as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a printing rubber roller 4, a printing head heating sheet 5 and a paper cutting blade are arranged on a main body bracket 6 of the printing device; the paper cutting blade consists of a static blade 3 and a movable blade 2, the movable blade 2 is driven by a motor 1 to extend out and reset, the static blade 3 is fixedly arranged, paper penetrates out of a pressing gap between a printing head heating blade 5 and a printing rubber roller 4 and enters a paper feeding channel, and as shown in figure 2, the motor 1 drives the movable blade 2 to extend out and extrude the static blade 3 to form shearing force so as to cut the paper; when the motor 1 drives the movable blade 2 to extend out of the cut paper, due to some reasons (for example, the friction between the movable blade and the stationary blade is large when the movable blade and the stationary blade are staggered), the mutual stress between the movable blade 2 and the stationary blade 3 is too large to exceed the load force of the motor 1, so that the movable blade 2 is blocked and cannot be driven by the motor 1 to return and reset, and the printing unit cannot normally cut paper and print.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a print-cutting device including: a main body support 60, a printing roller 40, a heating blade 50, and a paper cutting mechanism.
The printing roller 40 and the heating sheet 50 are oppositely arranged on the main body bracket 60, the heating sheet 50 applies force by virtue of an elastic component, and when paper passes through the printing roller 40 and the heating sheet 50, a certain pretightening force is applied to the paper by the heating sheet 50.
A paper cutting mechanism is located above the print roller 40 and the heating blade 50, and includes: moving blade 20, prepressing part 30, spring 31 and motor 10.
The movable blade 20 is horizontally arranged, the movable blade 20 comprises a main body part 21 and a cutting part 22, and the motor 10 is used for driving the main body part 21 to enable the cutting part 22 to transversely extend and retract by virtue of a transmission mechanism; the pre-pressing member 30 is a sheet structure, the pre-pressing member 30 is located above the movable blade 20, and a spring 31 is disposed between the tail of the pre-pressing member 30 and the main body 21 of the movable blade 20, so that the motor 10 can drive the pre-pressing member 30 to move laterally.
The head of the pre-pressing member 30 is closer to the sheet feeding path through which the sheet passes than the head of the cutting section 22; an escape groove 62 is formed in a region of the main body holder 60 facing the head of the cutting portion 22 of the movable blade 20, and a preload flat 61 is formed in a region of the main body holder 60 facing the head of the preload member 30.
When the paper does not need to be cut, the movable blade 20 and the prepressing component 30 are in a retraction state; when the paper passes through the cutting mechanism along the paper feeding channel and needs to be cut off, the motor 10 drives the main body portion 21 of the movable blade 20 to enable the cutting portion 22 and the pre-pressing component 30 to synchronously extend out, and because the head portion of the pre-pressing component 30 is closer to the paper, the pre-pressing component 30 firstly compresses the paper at the pre-pressing plane 61 with a certain pre-tightening force, and along with the continuous extension of the cutting portion 22, the spring 31 is continuously compressed, the pre-tightening force is continuously increased, and then sufficient tension is provided for the movable blade 20 to cut the paper, so that the head portion of the cutting portion 22 of the movable blade 20 finally cuts off the paper.
The printing paper cutting device provided by the invention has the advantages that:
the prepressing part 30 is additionally arranged to compress paper, so that a static blade of the paper cutting mechanism is omitted, the paper can be cut only by the movable blade 20, and the motor 10 can drive the movable blade 20 to freely extend and retract without the phenomenon that the movable blade 20 is blocked.
