Meanwhile, a front axle electromagnetic switch valve 21 on the front axle emergency braking air path 2 is also opened, high-pressure air enters a front axle pressure regulating valve 22 through a front axle three-way valve 7 and the front axle electromagnetic switch valve 21 and enters a front axle exhaust valve 23 after pressure regulation, a two-way one-way valve core of the front axle exhaust valve 23 moves under the action of the braking air and plugs an air outlet communicated with the atmosphere, the high-pressure air enters through an input port of a front axle two-way one-way valve 24, the two-way one-way valve core of the front axle two-way one-way valve 24 moves under the action of the high-pressure air and plugs an input port connected with a first air outlet hole of the upper valve body 11, and the high-pressure air is led to a front axle braking air chamber 5 of the original vehicle from an output port of the front axle two-way one-way valve 24 to brake the original vehicle.
When the electric control service brake is finished, the emergency brake controller 4 is reset, the emergency brake controller 4 controls the front axle electromagnetic switch valve 21 and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve 31 to be closed, at the moment, the high-pressure air remained in the front axle brake air chamber 5 of the original vehicle returns to the front axle exhaust valve 23 in the original way, and the front axle brake is released through the rapid air discharge of the exhaust port of the front axle exhaust valve 23 communicated with the atmosphere; the residual high-pressure air in the brake air chamber 6 of the original rear axle returns to the rear axle exhaust valve 33 in the original way, and the rear axle brake is released through the rapid air discharge of the exhaust port of the rear axle exhaust valve 33 communicated with the atmosphere.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an emergency braking operation method for a truck, which utilizes the above emergency braking system for a truck, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
s101, when an electric control service brake is carried out, an emergency brake controller is pressed, a front axle emergency brake gas circuit controls a front axle brake gas chamber of an original vehicle to brake, and a rear axle emergency brake gas circuit controls a rear axle brake gas chamber of the original vehicle to brake;
s102, after the electric control service braking is finished, the emergency braking controller is reset, the front axle braking air chamber of the original vehicle releases the front axle braking, and the rear axle braking air chamber of the original vehicle releases the rear axle braking.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, during electrically controlled service braking, the emergency brake controller 4 is pressed down, the front axle emergency brake gas circuit 2 controls the original front axle brake gas chamber 5 to brake, and the rear axle emergency brake gas circuit 3 controls the original rear axle brake gas chamber 6 to brake, including: the emergency brake controller 4 is pressed down, the emergency brake controller 4 controls the front axle electromagnetic switch valve 21 and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve 31 to be opened, high-pressure air of one original vehicle air source is reduced to proper pressure through the front axle pressure regulating valve 22 and then is led into the front axle two-way one-way valve 24, and air pressure output by the front axle two-way one-way valve 24 is air pressure at the output port of the front axle pressure regulating valve 22, so that the air pressure acts on the original vehicle front axle brake air chamber 5 to brake; the other high-pressure air of the original vehicle air source is reduced to proper pressure through the rear axle pressure regulating valve 32 and then is introduced into the rear axle two-way one-way valve 34, and the air pressure output by the rear axle two-way one-way valve 34 is the air pressure at the output port of the rear axle pressure regulating valve 32, so that the air pressure acts on the original vehicle rear axle brake air chamber 6 to brake.
In this embodiment, it should be further described that, after the electronic control service brake is finished, the emergency brake controller 4 is reset, the front axle brake chamber 5 of the original vehicle releases the front axle brake, and the rear axle brake chamber 6 of the original vehicle releases the rear axle brake, including: after the braking of the original front axle brake air chamber 5 and the braking of the original rear axle brake air chamber 6 are finished, the emergency brake controller 4 is reset, the emergency brake controller 4 controls the front axle electromagnetic switch valve 21 and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve 31 to be closed, the original front axle brake air chamber 5 is quickly deflated through the front axle exhaust valve 23 to remove the front axle braking, and the original rear axle brake air chamber 6 is quickly deflated through the rear axle exhaust valve 33 to remove the rear axle braking.

1. A truck emergency braking system, comprising:
a front axle emergency braking gas circuit (2) and a rear axle emergency braking gas circuit (3) which are arranged between the two ends of the inlet and the outlet of the original vehicle braking main valve in parallel, and an emergency braking controller (4);
the front axle emergency braking air circuit (2) comprises a front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) and a front axle two-way one-way valve (24), wherein an input port of the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) is connected with an input port of an original vehicle brake master valve, an output port of the front axle electromagnetic switch valve is connected with one input port of the front axle two-way one-way valve (24), the other input port of the front axle two-way one-way valve (24) is connected with an output port of the original vehicle brake master valve, and an output port of the front axle two-way one-way valve (24) is connected with an original vehicle front axle brake air chamber (5);
the rear axle emergency braking air passage (3) comprises a rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) and a rear axle two-way one-way valve (34), wherein an input port of the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) is connected with an input port of an original vehicle master brake valve, an output port of the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve is connected with one input port of the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34), the other input port of the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34) is connected with an output port of the original vehicle master brake valve, and an output port of the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34) is connected with an original vehicle rear axle brake air chamber (6);
the emergency brake controller (4) is connected with the electrical control interfaces of the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31);
a front axle pressure regulating valve (22) is arranged between the front axle two-way one-way valve (24) and the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21), and the front axle pressure regulating valve (22) is used for regulating the pressure of high-pressure air entering a front axle brake air chamber (5) of the original vehicle; a rear axle pressure regulating valve (32) is arranged between the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34) and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31), and the rear axle pressure regulating valve (32) is used for regulating the pressure of high-pressure air entering a brake air chamber (6) of a rear axle of an original vehicle; a front axle exhaust valve (23) is arranged between the front axle pressure regulating valve (22) and the front axle two-way one-way valve (24), an input port of the front axle exhaust valve (23) is connected with an output port of the front axle pressure regulating valve (22), an output port of the front axle exhaust valve (23) is connected with an input port of the front axle two-way one-way valve (24), and an exhaust port of the front axle exhaust valve (23) is communicated with the atmosphere; a rear axle exhaust valve (33) is arranged between the rear axle pressure regulating valve (32) and the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34), an input port of the rear axle exhaust valve (33) is connected with an output port of the rear axle pressure regulating valve (32), an output port of the rear axle exhaust valve (33) is connected with an input port of the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34), and an exhaust port of the rear axle exhaust valve (33) is communicated with the atmosphere; the front axle exhaust valve (23) and the rear axle exhaust valve (33) are both set to be two-way one-way valves.

The emergency braking system of a truck as claimed in claim 1, wherein a front axle three-way valve (7) is provided between one of the input ports of the master brake valve of the original truck and one of the air sources of the original truck, and the input port of the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) is connected with the output port of the front axle three-way valve (7); a rear axle three-way valve (8) is arranged between the other input port of the original vehicle brake master valve and the other original vehicle air source, and the input port of the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) is connected with the output port of the rear axle three-way valve (8).
3. A truck emergency braking system according to claim 1, characterized in that the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) are both provided as a normally closed type.
4. A truck emergency brake system according to claim 3, wherein the emergency brake controller (4) comprises a brake switch.
5. A truck emergency brake operation method using the truck emergency brake system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
when the electric control running vehicle is braked, the emergency brake controller (4) is pressed, the front axle emergency brake gas circuit (2) controls the original front axle brake gas chamber (5) to brake, and the rear axle emergency brake gas circuit (3) controls the original rear axle brake gas chamber (6) to brake;
after the electric control service brake is finished, the emergency brake controller (4) is reset, the front axle brake chamber (5) of the original vehicle releases the front axle brake, and the rear axle brake chamber (6) of the original vehicle releases the rear axle brake.

The truck emergency braking operation method according to claim 5, wherein during the electrically controlled service braking, the emergency braking controller (4) is pressed, the front axle emergency braking air circuit (2) controls the front axle braking air chamber (5) of the original truck to brake, and the rear axle emergency braking air circuit (3) controls the rear axle braking air chamber (6) of the original truck to brake comprises:
the emergency braking controller (4) is pressed down, the emergency braking controller (4) controls the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) to be opened, high-pressure air of one original vehicle air source is reduced to proper pressure through the front axle pressure regulating valve (22) and then is introduced into the front axle two-way one-way valve (24), and air pressure output by the front axle two-way one-way valve (24) is air pressure of an output port of the front axle pressure regulating valve (22), so that the air pressure acts on a front axle braking air chamber (5) of an original vehicle to brake;
the other high-pressure air of the original vehicle air source is reduced to proper pressure through the rear axle pressure regulating valve (32) and then is introduced into the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34), and the air pressure output by the rear axle two-way one-way valve (34) is the air pressure at the output port of the rear axle pressure regulating valve (32), so that the air pressure acts on the original vehicle rear axle brake air chamber (6) to brake.
7. The truck emergency brake operation method according to claim 6, wherein after the electrically controlled service brake is finished, the emergency brake controller (4) is reset, the front axle brake chamber (5) of the original truck releases the front axle brake, and the rear axle brake chamber (6) of the original truck releases the rear axle brake, including: after the original front axle brake air chamber (5) and the original rear axle brake air chamber (6) are braked, the emergency brake controller (4) is reset, the emergency brake controller (4) controls the front axle electromagnetic switch valve (21) and the rear axle electromagnetic switch valve (31) to be closed, the original front axle brake air chamber (5) is quickly deflated through the front axle exhaust valve (23) to relieve front axle braking, and the original rear axle brake air chamber (6) is quickly deflated through the rear axle exhaust valve (33) to relieve rear axle braking.
