8. The system of claim 1, wherein the billing module performs differentiated billing based on service usage of the service user.
9. An internet appliance access method as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s100, the Internet access control device receives an Internet access request signal from the Internet access equipment;
s200, when the Internet access control device receives an Internet access request signal, the Internet access control device checks the equipment information of the Internet access equipment;
s300, the Internet access control device checks the equipment information of the Internet access equipment which has requested to be accessed, and then sends the checked equipment information to the client information management device to request the subscription information corresponding to the equipment information;
s400, the internet access control means proceeds to determine internet access and blocking of the client based on the subscription information received by the request from the client information management means;
