In the description of the present invention, the meaning of a plurality of means is one or more, the meaning of a plurality of means is two or more, and larger, smaller, larger, etc. are understood as excluding the number, and larger, smaller, inner, etc. are understood as including the number. If the first and second are described for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, they are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
In addition to the function of opening and closing the lock, the door handle 1000 also requires a great aesthetic appearance, such as screws that do not allow the mounting seat to be seen. To solve this problem, a rotating handle 100 of the related art is generally provided with a mounting seat and an outer cover 400, the mounting seat is connected with the rotating handle 100, after the mounting seat is fixedly connected to the door body by a fastener, the outer cover 400 is moved along the rotating handle 100 and finally covered on the mounting seat, and after the mounting is completed, the screw is hidden. However, this solution may restrict the shape of the handle 100, and since it is required that the outer cover 400 can be moved along the handle 100 to the mounting seat, the handle 100 is generally cylindrical, such as the shape of the handle 100 shown in fig. 1, but the present invention may not be limited to the shape of the handle 100 shown in the drawings.
In order to solve the above problems, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a door handle 1000, which can hide fasteners such as screws and bolts on a fixing base 300, and can be designed into different shapes according to preferences of different people, without restriction on the shape of the handle, thereby improving product competitiveness.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in some embodiments, a door handle 1000 includes a twist grip 100, a snap seat 200, and a fixed seat 300. The rotating handle 100 is connected to a square bar (not shown), for example, a square groove 111 is formed at one end of the rotating handle 100, and the square bar is partially disposed in the square groove 111, so that the rotating handle 100 rotates to drive the square bar to rotate synchronously. The square bar is used for controlling the opening and closing of the lockset, and the door can be opened or closed by rotating the rotating handle 100.
Referring to fig. 5, the clamping seat 200 includes a first mounting portion 201 and a first connecting portion 202, the first connecting portion 202 is disposed around the first mounting portion 201, and the first mounting portion 201 is disposed with a through hole, for example, in the middle, so that the clamping seat 200 can penetrate through one end of the rotating handle 100 and can be rotatably connected. The card socket 200 may be in a circular cover shape, and the inner sidewall of the card socket 200 is provided with an abutting portion 210, for example, the abutting portion 210 is in a convex round point shape. The fixing base 300 includes a second mounting portion 310 and a second connecting portion 320, and the second connecting portion 320 is disposed around an edge of the second mounting portion 310. The fixing base 300 may also be in the shape of a circular cover, for example, the second mounting portion 310 is a cover bottom, and the second connecting portion 320 is a side surrounding portion of the cover. The second mounting portion 310 is fixedly connected to the door, and the fixed connection may be a bolt connection, a screw connection, or the like. The outer side of the second connecting portion 320 is provided with a limiting portion 321, and the clamping seat 200 is rotatably clamped with the fixing seat 300, so that the abutting portion 210 of the clamping seat 200 abuts against the limiting portion 321 of the fixing seat 300 to limit the clamping seat 200 to be separated from the fixing seat 300, and thus the relative position between the door handle 1000 and the door is fixed.
It can be understood that, during the installation process of the door handle 1000, the fixing base 300 is first fixedly connected to the door by the fastener, then the fastening base 200 is screwed on the fixing base 300, and the abutting portion 210 abuts against the limiting portion 321 to limit the fastening base 200 from being separated from the fixing base 300. The catching seat 200 may be directly connected to one end of the handle 100, and thus the shape of the handle 100 may be varied. The snap seat 200 may be designed in the shape of the outer cover 400, so that the snap seat 200 covers the fixing seat 300, thereby hiding the mounting structure such as the screw on the fixing seat 300 and improving the aesthetic appearance of the door handle 1000.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the limiting portion 321 includes a first limiting protrusion 3211 and a second limiting protrusion 3212, the first limiting protrusion 3211 is configured to limit a rotation angle of the bayonet socket 200, and the second limiting protrusion 3212 is configured to limit the bayonet socket 200 from disengaging from the fixing base 300. For example, the first position-limiting protrusion 3211 extends along the wall surface of the second connecting portion 320 in a direction close to the second mounting portion 310, and the second position-limiting protrusion 3212 extends along the outer edge of the second connecting portion 320 and is perpendicular to the first position-limiting protrusion 3211. It can be understood that when the snap-fit socket 200 is screwed on the fixing socket 300, the abutting portion 210 can abut against the first position-limiting protrusion 3211 to perform a positioning function, so as to enable the handle to be located at a substantially parallel position. When the handle 100 is pulled outward, the abutting portion 210 can abut against the second limiting protrusion 3212, so as to limit the engaging seat 200 from disengaging from the fixing seat 300. It should be noted that the term "substantially parallel" mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention may be understood as parallel, nearly parallel, or having a predetermined angle.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first limiting protrusion 3211 may also be in the shape of an arc, and the second limiting protrusion 3212 is tangent to the arc-shaped first limiting protrusion 3211.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the first and second limiting protrusions 3211 and 3212 are connected to each other and define two mounting grooves 301, and the two mounting grooves 301 are respectively located at two sides of the first limiting protrusion 3211. The mounting groove 301 has a width L, which is the shortest distance between the second mounting portion 310 and the second stopper protrusion 3212, and the width L gradually decreases along a direction approaching the first stopper protrusion 3211. It can be understood that, in the process of rotationally connecting the abutting portion 210 and the limiting portion 321, the L gradually decreases, that is, the connection between the socket 200 and the fixing base 300 is gradually clamped, so that the risk of dropping the socket 200 can be reduced. Because the door handle 1000 installation direction of inside and outside both sides is inconsistent, therefore be provided with two mounting grooves 301 and can improve the commonality of fixing base 300, the door inside and outside can general one type fixing base 300, reduces manufacturing cost, reduces the condition of installation mistake.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, there are at least two, such as two, abutments 210, one above the other. The number of the stopper portions 321 is the same as the number of the abutting portions 210, and the stopper portions 321 are provided at positions corresponding to the positions of the abutting portions 210, for example, the stopper portions 321 are provided at both upper and lower positions. It will be appreciated that the provision of a plurality of abutments 210 may improve the stability of the snap fit and reduce the risk of disengagement.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the twist grip 100 has a mounting end 110, and the mounting end 110 is provided with a detent groove 112. The snap-in seat 200 is sleeved on the mounting end 110, the snap-in seat 200 is provided with a limiting member 230, the door handle 1000 further comprises a spring and a stop piece 500, the spring can be a flat spring 600, one end of the flat spring 600 is wound and connected with the mounting end 110, the other end of the flat spring 600 is abutted against the limiting member 230, in order to limit the flat spring 600 to be separated from the limiting member 230, the other end of the flat spring 600 can be connected with the limiting member 230 in a bending manner, and the flat spring 600 is used for resetting the handle. The stop piece 500 is provided with a connecting hole 510, and the stop piece 500 partially extends to a direction close to the connecting hole 510 to form a first positioning portion 520, for example, two first positioning portions 520 are formed; the stop piece 500 partially extends outward to form a second detent portion 530 and a third detent portion 540, the second detent portion 530 and the third detent portion 540 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the stop piece 500, the stop piece 500 is sleeved on the mounting end 110, and the first detent portion 520 is located in the detent groove 112, so that the stop piece 500 can be driven to rotate when the handle 100 rotates, and the second detent portion 530 and the third detent portion 540 can abut against the limiting member 230 to limit the rotation angle of the handle 100 during the rotation.

It is understood that, when the user wants to detach the door handle 1000, the user rotates the outer cover 400 to rotate the engaging seat 200, so that the outer cover 400 is engaged with the engaging seat 200. It should be noted that, the outer cover 400 and the card socket 200 may also be in interference fit to limit the rotation of the outer cover 400, and a suitable scheme is selected according to actual situations, and the drawings of the present invention take the form of the fixture block 410 and the card slot 220 as an example.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the holder 300 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 330, for example, two of the hexagonal holes are slightly larger than the other four circular holes. It can be understood that the hexagonal hole is used for penetrating screws, wood-tooth screws or machine screws and other types of fasteners, the circular hole can be used for self-tapping screws and other types of fasteners, different personnel requirements are met, and the screw with the hexagonal hole is selected to be suitable for installation.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the anchor block 300 is provided with an escape structure 340. For example, the hexagonal hole needs more space, and in order to facilitate the installation of the screw, a part of the second connecting portion 320 protrudes outwards to make a part of the space available, thereby improving the installation experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 5, the door handle 1000 further includes a clamp spring 700 and a flat washer 800, and the outer cover 400, the clamping seat 200, the flat spring 600, the stopper 500, the flat washer 800 and the clamp spring 700 are sequentially coupled to the mounting end 110. The mounting end 110 is provided with a limiting groove 113, the limiting groove 113 is arranged around the outer periphery of the mounting end 110, the snap spring 700 can be snapped in the limiting groove 113, and the snap spring 700 is used for limiting the outer cover 400, the snap seat 200, the flat spring 600, the stop piece 500 and the flat washer 800 to be separated from the mounting end 110. It will be appreciated that one way of mounting is: the clamping seat 200 and the rotating handle 100 integrally rotate along the second direction, and then are connected with the fixed seat 300 in a screwing way. Referring to fig. 2, the direction of the arrow in fig. 2 is a first direction. The stop piece 500 is engaged with the mounting end 110 of the rotating handle 100 and can rotate synchronously, and the second engaging portion 530 of the stop piece 500 abuts against the limiting member 230 of the engaging seat 200. If the rotating handle 100 can rotate along the first direction when in the locked position, the second engaging portion 530 drives the engaging seat 200 to rotate along the first direction, so as to cause the engaging seat 200 to disengage from the fixing seat 300. The square bar is connected to the mounting end 110 of the rotating handle 100, and the square bar cannot rotate in the first direction when in the locking position, and the rotating handle 100 and the square bar rotate synchronously, so that the rotating handle 100 cannot rotate in the first direction, and the rotating handle 100 and the engaging seat 200 cannot rotate integrally in the first direction to disengage the engaging seat 200 from the fixing seat. Therefore, the square bar can further limit the disengagement of the engaging seat 200 from the fixing seat 300.
Although the engaging seat 200 can also be rotated to the disengaging position along the first direction, the door handle 1000 of the present application only rotates the rotating handle 100 during the daily use, does not rotate the engaging seat 200, and can reset the engaging seat 200 to the position where the abutting portion 210 abuts against the limiting portion 321 under the elastic force of the flat spring 600, so that the engaging seat 200 is difficult to disengage from the fixing seat 300.
The other installation mode is as follows: since the door handle 1000 on one side is mounted, the square bar is also mounted in the door body. The door handle 1000 on the other side cannot be directly mounted by integral rotation. Therefore, the door handle 1000 on the other side needs to rotate the snap seat 200 in the direction away from the turn buckle, then the rotating handle 100 is connected with the square rod, then the hand is released to release the snap seat 200, the snap seat 200 can rotate in the turn buckle direction under the elastic force of the flat spring 600, and meanwhile, the rotation can be assisted by the hand to enable the abutting part 210 to abut against the limiting part 321, so that the relative position of the snap seat 200 and the fixed seat 300 is fixed.
The present invention also proposes a door including the door handle 1000 of the above embodiment. The door handle 1000 includes a twist grip 100, a snap seat 200, and a fixing seat 300.
The outer side of the second connecting portion 320 is provided with a limiting portion 321, and the latch base 200 is rotatably latched to the fixing base 300, so that the abutting portion 210 of the latch base 200 abuts against the limiting portion 321 of the fixing base 300 to limit the latch base 200 to be separated from the fixing base 300, thereby fixing the relative position between the door handle 1000 and the door.
It can be understood that, in the installation process of the door handle 1000, the fixing base 300 is first fixedly connected to the door by the fastening member, then the engaging base 200 is screwed on the fixing base 300, and the abutting portion 210 abuts against the limiting portion 321 to limit the engaging base 200 to be separated from the fixing base 300.
Since the door adopts all technical solutions of the door handle 1000 of the above embodiment, at least all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is provided herein.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
