The inventor finds that the foam padding reliability is difficult to meet the requirements of vehicle specifications experiments through foam padding or riveting studs on a metal back plate, and the riveting studs on the back plate easily generate film marks in the screen laminating process.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure first provides a fixing structure of a display module, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing structure of the display module includes: a back plate 10, a circuit board 40 and a clamp.
The back plate 10 includes a panel area 110, a bending area 120 and a circuit area 130, wherein the circuit area 130 and the panel area 110 are located at one side of the bending area 120; the circuit board 40 is arranged on one side of the binding area of the back plate 10, which is far away from the panel area 110; the clamp comprises two oppositely arranged clamping arms between which the end of the circuit area 130 extends, the two clamping arms forming a clamping of the backpanel 10.
According to the fixing structure of the display module, the circuit area 130 of the back plate 10 is clamped by the clamp, so that the effect of heightening and fixing the circuit board 40 can be achieved, the circuit board 40 can be far away from the display panel, and the influence of the self heat productivity of the circuit board 40 on the display panel is reduced, so that the influence of the heat productivity of the circuit board 40 on the temperature rise of the display module is solved; in addition, the risks of membrane printing and the like caused by riveting studs with conventional flat metal are avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a display functional layer 20 is disposed on a panel area 110 of a back panel 10 of the display module, and the display functional layer 20 may constitute an OLED display panel or an LCD display panel, which is not limited in this disclosure.

Backplate 10 adopts metal material to form usually, uses anchor clamps to reach the fixed effect of circuit board 40 bed hedgehopping to solve circuit board 40 and generate heat the influence to the display module temperature rise. The bending height of the metal back plate 10 can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the circuit board 40 in the display module is disposed on the circuit area 130 of the back plate 10 through the adhesive layer 30. Wherein, adhesive linkage 30 can be glued by the heat insulation and form, can further avoid generating heat of circuit board 40 to the influence of display module temperature rise through the heat insulation glue.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, for an application scenario where a small-sized circuit board and a structural strength requirement are low, the fixture 51 may be used for fixing.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the clamp 51 is U-shaped, and the two clamping arms 511 clamp the backboard 10. The clamp 51 may be made of a metal material, so that the two clamping arms 511 have an elastic clamping force. The metal fixture mainly relates to blanking, punching and bending processes, and is low in manufacturing cost, high in structural stability and convenient and fast to install and disassemble. Wherein, the clamp 51 can also be made of plastic material; or, it may be formed by compounding a metal material with a plastic, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The width of the two clamping arms 511 can match the width of the backboard 10, i.e. the backboard 10 can be fixed by only one clamp 51. Alternatively, the width of the clamping arm 511 is smaller than the width of the backboard 10, and the backboard 10 can be fixed by one clamp 51 or a plurality of clamps 51. When a plurality of clamps 51 are provided to fix the backboard 10, the plurality of clamps 51 may be evenly spaced on the backboard 10 to improve the stability of fixing the backboard 10.
The one clamping arm 511 may include a plurality of sub-clamping arms arranged at intervals, and the plurality of sub-clamping arms cooperate to clamp and fix the backplane 10. The size and shape of each sub-gripper arm may be the same or different.
As shown in fig. 1, after the metal back plate 10 is bent, the circuit board 40 is fixed by the adhesive layer 30, the adhesive layer 30 may be a heat-insulating adhesive, the heat-insulating adhesive can perform a heat-insulating function, and the metal back plate 10 and the circuit board 40 can be pre-fixed so as to be fixed in the next step.
The size of the gap between the two clamping arms 511 is matched with the thickness of the back plate 10 and the circuit board 40, so that after the back plate 10 extends into the clamp 51, the two clamping arms 511 can clamp and fix the back plate 10 and the circuit board 40.
Specifically, the circuit area 130 of the back plate 10 and the circuit board 40 are provided with through holes 131; at least one clamping arm 511 is provided with a backstop bulge facing to the other clamping arm 511; when the backboard 10 extends between the two clamping arms 511, the retaining protrusion is located in the through hole 131 to prevent the backboard 10 from being withdrawn from between the two clamping arms 511.
As shown in fig. 1, the through-hole 131 penetrates the back sheet 10, the adhesive layer 30, and the wiring board 40. Of course, it is also possible to form only a recess in the back plate 10 or the wiring board 40, the recess being able to receive the retaining projection.

By dividing one clip arm 512 from the clip arm 511, the clip arm 512 is bent toward the other clip arm 511, and the end of the clip arm 512 is oriented in the same direction as the insertion direction of the backboard 10. A clamping arm 512 is formed by dividing a U-shaped groove on the clamping arm 511, and the U-shaped groove is weakened to facilitate deformation.
When the back plate 10 extends into the clamping arm 511, the end of the clamping arm 512 is clamped into the through hole 131; when the backboard 10 exits the clamping arm 511, the end of the clamping arm 512 abuts against the side wall of the through hole 131 to form a limit for the backboard 10 to exit, thereby ensuring the stability of the clamp 51 for fixing the backboard 10.
When the clamp 51 needs to be disassembled, the two clamping arms 511 are moved away from each other by external force, so that the end parts of the clamping arms 512 move out of the through holes 131, the limit of the clamping arms 512 for withdrawing the backboard 10 is cancelled, the backboard 10 is withdrawn from the clamp 51, and the purpose of disassembling the clamp 51 is achieved. Or, an external force is directly applied to the clip arm 512, so that the end of the clip arm 512 directly withdraws from the through hole 131, thereby eliminating the limit of the clip arm 512 to withdraw the backboard 10, withdrawing the backboard 10 from the clamp 51, and realizing the purpose of disassembling the clamp 51.
After the backboard 10 is fixed to the clamp 51, the clamp arm 512 and the through hole 131 are in interference fit, so that the clamp 51 is prevented from moving, and the stability of the clamp 51 for fixing the backboard 10 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two clamping arms 511 are provided with the clamping arms 512, and the two clamping arms 512 can be simultaneously located in the through holes 131 to limit the back plate 10 to exit, so that the stability of the clamp 51 for fixing the back plate 10 is improved.
The retaining projection may be formed by a projection provided on a side wall of the holding arm 511, for example, a projection provided on a side wall of the two holding arms 511 facing each other as the retaining projection.
