Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of prevention of poultry digestive tract bacterial diseases, and discloses an additive solution for preventing poultry digestive tract bacterial diseases and a preparation method thereof. The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of ginkgo essential oil, 3 parts of sandalwood, 5 parts of saffron, 8 parts of wormwood, 10 parts of spanishneedles herb, 12 parts of garlic and 9 parts of vitamin C. The preparation method comprises the first step of drying the sandalwood, the saffron, the wormwood, the sticktight and the garlic respectively according to the weight parts of the raw materials, then placing the dried raw materials into a pulverizer to be pulverized, then decocting the pulverized raw materials with purified water, and filtering the decoction to obtain mixed liquid; and step two, after the obtained mixed solution is cooled to normal temperature, adding the ginkgo essential oil and the vitamins in parts by weight of the raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a finished additive solution. The ginkgo essential oil prepared by the preparation method of the ginkgo essential oil has high quality, and the quality of the additive solution is greatly improved; meanwhile, the vitamin C prepared by the preparation method of the vitamin C has high purity, and the prevention effect of the additive solution is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of prevention of poultry digestive tract bacterial diseases, and particularly relates to an additive solution for preventing poultry digestive tract bacterial diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The digestive tract is a long muscular tube which extends from the oral cavity to the pharynx, the esophagus, the stomach, the small intestine, the large intestine and the anal canal [1], and comprises the oral cavity, the pharynx, the esophagus, the stomach, the small intestine (duodenum, jejunum and ileum), the large intestine (cecum, appendix, colon and rectum), the anal canal and the like. There are two kinds of digestive glands, a small digestive gland and a large digestive gland. The small digestive gland is located in the wall of each part of the digestive tract, and the large digestive gland has three pairs of salivary glands (parotid gland, submandibular gland and sublingual gland), liver and pancreas, which are all drained into the digestive tract by means of ducts. However, the existing additive solution for preventing the bacterial diseases of the digestive tracts of the poultry and the preparation method thereof adopt poor quality, which causes poor quality of the additive solution; meanwhile, the adopted purity is low, and the prevention effect of the additive solution is influenced.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows: the existing additive solution for preventing poultry digestive tract bacterial diseases and the preparation method thereof adopt poor quality, which causes poor quality of the additive solution; meanwhile, the adopted purity is low, and the prevention effect of the additive solution is influenced.
