s201: obtaining historical customer information of the hotel and constructing a customer data group;
s202: when detecting that a hotel registers a newly added client, determining a client data group corresponding to the newly added client, wherein the client data group comprises a first client database which is not in contact with the hotel and a second client database which is in contact with the hotel;
s203: if the newly added customer belongs to the first customer database, judging whether the newly added customer intentionally receives the authentication service of the hotel private domain flow management platform;
s204: and if so, sending an authentication request from the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform to the client of the newly added client, responding to the authentication request and generating a service interface, wherein the authentication request comprises identification information for hotel identity authentication.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the system have the advantages that the historical client information of the hotel is firstly obtained, the client data group is constructed, when the fact that the hotel is registered by a newly added client is detected, the client data group corresponding to the newly added client is determined, if the newly added client belongs to the first client database, whether the newly added client intentionally receives the authentication service of the hotel private domain flow management platform is judged, if yes, an authentication request is sent to the client of the newly added client from the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform, a service interface is generated in response to the authentication request, and by means of the method and the system, the hotel private domain flow pool can be conveniently managed, and the hotel private domain flow management efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A hotel private domain flow operation management method is applied to a hotel private domain flow management platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining historical customer information of the hotel and constructing a customer data group;
when detecting that a newly added customer registers in the hotel, determining the customer data group corresponding to the newly added customer, wherein the customer data group comprises a first customer database which is not in contact with the hotel and a second customer database which is in contact with the hotel;
if the newly added customer belongs to the first customer database, judging whether the newly added customer intentionally receives the authentication service of the hotel private domain flow management platform;
and if so, sending an authentication request from the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform to the client of the newly added client, responding to the authentication request and generating a service interface, wherein the authentication request comprises identification information for hotel identity authentication.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining hotel history customer information and constructing a customer data group comprises:
acquiring a client tag in the historical client information;
generating a label classification library based on the customer label;
and constructing a customer data group according to the label classification library.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the new customer is interested in receiving the authentication service of the hotel private domain traffic management platform, the method further comprises:
and if not, performing first marking on the newly added customer at the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the newly added customer belongs to the second customer database, judging whether the newly added customer passes the authentication service of the hotel private domain flow management platform;
if so, performing second marking on the newly added customer at the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform;
if not, returning to the step of judging whether the newly added client intentionally receives the authentication service of the hotel private domain flow management platform.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the client of the new client comprises: and the client of the newly added client is in communication connection with the terminal of the hotel private domain flow management platform.

and the construction unit is used for constructing a customer data group according to the label classification library.
