The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the batten arranged between the two fixed columns 39 needs to be sprayed, firstly, the feeding pipe 29 is connected with an external pipeline, the coating in the external pipeline is sprayed out from the spray head 31 through the feeding pipe 29, then the electric telescopic rod 20 is started, the electric telescopic rod 20 is shortened to drive the moving frame 2 to move upwards along the first sliding chute 9, the moving frame 2 moves upwards to enable the first connecting shaft 7 to drive the second toothed disc 13 to move upwards until the second toothed disc 13 is contacted with the first toothed disc 12, then the motor is started, the motor rotates to enable one of the first connecting shafts 7 to drive the fixed columns 39 to rotate, the fixed columns 39 rotate to drive the other fixed column 39 to rotate through the batten, the other fixed column 39 rotates to enable the connecting shaft to drive the second toothed disc 13 to rotate, the second toothed disc 13 rotates to enable the first toothed disc 12 to drive the reciprocating screw rod 11 to rotate, the reciprocating screw rod 11 rotates to drive the sliding block 26 to reciprocate left and right along the positioning rod 25, the slide block 26 reciprocates left and right to enable the second connecting shaft 27 to drive the spray head 31 to move left and right, the spray head 31 moves left and right to drive the stress rod 28 to move left and right along the corrugated plate 24, the torsion spring 30 enables the spray head 31 to move left and right and swing simultaneously, so that the spray head 31 sprays battens more uniformly, the condition that the spraying quality of the battens is not uniform is avoided, meanwhile, the moving frame 2 moves upwards to drive the third gear 23 to rotate anticlockwise through the second tooth groove 21, the third gear 23 rotates anticlockwise to enable the second gear 22 to drive the first gear 17 to rotate clockwise, the first gear 17 rotates clockwise to drive the protection plate 6 to move upwards along the second sliding groove 10 through the first tooth groove 18, so that the protection plate 6 is used for isolating and protecting the device, the coating is prevented from splashing when the battens are sprayed, and when the battens need to be disassembled, the auxiliary plate 34 is pulled leftwards, so that the auxiliary plate 34 drives the wedge-shaped block 35 to move leftwards along the fourth sliding groove 38, when the auxiliary plate 34 moves to a proper position, the auxiliary plate 34 is pulled inwards, the auxiliary plate 34 moves inwards along the third sliding groove 37, the spring 32 assists the wedge-shaped block 35 to move and reset, and therefore the auxiliary plate 34 is limited through the L-shaped groove 33, and a worker can take the battens conveniently.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.

The environment-friendly and efficient batten coating device comprises a support frame (3) and is characterized in that the top of the support frame (3) is fixedly connected with an installation box (1), the inner wall of one side of the installation box (1) is movably connected with a reciprocating lead screw (11), one side of the reciprocating lead screw (11) is movably connected with a sliding block (26), one side of the sliding block (26) is movably connected with a second connecting shaft (27), one side of the second connecting shaft (27) is movably connected with a torsion spring (30), two ends of the torsion spring (30) are respectively fixed with the second connecting shaft (27) and the sliding block (26), one side of the second connecting shaft (27) is fixedly connected with a spray head (31), the top of the spray head (31) is fixedly connected with a stress rod (28), the inner wall of one side of the installation box (1) is fixedly connected with a corrugated plate (24), and the corrugated plate (24) is contacted with the stress rod (28), a positioning rod (25) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the installation box (1), the positioning rod (25) is connected with a sliding block (26) in a sliding manner, one end of the reciprocating screw rod (11) penetrates through the installation box (1) and is fixedly connected with a first fluted disc (12), first sliding grooves (9) are formed in the two sides of the installation box (1), a moving frame (2) is movably connected in each first sliding groove (9), first connecting shafts (7) are movably connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the moving frame (2), a fixed column (39) is fixedly connected to one end of each first connecting shaft (7), one end of one first connecting shaft (7) penetrates through the moving frame (2) and is fixedly connected with a second fluted disc (13), the second fluted disc (13) can be meshed with the first fluted disc (12), a motor is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the moving frame (2), and one end of an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the moving frame (2) and is fixed with one first connecting shaft (7), the bottom outer wall fixedly connected with electric telescopic handle (20) of install bin (1), and electric telescopic handle (20) are fixed mutually with removal frame (2).
