Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention provides a welding device for welding a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector, including:
a pre-soldering mechanism for solidifying solder to form a pre-soldering layer 2 in a partial region of the surface of the first electrical connector;
and the welding mechanism 4 is used for welding the first electric connector and the second electric connector by taking the pre-welding layer 2 as welding flux.
According to the invention, the pre-welding mechanism is used for solidifying the solder in the upper part area of the surface of the first electric connecting piece to form the pre-welding layer 2, and then the welding mechanism 4 is used for welding the first electric connecting piece and the second electric connecting piece by taking the pre-welding layer 2 as the solder, so that the phenomenon of insufficient welding or no welding caused by the fact that the space between the first electric connecting piece and the second electric connecting piece is not filled with the solder after the solder is melted is effectively avoided.
In this embodiment, the method further includes:
and a flattening mechanism 5 for flattening and solidifying the pre-welding layer 2 melted by the welding mechanism 4 together with the welding part of the first electric connector onto the surface of the conductive sheet 3 as the welding part of the second electric connector.
So set up, be favorable to increasing the area of contact between first electric connector and the second electric connector, improved first electric connector and second electric connector's welding strength.
In a further embodiment, the soldered portion of the first electrical connector is a free end of a bundle conductor 1 made of one or more wires.
So set up, mechanism 5 flattens the prewelding layer 2 and flattens the surface of the conducting sheet 3 as the welding part of second electric connector together with one or more wire of the free end of bunched conductor 1, makes the effective welding area maximize between the free end of one or more wire and conducting sheet 3 surface, has avoided the rosin joint or has not welded, has further promoted welding strength.
In a further embodiment, a first electrical connection is provided for the outlet of one of the electrodes of the capacitor film, and a second electrical connection is fastened to the capacitor cover.
To facilitate the formation of the pre-soldering layer 2, in the present embodiment, the pre-soldering mechanism solidifies the pre-soldering layer 2 at the free end of the bundle conductor 1 by pre-melting solder and attaching to the free end of the bundle conductor 1.
In a further embodiment, the pre-welding mechanism solidifies the pre-welded layer 2 in a partial area of the surface of the first electrical connector, which is continuously and evenly distributed along the surface of the first electrical connector, and the welding mechanism 4 melts the pre-welded layer 2 by self-heating the pre-welded layer 2 by applying electricity thereto.
So set up, be favorable to prewelding layer 2 to melt through the mode of connecing the spontaneous heating of electricity.
In a further embodiment, two electrodes of the welding means 4 for energizing the pre-welded layer 2 are arranged on the pressure plate of the flattening means 5.
According to the arrangement, when two electrodes of the welding mechanism 4 are simultaneously contacted with the pre-welding layer 2 and powered on, the pre-welding layer 2 is used as a resistor for self-heating melting, the power is cut off after the pre-welding layer 2 is melted, and the pressing plate of the flattening mechanism 5 synchronously flattens and solidifies the melted pre-welding layer 2 and the free end of the bunched conductor 1 on the conductive sheet 3, so that the welding between the resistor and the conductive sheet 3 is formed; because the bundled conductor 1 is composed of one or more metal wires, especially when the bundled conductor 1 is composed of a plurality of metal wires, in the process of synchronously flattening the pre-welding layer 2 and the bundled conductor 1, the plurality of metal wires at the free end of the bundled conductor 1 are dispersed from bundled shape under the action of pressure, the contact area between the bundled conductor 1 and the conductive sheet 3 is increased to the maximum extent, the false welding or cold welding is avoided, and the welding strength is effectively improved.
In a further embodiment, the press plate has a horizontal pressing surface for flattening the melted pre-welded layer 2 and the free end of the bundle conductor 1, and the horizontal pressing surface and the vertical surface of the press plate are smoothly transited to prevent the vertical surface of the press plate from causing cutting damage to the bundle conductor 1 like a knife edge during the process of flattening the bundle conductor 1.
Referring to fig. 2-5, the welding apparatus of the present invention, when in particular use, comprises the steps of:
s1, solidifying a pre-welding layer 2 which is continuously and uniformly distributed along the surface of the first electric connector in the partial surface area of the first electric connector by a pre-welding mechanism;
s2, abutting the pre-welding layer 2 to the surface of the conductive sheet 3 serving as the welding part of the second electric connector;
s3, the welding mechanism 4 melts the pre-welding layer 2 by supplying electricity to the pre-welding layer 2 to make the pre-welding layer self-heat;
s4, the flattening mechanism 5 flattens and solidifies the pre-welding layer 2 melted by the welding mechanism 4 and the welding part of the first electric connector onto the surface of the conductive sheet 3, and the welding of the first electric connector and the second electric connector is completed after solidification.
