiment, a preset character is further added, and meeting information that is after the preset character and is in the same row as the preset character is directly determined as element information of the meeting element corresponding TO the preset character, such as TO: 2022.01.0108: and 30, automatically recognizing meeting time, and sending TO: the subsequent numbers are used as conference time to monitor the conference time, and the conference event can be issued to the IOT server and the IOT server is issued to the mobile phone terminals of the participants, so that the reminding function is improved in applicability and operability, and the user experience is enhanced.

reminding a user according to the display state of the intelligent notepad; or the like, or, alternatively,
and reminding the user according to the participant information in the meeting information contained in the intelligent note.
As an optional implementation manner, the monitoring and reminding unit 801 is specifically configured to:
and reminding the user according to the display color and/or the jitter state of the intelligent note.
As an optional implementation manner, the monitoring and reminding unit 801 is specifically configured to:
acquiring participant information, wherein the participant information comprises at least one of an email address, an SIM card number, a mobile phone number and a social account number;
and sending a reminding message to the participants according to the information of the participants to remind the participants.
As an optional implementation manner, the monitoring and reminding unit 801 is specifically configured to:
acquiring the information of the participants through an IOT server;
and sending a reminding message to the participant through the IOT server according to the information of the participant, and reminding the participant.

and according to the monitoring state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note, reminding the user to different degrees in each preset time period before the conference event starts in a reminding mode corresponding to each preset time period.

monitoring the proceeding state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note through an AMS monitoring class, and determining that a reminding instruction is sent to the IOT server before the conference event starts so as to remind a user through the IOT server.
As an optional implementation manner, the IOT server and the intelligent interactive display device establish a communication connection through MQTT.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the following steps:
receiving meeting information input by a user, and generating an intelligent note according to the meeting information, wherein the intelligent note comprises the meeting information, and the intelligent note represents a meeting event determined according to the meeting information;
and reminding the user according to the monitoring state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note so as to remind the user of the progress state of the conference event.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (25)

1. A reminding method of an intelligent note is applied to intelligent interactive display equipment, and comprises the following steps:
receiving meeting information input by a user, and generating an intelligent note according to the meeting information, wherein the intelligent note comprises the meeting information, and the intelligent note represents a meeting event determined according to the meeting information;
and reminding the user according to the monitoring state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note so as to remind the user of the progress state of the conference event.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting information includes element information corresponding to at least one meeting element, and the generating the intelligent note according to the meeting information includes:
and generating an intelligent note according to element information corresponding to at least one conference element in the conference information, wherein the conference element represents information required for executing a conference event.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the element information corresponding to the conference element in the conference information is determined by:
and when the meeting information is determined to contain the preset characters, determining the meeting information which is behind the preset characters and is in the same line with the preset characters as element information of meeting elements corresponding to the preset characters.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the meeting elements comprise at least one of meeting time, meeting content, participants, and meeting accessories.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an intelligent note based on the meeting information comprises:
displaying a blank note on a display screen;
responding to a marking operation instruction of the user on the meeting information, adding the meeting information corresponding to the marking operation instruction to the blank note, and generating an intelligent note.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the meeting information includes element information corresponding to at least one meeting element, and adding meeting information corresponding to a marking operation instruction to the blank note in response to the marking operation instruction of the user on the meeting information includes:
and responding to a marking operation instruction of a user on element information corresponding to at least one conference element, and adding the element information corresponding to the marking operation instruction to a corresponding area of the blank note.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the meeting information is entered by the user in an area other than a blank note.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving user-entered meeting information and generating an intelligent note based on the meeting information comprises:
displaying a blank note on a display screen, receiving conference information input by a user in a writing area of the blank note, and generating an intelligent note; or the like, or, alternatively,
displaying a blank note on a display screen, receiving conference information input by a user in other areas except the blank note, adding the conference information to the blank note, and generating an intelligent note.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 and 5 to 8, wherein the receiving the conference information input by the user comprises:
receiving handwritten track information input by a user in a handwritten mode, and identifying the handwritten track information to obtain the meeting information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein receiving handwritten trace information input by a user through handwriting, and recognizing the handwritten trace information to obtain the meeting information comprises:
receiving handwritten track information input by a user on whiteboard handwriting software, identifying the handwritten track information to obtain the meeting information, and displaying the meeting information on the intelligent note.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting information comprises element information corresponding to a plurality of meeting elements, and further comprising:
and displaying element information corresponding to a plurality of conference elements in the conference information in a plurality of display areas of the intelligent note, wherein the conference elements correspond to the display areas.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the alerting the user comprises:
and reminding the user according to the importance degree of the conference event.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the importance of the conference event is determined by:
determining the importance degree of the conference event according to the predefined importance degree; or the like, or, alternatively,
and receiving an index parameter input by a user, and determining the importance degree of the conference event according to the index parameter.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the metric parameters include at least one of a number of stars, a score, and a priority.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein receiving user-entered metrics comprises:
and displaying a blank note on a display screen, and receiving the index parameters input on the blank note by a user.
16. The method according to any one of claims 5 to 8 and 15, wherein the blank note is used for representing content inserted on an interface of whiteboard handwriting software.
17. The method according to any one of claims 1 and 12 to 15, wherein the reminding the user comprises:
reminding a user according to the display state of the intelligent notepad; or the like, or, alternatively,
and reminding the user according to the participant information in the meeting information contained in the intelligent note.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the alerting a user according to the display status of the intelligent note comprises:
and reminding the user according to the display color and/or the jitter state of the intelligent note.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the reminding the user according to the participant information in the meeting information included in the intelligent note comprises:
acquiring participant information, wherein the participant information comprises at least one of an email address, an SIM card number, a mobile phone number and a social account number;
and sending a reminding message to the participants according to the information of the participants to remind the participants.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the obtaining of participant information comprises:
acquiring the information of the participants through an IOT server;
and sending a reminding message to the participants through the IOT server according to the information of the participants to remind the participants.
21. The method of claim 1, wherein the alerting a user based on the monitored status of the meeting event characterized by the intelligent note comprises:
and according to the monitoring state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note, reminding the user to different degrees in each preset time period before the conference event starts in a reminding mode corresponding to each preset time period.
22. The method of claim 1, wherein the alerting a user based on the monitored status of the meeting event characterized by the intelligent note comprises:
monitoring the proceeding state of the conference event represented by the intelligent note through an AMS monitoring class, and determining that a reminding instruction is sent to the IOT server before the conference event starts so as to remind a user through the IOT server.
23. The method according to claim 20 or 22, wherein the IOT server and the smart interactive display device establish a communication connection through MQTT.
24. An intelligent interactive display device, comprising a display screen and a control circuit, wherein:
the display screen is used for interacting with a user;
the control circuit comprises a processor and a memory, the memory is used for storing programs executable by the processor, and the processor is used for reading the programs in the memory and executing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 23.
25. A computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of a method according to any one of claims 1 to 23.
