the top of the outer through pipe (5) is fixedly connected with a butt joint ring (9), the top of the butt joint ring (9) is fixedly connected with an extension pipe, the top of the extension pipe is fixedly connected with an adjusting ring (10), a locking groove is formed at the joint of the oil outlet pipe (11) and the top surface of the shell (1), the inner wall of the locking groove is fixedly connected with a plurality of locking blocks, the bottom of the adjusting ring (10) is provided with an adjusting groove, and the inner wall of the adjusting groove is connected with one of the locking blocks in a clamping manner;
