Abstract
本发明公开了一种储氢容器瓶口阀,包括阀座、阀体和塑料内胆,阀体的阀芯底端设置有台阶状柱面,台阶状柱面底端螺纹连接有螺母,台阶状柱面上螺母和阀芯间形成密封槽,密封槽内套入安装有挡圈和O型圈,塑料内胆的瓶口设置于阀座内,塑料内胆的瓶口端部设置有凸台,塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内套接有外丝螺母,外丝螺母的外螺纹与阀座内设置的内螺纹连接。本发明阀座通过螺纹与外丝螺母紧固,凸台卡住外丝螺母,可以给阀座提供拉力;外丝螺母通过阀座紧固,防止塑料内胆瓶口发生变形;塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板,固定外丝螺母的轴向转动;阀体为组合件形式,通过螺母和阀体的阀芯间形成密封槽,便于挡圈和O型圈套入,有效防止变形和损坏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高压容器阀结构领域,尤其涉及一种储氢容器瓶口阀。
背景技术
随着化石能源的消耗,大气污染和温室效应的加剧,人们一直在不断的探索开发和利用清洁能源。氢能源是我国大力提倡的新能源,在能改善能源结构和降低污染排放方面优点突出。
而氢能源的运输和存放通常通过储氢容器存储。而现有储氢容器已开始逐步往非金属注塑内胆的形式发展,而储氢容器的瓶口阀座仍需采用金属阀座,因此如何设计储氢容器的瓶口阀结构,使内胆注塑时能更好的结合固定瓶口阀座,增加阀座和内胆抗拉强度和摩擦力,使两者粘接的更加牢固是该产业发展重要的研究课题。
而现有设计的储氢容器瓶口阀仍存在几个问题:
1、通常在阀体上加工密封槽,O型圈在放入密封槽的过程中都需要进行拉扯或热装,极易损坏O型圈,影响O型圈的密封效果,而挡圈在安装时也需要切口,在阀体拧紧过程中容易发生错位和变形。
2、现有储氢容器瓶口阀的塑料内胆瓶口在做压力试验到100MPa以上后发现瓶口处塑料容易发生不可复位的凹陷,影响瓶口的密封。
3、阀座的抗拉脱强度不足。
4、只考虑阀座的拉伸强度,未考虑阀座周向旋转影响牢固度。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种储氢容器瓶口阀。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种储氢容器瓶口阀,包括阀座、阀体和塑料内胆,阀座中心设置有阀口,阀口入口端设置有内螺纹,阀体的阀芯上对应设置有外螺纹,阀体和阀座通过螺纹连接,阀体的阀芯底端设置有台阶状柱面,台阶状柱面底端螺纹连接有螺母,台阶状柱面上螺母和阀芯间形成密封槽,密封槽内套入安装有挡圈和O型圈,塑料内胆的瓶口设置于阀座内,塑料内胆的瓶口端部设置有凸台,塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内套接有外丝螺母,外丝螺母的外螺纹与阀座内设置的内螺纹连接。
作为优选,所述塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板,外丝螺母由两半片组成,两半片外丝螺母夹紧筋板套接在塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内。
作为优选,所述阀座底部设置有裙边固定套,阀座和塑料内胆外缠绕纤维缠绕层。方便将阀座紧固在纤维缠绕层和塑料内胆间。
作为优选,所述塑料内胆的瓶口、凸台和筋板一体注塑成型。
作为优选,所述裙边固定套与阀座一体成型。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)、本发明的阀座通过螺纹与外丝螺母紧固,塑料内胆的瓶口设置凸台卡住外丝螺母,可以给阀座提供拉力,协助纤维缠绕层紧固阀座;(2)、塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板,固定外丝螺母的轴向转动;(3)、本发明设置外丝螺母通过阀座紧固,防止内部塑料内胆的瓶口发生变形;(4)、本发明阀体为组合件形式,设置有螺母,通过螺母和阀体的阀芯间形成密封槽,便于挡圈和O型圈套入,有效防止挡圈和O型圈在安装时遭到变形和损坏。

下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体描述:
实施例:如附图1和附图2所示,一种储氢容器瓶口阀,包括阀座3、阀体2和塑料内胆1,阀座中心设置有阀口,阀口入口端设置有内螺纹,阀体的阀芯上对应设置有外螺纹,阀体和阀座通过螺纹连接,阀体的阀芯底端设置有台阶状柱面,台阶状柱面底端螺纹连接有螺母5,台阶状柱面上螺母和阀芯间形成密封槽,密封槽内套入安装有挡圈6和O型圈7,塑料内胆的瓶口设置于阀座内,塑料内胆的瓶口端部设置有凸台9,塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内套接有外丝螺母4,外丝螺母的外螺纹与阀座内设置的内螺纹连接。
塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板10,外丝螺母由两半片组成,两半片外丝螺母夹紧筋板套接在塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内。阀座底部设置有裙边固定套,阀座和塑料内胆外缠绕纤维缠绕层8。塑料内胆的瓶口、凸台和筋板一体注塑成型。裙边固定套与阀座一体成型。
本发明的阀座通过螺纹与外丝螺母紧固,塑料内胆的瓶口设置凸台卡住外丝螺母,可以给阀座提供拉力,协助纤维缠绕层紧固阀座;塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板,固定外丝螺母的轴向转动;本发明设置外丝螺母通过阀座紧固,防止内部塑料内胆的瓶口发生变形;本发明阀体为组合件形式,设置有螺母,通过螺母和阀体的阀芯间形成密封槽,便于挡圈和O型圈套入,有效防止挡圈和O型圈在安装时遭到变形和损坏。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.一种储氢容器瓶口阀,包括阀座、阀体和塑料内胆,阀座中心设置有阀口,阀口入口端设置有内螺纹,阀体的阀芯上对应设置有外螺纹,阀体和阀座通过螺纹连接,其特征是,所述阀体的阀芯底端设置有台阶状柱面,台阶状柱面底端螺纹连接有螺母,台阶状柱面上螺母和阀芯间形成密封槽,密封槽内套入安装有挡圈和O型圈,塑料内胆的瓶口设置于阀座内,塑料内胆的瓶口端部设置有凸台,塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内套接有外丝螺母,外丝螺母的外螺纹与阀座内设置的内螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种储氢容器瓶口阀,其特征是,所述塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内设置有筋板,外丝螺母由两半片组成,两半片外丝螺母夹紧筋板套接在塑料内胆的瓶口外凸台内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种储氢容器瓶口阀,其特征是,所述阀座底部设置有裙边固定套,阀座和塑料内胆外缠绕纤维缠绕层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种储氢容器瓶口阀,其特征是,所述塑料内胆的瓶口、凸台和筋板一体注塑成型。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种储氢容器瓶口阀,其特征是,所述裙边固定套与阀座一体成型。
