The support guides 7-1 provide support to the side circulation mould 3 to keep the inner mould section 3-1-2 straight so that the cast wall panel sides are straight.
To match the shape of the side of the wallboard, the outer surface of the side circulation die 3 is a flat belt, a concave belt or a convex belt. The side circulation die 3 has an inner surface provided with a guide groove 3-1-1, and the support guide 7-1 is inserted into the guide groove 3-1-1. The support guide 7-1 may be a roller or a slider.
In order to further prevent the side circulation die 3 from bending and deforming, the edge of the upper base belt 1-2 and/or the lower base belt 1-4 is provided with a barrier strip 1-7, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side die section 3-1-2 of the side circulation die 3 extend to be contacted with the upper base belt 1-2 and the lower base belt 1-4, and the barrier strip 1-7 is contacted with the inner side (namely, the side far away from the wallboard forming cavity 4) of the inner side die section 3-1-2. So that the upper and lower ends of the inner die section 3-1-2 can not turn over and deform outwards under the action of the barrier strips 1-7.
