and acquiring the workbook options, the manuscript contents and the attachment information of the manuscript edited by the user by adopting a database association technology, establishing the association, and reminding in time when the user writes the same or similar manuscript again.

when legal effectiveness states of tax file used in the cloud file library and the workbook change, sending a change prompt to a user;
