At present, the external dependency of petroleum in China approaches 70%, so that the active exploration of new blocks and the strengthening of the development of old blocks are two paths for guaranteeing the petroleum supply in China. In new block exploration, high pressure wells are often encountered, and it may be necessary to temporarily seal the wellhead pressure while completing the well, for example, a gas drilling well is drilled after encountering a high pressure hydrocarbon formation for emergency drill pipe completion, and the drill pipe is used as a tubing for oil or gas production. At this point, a back pressure valve is required to be mounted on the wellhead drill rod hanger to seal the drilling tool and seal the wellhead. After the gas production tree (or the oil production tree) is installed, the back pressure valve needs to be taken out, a gas production (or oil production) channel is established, and the back pressure valve needs to be detached under pressure in the above process. In another case, for the oil and gas well in production, when repairing the well or replacing the gas production tree (or the Christmas tree), firstly, a back pressure valve is used for sealing off the well head, and the leakage of the downhole pressure is cut off, so that the gas production tree (or the Christmas tree) is safely removed and replaced, and the process involves the installation of the back pressure valve under pressure. After the replacement is finished, the pressure test of the gas production tree (or the gas production tree) is qualified, and then the back pressure valve needs to be taken out again, so that gas production (or oil production) channels at the bottom and the top of a well are established, and the process also relates to the process of disassembling and taking out the back pressure valve under the pressure condition.
At present, two tools are provided for a taking (sending) back pressure valve, one tool is a common taking and sending rod connected with a taking and sending joint, and the tool is suitable for the condition that the pressure of a wellhead is very small or the wellhead has no pressure through manual operation at the wellhead. If the pressure of a well head is large, the backpressure valve is generally taken out or sent in by adopting a balanced pressure method at present, specifically, the pressure of the well head closed is communicated with the upper space of the backpressure valve in a certain mode, so that the upper pressure and the lower pressure of the backpressure valve are the same, and the backpressure valve can be taken out or sent in under the balanced pressure. For the tool for taking (sending) the back pressure valve under pressure, although the second method realizes the installation or the disassembly of the back pressure valve under the condition of pressure balance, the operation flow is more complicated, a plurality of valves need to be switched, the practicability has certain limitation, and when the tool is used for taking (sending) the back pressure valve under the condition of no pressure at a well head, the structure and the function of the tool are redundant because the upper and lower pressure balance of the back pressure valve does not need to be adjusted. Therefore, how to take (send) the wellhead back pressure valve under pressure in a drilling mode which is low in cost, easy to operate and convenient to popularize is a difficult problem in the current petroleum well completion and operation process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a hydraulic tool for taking and sending a back pressure valve under pressure. The technical scheme is as follows:

The connecting sleeve 5, the piston rod 3 and the connecting rod 7 can circumferentially float, and circumferential movement between the piston rod 3 and the connecting rod 7 is allowed, so that the backpressure valve delivery connector 10 and the backpressure valve can be screwed through threads after being in contact with each other.
A dynamic seal 11 is arranged between a connecting rod 7 and a transition flange 6 of the tool, and the dynamic seal 11 mainly comprises a reciprocating dynamic seal 11 and also has the function of a low-speed rotating dynamic seal 11. The connecting rod 7 moves up and down to be close to or far away from the backpressure valve, and when the backpressure valve with threads needs to be rotated in the process of taking and sending the backpressure valve, the sealing performance of a well mouth can still be ensured.
