Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物(又名颐纤膏)及其制备方法,属于药品技术的领域。
技术背景:
肥胖症(Obesity)是一组常见的代谢症群。当人体进食热量多于消耗热量时,多余热量以脂肪形式储存于体内,其量超过正常生理需要量,且达一定值时遂演变为肥胖症。正常男性成人脂肪组织重量占体重的15%~18%,女性占20%~25%。随年龄增长,体脂所占比例相应增加。关于肥胖的评估方法,包括人体测量学、双能X线吸收法、超声、CT、红外线感应法等多种。如无明显病因者称单纯性肥胖症,有明确病因者称为继发性肥胖症。单纯性肥胖体重增加缓慢,继发性短时内增加迅速;常合并或加重高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症、胆石症等。外因以饮食过多而活动过少为主。热量摄入多于热量消耗,使脂肪合成增加是肥胖的物质基础。内因为脂肪代谢紊乱而致肥胖。肥胖者以控制进食总量和采取适量运动的方式治疗肥胖症。进食的食物采用低热卡、低脂肪饮食,避免摄入高糖高脂类食物,使每日总热量低于消耗量。重度肥胖者除了控制食量和增加运动量,还必须使用药物或手术方式来治疗肥胖症。节食减肥方法长期下去可能导致营养不良,过少的摄入热量会导致身体机能的下降,女性的话甚至可能出现内分泌失调,而且反弹率是非常高的。减肥手术,又称肥胖症手术,指针对严重肥胖人类,以减肥为目的的一系列医疗治疗手段。袖状胃切除手术方法:顺着胃大弯的走行方向保留2-6cm幽门以上胃窦,沿胃长轴切除胃的大部,切除全部胃底,使残留的胃呈“香蕉状”,容积在60-80ml左右。减少胃容量,降低刺激产生饥饿感的荷尔蒙分泌。此手术虽然可以帮助患者大大减少食量,但手术后体重并非必然会自然下降,手术后如果不加以节制饮食,食量也可回升,患者也有机会复肥。并且手术可能并发吸收不良、贫血、管道狭窄等,有一定的危险性。
目前市场的减肥药主要有两大类,胰脂肪酶抑制剂和作用于中枢神经系统的食欲抑制剂。食欲抑制剂由于可引起神经系统不良反应而被限制使用,胰脂肪酶抑制剂奥利司他通过抑制胰脂肪酶活性,进而抑制食物中脂肪的分解吸收而减肥。但因其会引起脂肪泻,可造成脂溶性维生素缺乏。最近还有报道其可引起肝功能损害。并仍然存在大脑中枢和心血管系统等方面的安全不确定性。而中医的原理就在于结合不同人体体质的问题,从根本上治疗病症,是在治疗和调理同时进行的过程中,从而达到祛病的目的。讲究是以调节身体机能的方式进行减肥,可以从化痰、去湿、利水、益气等方面出发,通过药物增加体内的新陈代谢、去除体内湿气和毒素从而起到减肥的功效。本方药材都属于是药食同源的药材,其副作用比西药小,安全性比西药大。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物(颐纤膏)及其制备方法。所述药物具有养血活血、化瘀、补气养阴,清热生津、食积气滞,腹胀便秘的功效,能减肥养颜,适用于肥胖体型人群。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物,按照重量组份计算,由西洋参5-50份、玉竹10-80份、石斛10-80份、火麻仁15-100份、决明子30-150份、百合10-80份、焦麦芽15-100份、昆布10-80份、郁李仁10-80份、茯苓10-80份、佛手15-100份、香橼15-100份、荷叶5-50份、莱菔子10-80份、黄芥子15-100份、桃仁15-100份、桑葚10-80份、蒲公英10-80份、苡仁30-150份、山茱萸10-80份、胖大海5-50份及辅料制备而成。

具体地说,所述的一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物,按照重量组份计算,由西洋参20份、玉竹40份、石斛40份、火麻仁30份、决明子60份、百合40份、焦麦芽30份、昆布40份、郁李仁40份、茯苓40份、佛手30份、香橼30份、荷叶20份、莱菔子40份、黄芥子30份、桃仁30份、桑葚40份、蒲公英40份、苡仁60份、山茱萸40份、胖大海20份及辅料制备而成。
前述一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物的制备方法为:按照比例称取方中所有药材,与药物中可以接受的药用辅料进行组合,并按照常规的制备方法进行加工,制成相应的药物制剂。
具体地说,前述一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物的制备方法为:按照处方比例称取各药材,加8倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,与药物中可以接受的药用辅料进行组合,并按照常规的制备方法进行加工,制成相应的药物制剂。
所述药物制剂为煎膏剂、硬胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、口服液。

所述煎膏剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加8倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,另取与上述浸膏等重量的中蜜,慢慢加入上述浸膏中,搅拌均匀,继续用文火加热收膏,待取少许能平拉成丝,或滴于纸上不见水迹时,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
所述胶囊剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加10倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,60℃干燥成干浸膏,粉碎成细粉,加入制成量10%的糊精混合均匀,用75%的乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,填装胶囊,即得。
所述片剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加6倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮2次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏,加10%混合辅料,混合辅料由糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠2:1的比例混合制成,用60%的乙醇为湿润剂制粒,干燥,压片,薄膜包衣,即得片剂。
所述颗粒剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加12倍量水浸泡0.5h 后煎煮3次,每次1.5h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏1份,糊精1.5份,用90%乙醇为润湿剂制颗粒,制成颗粒后于60℃干燥,再过12目筛1次,并用60目筛分出细粉,即得颗粒剂。
本发明所述药物组合物在制成药剂时,单位剂量的药剂可含有本发明的药物活性物质0.1-1000mg,其余为药学上可接受的辅料。药学上可接受的辅料以重量计可以是制剂总重量的0.1-99.9%。
本发明所述药物由西洋参、玉竹、石斛、火麻仁、决明子、百合、焦麦芽、昆布、郁李仁、茯苓、佛手、香橼、荷叶、莱菔子、黄芥子、桃仁、桑葚、蒲公英、苡仁、山茱萸、胖大海及辅料制备而成。各成分性质及功效如下:西洋参为五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefoliumL.的干燥根;均系栽培品,秋季采挖,洗净,干或低温干燥;性甘、微苦、凉;归心、肺、肾经;具有补气养阴,清热生津的作用;用于气虚阴亏,虚热烦倦,咳喘痰血,内热消渴,口燥咽干。玉竹为百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum(MilL)Druce的干燥根茎;秋季采挖,除去须根,洗净,晒至柔软后,反复揉搓、晾晒至无硬心,晒干;或蒸透后,揉至半透明,晒干;性甘,微寒;归肺、胃经;具有养阴润燥,生津止渴的作用;用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。石斛为兰科植物金钗石斜Dendrobium nobile Lindl.、鼓槌石斛Dendrobiumchrysotoxum Lindl或流苏石斛Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.的栽培品及其同属植物近似种的新鲜或干燥茎;性甘、微寒;归胃、肾经;具有益胃生津,滋阴清热的作用;用于热病津伤,口干烦渴,胃阴不足,食少干呕,病后虚热不退,阴虚火旺,骨蒸劳热,目暗不明,筋骨痿软。火麻仁为桑科植物,秋季果实成熟时采收,除去杂质,晒干;性甘,平;归脾、胃、大肠经;具有润肠通便的作用;用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。决明子为豆科植物决明Cassiaobtusifolia L.或小决明Cassia tora L.的干燥成熟种子;秋季采收成果实,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质;性甘、苦、咸、微寒;归肝、大肠经;具有清热明目,润肠通便的作用;用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。百合为百合科植物卷丹Liliumlancifolium Thunb.、百合Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker或细叶百合Lilium pumilum D C,的干燥肉质鳞叶;秋季采挖,洗净,剥取鳞叶,置沸水中略烫,干燥;性甘、寒;归心、肺经;具有养阴润肺,清心安神的作用;用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,精神恍惚。焦麦芽为禾本科植物大麦Hordeum vulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品;其炮制方法为取麦芽置锅内微炒至焦黄色后,喷洒清水,取出晒干。本品形如麦芽,表面焦褐色,有焦斑;有焦香气,味微苦;具有消食化滞的作用;用于积食不消,脘腹胀痛。昆布为海带科植物海带Laminaria japonica Aresch.或翅藻科植物昆布Ecklonia kurome Okam.的干燥叶状体;夏、秋二季采捞,晒干;性咸,寒;归肝、胃、肾经;具有消痰软坚散结,利水消肿的作用;用于瘿瘤,瘰疬,睾丸肿痛,痰饮水肿。郁李仁为蔷薇科植物欧李Prunus humilisBge、郁李Prunus japonica Thunb或长柄扁桃Prunus pedunculata Maxim.的干燥成熟种子;前二种习称“小李仁”,后一种习称“大李仁”;夏、秋二季采收成熟果实,除去果肉和核壳,取出种子,干燥;性辛、苦、甘,平;归脾、大肠、小肠经;具有润肠通便,下气利水的作用;用于津枯肠燥,食积气滞,腹胀便秘,水肿,脚气,小便不利。茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核;性甘、淡,平;归心、肺、脾、肾经;具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的作用;用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。佛手为芸香科植物佛手Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle的干燥果实;性辛、苦、酸、温;归肝、脾、胃、肺经;具有疏肝理气,和胃止痛,燥湿化痰的作用;用于肝胃气滞,胸胁胀痛,胃脘痞满,食少呕吐,咳嗽痰多。香橼为芸香科植物枸橼Citrus medica L.或香圆Citruswilsonii Tanaka的干燥成熟果实;秋季果实成熟时采收,趁鲜切片,晒干或低温干燥。香圆亦可整个或对剖两半后,晒干或低温干燥;性辛、苦、酸、温;归肝、脾、肺经;具有疏肝理气,宽中,化痰的作用;用于肝胃气滞,胸胁胀痛,脘腹痞满,呕吐噫气,痰多咳嗽。荷叶为睡莲科植物莲Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn·的干燥叶;夏、秋二季采收,晒至七八成干时,除去叶柄,折成半圆形或折扇形,干燥;性苦,平;归肝、脾、胃经;具有清暑化湿,升发清阳,凉血止血的作用;用于暑热烦渴,暑湿泄泻,脾虚泄泻,血热吐衄,便血崩漏。莱菔子为十字花科植物萝卜Raphanus sativus L.的干燥成熟种子;夏季果实成熟时采割植株,晒干,搓出种子,除去杂质,再晒干;性辛、甘,平;归肺、脾、胃经;具有消食除胀,降气化痰的作用;用于饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳。黄芥子为十字花科植物芥Brassicajuncea(L.)Czern.et Coss.的干燥成熟种子;夏末秋初果实成时采割植株,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质;性辛,温;归肺经;具有温肺豁痰利气,散结通络止痛的作用;用于寒痰咳嗽,胸胁胀痛,痰滞经络,关节麻木、疼痛,痰湿流注,阴疽肿毒。桃仁为蔷薇科植物桃Prunuspersica(L.)Batsch或山桃Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子;果实成熟后采收,除去果肉和核壳,取出种子,晒干;性苦、甘,平;归心、肝、大肠;具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的作用;用于经闭痛经,癥瘕痞块,肺痈肠痈,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘,咳嗽气喘。桑葚为桑科植物桑树(Morus alba Linn.)的成熟果穗;味甘性寒,入心肝、肾经;具有滋阴补血,安魂镇神,降压消渴的作用,用于阴虚津少、失眠,血虚便秘。蒲公英为菊科植物蒲英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.、喊地蒲公英Taraxacum borealisinense Kitam.或同属数种植物的干燥全草;春至秋季花初开时采挖,除去;杂质,洗净,晒苦;性甘,寒;归肝、胃经;具有清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋的作用;用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。苡仁为禾本科植物薏苡仁Coix lacryma-jobiL.var.ma-yuen(Roman.)Stapf的干燥成熟种仁;秋季果实成熟时采割植株,晒干,打下果实,再晒干,除去外壳、黄褐色种皮和杂质,收集种仁;性甘、淡,凉;归脾、胃、肺经;具有利水渗湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用;用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻,湿痹拘挛,肺痈,肠痈,赘疣,癌肿。山茱萸为山茱萸科植物山茱萸Cornus officinalis Sieb.etZucc.的干燥成熟果肉;秋末冬初果皮变红时采收果实,文火烘或置沸水中略烫后,及时除去果核,干燥;性酸、涩,微温;归肝、肾经;具有补益肝肾,收涩固脱的作用;用于眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸痛,阳痿遗精,遗尿尿频,崩漏带下,大汗虚脱,内热消渴。胖大海为梧桐科植物胖大海Sterculia lychnophora Hance的干燥成熟种子;性甘,寒;归肺、大肠经;具有清热润肺,利咽开音,润肠通便的作用;用于肺热声哑,干咳无痰,咽喉干痛,热结便闭,头痛目赤。
方解:
本方证为食积气滞,兼脾肺亏虚,内有痰湿所致之体胖者。治当消食行气,兼以补益肺脾,祛痰利湿为法。方中选用大肠经之桃仁、火麻仁、郁李仁、决明子四药相须为用润肠通便,为君药。饮食积滞,腑气不行,气郁于里,不用理气之药则气滞不除,惟有理气并行,故以佛手、香橼理气疏滞,莱菔子、焦麦芽消食和胃,除已停之积,兼以降气,使胃肠气机通降下行助泻下通便,同时与化痰药相配伍,又能体现“治痰先治气”,气行痰消;因肥人多痰湿,脾肺本虚,纯用消食理气之品不能有效根除病机,故以甘、淡之品薏苡仁、茯苓,其归肺、脾经,以健脾渗湿;黄芥子、胖大海豁痰利气,清上焦之痰;咸、寒之品昆布,走肝、胃、肾经,消中下焦之痰,兼以利水,将痰湿之邪从小便而去;予加用清热之品蒲公英将痰湿从表而发,兼清里热,并增强昆布将痰湿之邪从小便而出,以上理气化痰之品为臣药。为防泻下理气之品太过而耗气伤阴,故佐以玉竹、西洋参、百合、桑椹补气养阴,体现了泻中寓补,无泻下伤正之虞,而大有启门祛贼之势;为防泻下之品太过而滑脱,佐以酸、涩之品山茱萸涩精固脱,散中有收以相制;为防下之品太过内陷,再佐性轻之品荷叶以升发清阳,升降相结合,以上共为佐药。综合本方,用药精妙,配伍得当,结构严谨,泻中寓补,散中有收,降之有升,兼顾表里协调,攻补兼施,深的配伍之妙。
本发明进行了大量的实验研究,以下为本发明实验研究的结果:
一、动物实验研究
1、材料与方法
1.1实验动物:SD大鼠,雄性,体重200±20g,SPF级,由贵州医科大学实验动物中心提供,实验动物使用许可证:SYXK(黔)2018-001。饲养条件:动物代谢笼分笼饲养,保持昼夜节律,室温22-25℃,相对湿度55%-75%,自由取食进水。
1.2药物样品:本发明药物实施例1所得浸膏,成人(体重按60kg计算)口服推荐用量为每人每日2次,每次20g,折合大鼠剂量为4.3g/kg BW。用蒸馏开水配制成浓度分别以人体推荐剂量的5倍、10倍、15倍设低、中、高剂量组。
1.3肥胖大鼠造模:选取SD大鼠60只,适应性喂养5天。随机10只作为正常对照组,给予常规饲料;其余大鼠给予高脂饲料作为模型组,饲养8周,期间大鼠自由进食饮水,每周记录摄食量,称量体重,量体长。
1.4动物给药:造模完成后,50只肥胖大鼠按体重随机分为5组,分别为模型对照组、本发明实施例1低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。上述5组给予高脂饲料,模型对照组灌胃给予等量蒸馏水溶剂,本发明实施例1低、中、高剂量组灌胃给予相应剂量的药物;空白对照组给予常规饲料,灌胃给予等量蒸馏水溶剂,各组均给药1次/天,连续给药4周。①每周记录摄食量、体重。给药4周后,②大鼠经眼眶后静脉丛取血,自动生化分析仪测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);③分离肾脏周围、生殖器周围脂肪垫及网膜脂肪并称重,按照公式计算脂体比:脂体比(%)=(肾周围脂肪+生殖器周围脂肪+网膜脂肪)/体重×100%。
2、实验结果:
2.1高脂饲料对大鼠肥胖模型的影响:如表1所示,与正常对照组比较,肥胖造模大鼠的进食量没有明显差异;随着高脂饲料给予时间的增加,大鼠的体重变化增加,差异显著(P<0.05),说明动物肥胖模型造模成功。

2.2颐纤膏对肥胖大鼠体重的影响:由表2可见,与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠体重增长显著增高(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,本发明药物实施例1低、中、高剂量可明显抑制大鼠体重增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示本发明药物组合可有效控制体重的增加。

2.3药物对大鼠体重增重、脂体比的影响:给药4周后,各组大鼠的体重增重、脂体比如表3所示。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠体重增重和脂体比明显增加(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,本发明实施例1低、中、高剂量组大鼠体重增重均显著降低(P<0.05);说明本发明药物组合可有减轻体重的作用。

2.4对肥胖大鼠血脂的影响:如表4结果所示,与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清的TG、TC、LDL-C均升高,HDL-C降低,差异显著(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,本发明药物实施例1低、中、高剂量可有效降低大鼠的血清TG、TC、LDL-C和升高HDL-C水平,而只有中、高剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);说明本发明药物组合可改善机体的血脂水平状况。

3、结论:采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠,成功建立了与人类肥胖症类似的肥胖大鼠模型;使用本发明药物颐纤膏给药肥胖大鼠模型,结果显示可以降低大鼠的体重和脂体比,表现出具有显著的减肥作用;本发明药物颐纤膏可有效降低大鼠的TG、TC、LDL-C和升高HDL-C水平,说明其具有明显的改善血脂状态的作用。
二、急性毒性实验
1、实验动物和药物:昆明种小鼠,6~8周龄,体质量18~22g,雌雄各半;本专利发明药实施例1(颐纤膏)。
2、实验方法
2.1预试验:选取2只昆明种小鼠,给颐纤膏前禁食6-12小时,按照实施例1的方法进行制备本发明药物剂,但不包括加入练蜜的步骤,每只灌胃lmL/20g,观察小鼠反应,结果显示未引起动物死亡。由于药物的浓度和给药体积的限制,无法测出半数致死量(LD50)。因此进行最大耐受量实验。
2.2最大耐受量试验:选取健康昆明种小鼠20只,6~8周龄,体质量18~22g,雌雄各半。小鼠适应性喂养3天,随机分为2组,每组10只。给药前禁食不禁水12小时,试验组将本专利发明药物膏剂以灌胃方式给药,每隔12小时灌胃一次,每次1mL,24小时内灌服2次,最大给药量达100mL/kg,相当于163g/kg生药,此剂量相当于成人日服量的200倍。对照组灌胃等量蒸馏水。给药后观察7天,记录每天各组小鼠的体重、精神状态、活动情况、皮毛光泽、食欲排泄和死亡等临床症状。
3、结果:小鼠给药后7天,未见不良反应,全部试验组和对照组小鼠健康活泼,精神、活动、皮毛、食欲和排泄等临床症状均无异常,与溶剂对照组比较无明显差异;也无其他毒性反应;在给药7天后各组小鼠体重均有所增加,无死亡。经解剖小鼠心脏、脾脏、肾脏、肝脏、生殖器等肉眼观察均无明显异常变化,4、结论:本发明所述药物颐纤膏无不良毒副作用。
三、临床资料
1、研究对象:收集120例单纯性肥胖并伴有皮肤症成人,皮肤症如粉刺、结节、囊肿、炎性丘疹、皮肤粗糙、肤色晦暗、无光泽、痘印等,年龄25-60周岁,男性23例,女性37例,成人体重指数BMI≥30。受试对象排除合并心、肝、肾、造血系统、甲状腺疾病等严重疾病患者。
2、实验方法:将上述120例研究对象分为4组,每组30例,一组为安慰剂对照组;其余4组分别按照本发明药物实施例1、2、3、4分别服药,实施例1口服,早晚各一次(饭前饭后均可),每次20g;实施例2口服,一次3片,一日3次;实施例3用开水冲服,一次3粒,一日3次;实施例4口服,一次15克,一日3次。2周为一个疗程,连续服药4疗程。本发明要颐纤膏不替代主食,其余时间不限制饮食,不改变生活方式。
3、结果评价标准:
体重指数标准:①显效:15≤BMI<25;②好转:25≤BMI<30;③无效:30≤BMI。皮肤问题疗效标准:①显效:皮肤问题明显改善,皮肤变光泽,毛孔明显缩小或消失,粉刺、炎性丘疹、结节、囊肿等消失,痘印、色斑淡化80%以上。②好转:皮肤变光泽,毛孔有缩小,粉刺、炎性丘疹、结节、囊肿等明显减少,色斑、痘印淡化40%-80%;③无效:皮肤问题未见上述效果。
4、结果:如表5、表6结果所示。总有效率=显效率+好转率

由表5和表6可以看出,连续服药本发明药物颐纤膏4疗程后,各组肥胖患者的体重得到了很好控制,同时肌肤问题也得到了明显改善。且服用后没有明显的副作用。
典型病例
典型病例1:陈某,女,45岁,身高159cm,体重79公斤,体型肥胖,不喜欢运动,好静喜睡,皮肤粉刺、痘印明显。来我院就诊,服用本发明实施例1制备得到的颐纤膏膏剂,一天两次,早晚各服一次,一次20g,服用一个月称重,体重降至77.2公斤;继续服用4个月后,体重稳定在57.6公斤左右,且皮肤变问题明显改善,粉刺、痘印明显减少,且血脂也恢复到正常水平。停止服药半年,未出现反弹。
典型病例2:刘某某,女38岁,身高163cm,体重77.4公斤,体型肥胖,症状为常困乏无力,经常腹胀,大便不畅,出虚汗,且血脂较高。曾尝试多种途径减肥,效果皆不理想,且常出现反弹现象。2019年3月来我院就诊,嘱其服用本发明药物实施例2颐纤膏片剂,一天3次,一次3片,服用一个月后称重,体重降至73.8公斤,腹胀、大便情况明显改善,精神状况良好。继续服用颐纤膏半年,体重降至62.3公斤,血脂水平恢复正常。继续服用3个月后,体重降至55.2公斤,遂停药,未见反弹。
与现有技术相比,本发明选用西洋参、玉竹、石斛、火麻仁、决明子、百合、焦麦芽、昆布、郁李仁、茯苓、佛手、香橼、荷叶、莱菔子、黄芥子、桃仁、桑葚、蒲公英、苡仁、山茱萸、胖大海组方,具有养血活血、化瘀、补气养阴,清热生津、食积气滞,腹胀便秘的功效,适用于气血不足、气虚阴亏,虚热烦倦、饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结的肥胖体型人群,以达到减肥养颜益气养血的疗效,制成的药物疗效显著,无毒副作用,达到了发明目的。
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
处方:西洋参20g、玉竹40g、石斛40g、火麻仁30g、决明子60g、百合40g、焦麦芽30g、昆布40g、郁李仁40g、茯苓40g、佛手30g、香橼30g、荷叶20g、莱菔子40g、黄芥子30g、桃仁30g、桑葚40g、蒲公英40g、苡仁60g、山茱萸40g、胖大海20g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加8倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,另取与上述浸膏等重量的中蜜(炼蜜),慢慢加入上述浸膏中,搅拌均匀,继续用文火加热收膏,待取少许能平拉成丝,或滴于纸上不见水迹时,装无菌瓶中密封即得即得。
用法用量:口服,早晚各一次(饭前饭后均可),每次20g,放入热水中化开后口服;亦可直接吞服。
实施例2:
处方:西洋参10g、玉竹20g、石斛20g、火麻仁15g、决明子30g、百合20g、焦麦芽15g、昆布20g、郁李仁20g、茯苓20g、佛手15g、香橼15g、荷叶10g、莱菔子20g、黄芥子15g、桃仁15g、桑葚20g、蒲公英20g、苡仁30g、山茱萸20g、胖大海10g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加6倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮2次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏,加10%混合辅料,混合辅料由糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠2:1的比例混合制成,用60%的乙醇为湿润剂制粒,干燥,压片,薄膜包衣,即得片剂。
用法用量:口服,一次3片,一日3次。
实施例3:
处方:西洋参30g、玉竹50g、石斛50g、火麻仁40g、决明子70g、百合50g、焦麦芽40g、昆布50g、郁李仁50g、茯苓50g、佛手40g、香橼40g、荷叶30g、莱菔子50g、黄芥子40g、桃仁40g、桑葚50g、蒲公英50g、苡仁70g、山茱萸50g、胖大海30g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加10倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,60℃干燥成干浸膏,粉碎成细粉,加入制成量10%的糊精混合均匀,用75%的乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,填装胶囊,即得。
用法用量:用开水冲服,一次3粒,一日3次。
实施例4:
处方:西洋参10g、玉竹30g、石斛50g、火麻仁40g、决明子50g、百合40g、焦麦芽20g、昆布50g、郁李仁450g、茯苓30g、佛手30g、香橼20g、荷叶10g、莱菔子30g、黄芥子20g、桃仁40g、桑葚50g、蒲公英50g、苡仁50g、山茱萸30g、胖大海10g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加12倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1.5h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏1份,糊精1.5份,用90%乙醇为润湿剂制颗粒,制成颗粒后于60℃干燥,再过12目筛1次,并用60目筛分出细粉,即得颗粒剂。
用法用量:口服,一次15克,一日3次。
实施例5:
处方:西洋参30g、玉竹45g、石斛30g、火麻仁30g、决明子50g、百合30g、焦麦芽20g、昆布50g、郁李仁50g、茯苓50g、佛手20g、香橼20g、荷叶30g、莱菔子50g、黄芥子320g、桃仁20g、桑葚40g、蒲公英30g、苡仁5g、山茱萸30g、胖大海15g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加8倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,另取与上述浸膏等重量的中蜜(炼蜜),慢慢加入上述浸膏中,搅拌均匀,继续用文火加热收膏,待取少许能平拉成丝,或滴于纸上不见水迹时,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
用法用量:口服,早晚各一次(饭前饭后均可),每次20g,放入热水中化开后口服;亦可直接吞服。

工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加10倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,60℃干燥成干浸膏,粉碎成细粉,加入制成量10%的糊精混合均匀,用75%的乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,填装胶囊,即得。
实施例7:
处方:西洋参10g、玉竹35g、石斛45g、火麻仁20g、决明子50g、百合50g、焦麦芽40g、昆布30g、郁李仁35g、茯苓35g、佛手35g、香橼20g、荷叶25g、莱菔子30g、黄芥子40g、桃仁40g、桑葚50g、蒲公英50g、苡仁50g、山茱萸50g、胖大海25g。
工艺:按照处方比例称取各药材,加6倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮2次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏,加10%混合辅料,混合辅料由糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠2:1的比例混合制成,用60%的乙醇为湿润剂制粒,干燥,压片,薄膜包衣,即得片剂。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有减肥养颜功效的药物,其特征在于:按照重量组份计算,由西洋参5-50份、玉竹10-80份、石斛10-80份、火麻仁15-100份、决明子30-150份、百合10-80份、焦麦芽15-100份、昆布10-80份、郁李仁10-80份、茯苓10-80份、佛手15-100份、香橼15-100份、荷叶5-50份、莱菔子10-80份、黄芥子15-100份、桃仁15-100份、桑葚10-80份、蒲公英10-80份、苡仁30-150份、山茱萸10-80份、胖大海5-50份及辅料制备而成。
2.如权利要求1所述具有减肥养颜功效的药物,其特征在于:按照重量组份计算,由西洋参10-30份、玉竹30-50份、石斛30-50份、火麻仁20-40份、决明子50-70份、百合30-50份、焦麦芽20-40份、昆布30-50份、郁李仁30-50份、茯苓30-50份、佛手20-40份、香橼20-30份、荷叶10-30份、莱菔子30-50份、黄芥子40-50份、桃仁20-40份、桑葚30-50份、蒲公英30-50份、苡仁50-70份、山茱萸30-50份、胖大海10-30份及辅料制备而成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述具有减肥养颜功效的药物,其特征在于:按照重量组份计算,由西洋参20份、玉竹40份、石斛40份、火麻仁30份、决明子60份、百合40份、焦麦芽30份、昆布40份、郁李仁40份、茯苓40份、佛手30份、香橼30份、荷叶20份、莱菔子40份、黄芥子30份、桃仁30份、桑葚40份、蒲公英40份、苡仁60份、山茱萸40份、胖大海20份及辅料制备而成。
4.制备权利要求1-3中所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:按照比例称取方中所有药材,与药物中可以接受的药用辅料进行组合,并按照常规的制备方法进行加工,制成相应的药物制剂。
5.如权利要求4所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:按照组方比例称取各药材,加水浸泡后煎煮,煎液合并,混匀,浓缩,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩成浸膏,与药物中可以接受的药用辅料进行组合,并按照常规的制备方法进行加工,制成相应的口服药物制剂。
6.如权利要求5所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述口服药物制剂包括煎膏剂、硬胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或口服液。
7.如权利要求6所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述煎膏剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加8倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,另取与上述浸膏等重量的中蜜,慢慢加入上述浸膏中,搅拌均匀,继续用文火加热收膏,待取少许能平拉成丝,或滴于纸上不见水迹时,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
8.如权利要求6所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶囊剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加10倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,60℃干燥成干浸膏,粉碎成细粉,加入制成量10%的糊精混合均匀,用75%的乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,填装胶囊,即得。
9.如权利要求6所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述片剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加6倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮2次,每次2h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏,加10%混合辅料,混合辅料由糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠2:1的比例混合制成,用60%的乙醇为湿润剂制粒,干燥,压片,薄膜包衣,即得片剂。
10.如权利要求6所述具有减肥养颜功效药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述颗粒剂这样制备:按照处方比例称取各药材,加12倍量水浸泡0.5h后煎煮3次,每次1.5h,三次煎液合并,混匀,浓缩成原药液的80%时,趁热过滤,滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏于60℃干燥,并粉碎成细粉,即得干浸膏,取干浸膏1份,糊精1.5份,用90%乙醇为润湿剂制颗粒,制成颗粒后于60℃干燥,再过12目筛1次,并用60目筛分出细粉,即得颗粒剂。
