Abstract

An absorbent article of the present disclosure includes a waist-surrounding piece, a crotch-surrounding piece, and an absorbent leak-proof piece; the waist-surrounding member is configured to surround the waist of a human body in a use state and to have both end portions detachably connected; the crotch piece is configured that one end part of the crotch piece is connected with the back waist part of the waist piece in a using state, and the other end part penetrates through the crotch part of the human body and is detachably connected with the front abdomen part of the waist piece; an absorbent flashing member is removably attached to a side of the crotch enclosure member facing the body, the absorbent flashing member being configured to absorb liquid excreted by the body. The absorbent article of the present disclosure is suitable for a wider user population and can effectively improve the user experience.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of hygiene products, and in particular, to an absorbent product.

Background

Sanitary absorbent articles have shown a trend towards functionalization and diversification over the years of development, with disposable absorbent articles being popular with users with a high absorbent capacity, a simple and convenient wearing. Disposable absorbent articles are most commonly used to absorb and contain human waste in order to prevent it from soiling the body, clothing, etc. of the wearer.

Common disposable absorbent articles on the market include sanitary napkins, diapers, pantiliners, and the like. However, most disposable absorbent articles on the market today have a fixed size, dimension and are worn in a single manner. Due to the variety of wearer sizes, a fixed size disposable absorbent article may not fit all wearers, significantly impacting the wearer's use experience.

In view of the above, how to make an absorbent article meet the personal needs of users is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

To address the problems in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an absorbent article.

An absorbent article of the present disclosure includes a waistline piece, a crotch piece, and an absorbent leak prevention piece;

a waist member configured to surround a waist of a human body in a use state and to have both end portions detachably connected;

a crotch member configured such that one end portion thereof is connected to a rear waist portion of the waist member in a use state and the other end portion thereof passes through a crotch portion of a human body and is detachably connected to a front abdominal portion of the waist member;

an absorbent leak-proof member removably attached to a side of the crotch enclosure member facing the human body, the absorbent leak-proof member being configured to absorb liquid excreted by the human body.

The absorbent article of the present disclosure is used as follows: firstly, a user adjusts two end parts of the waistline piece to ensure that the waistline piece is just attached to the waist of the user after being fixed; then, the user can detachably connect the absorption and leakage-proof piece to one side of the crotch enclosing piece facing the human body according to the preference or the requirement of the user; finally, the user needs to pass one end of the crotch member through the crotch of the user via the legs and detachably connect the end to the waist member.

Therefore, on one hand, the crotch piece and the waistline piece of the absorbent product disclosed by the disclosure are detachably connected, so that the size and the tightness of the user can be automatically adjusted according to the body type of the user, and the user feels comfortable after wearing the absorbent product; on the other hand, the absorption leakage-proof piece is detachably connected with the crotch enclosing piece, and the user adjusts the relative connection position of the absorption leakage-proof piece and the crotch enclosing piece by self so as to enable the absorption leakage-proof piece to be located at the best liquid absorption position after wearing, so that the liquid absorption effect is best, and the use experience of the user can be improved. That is, the absorbent article of the present disclosure is adapted to a user population of a variety of different body types, has a flexible, easy and convenient wearing manner, and is suitable for a wider user population.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions, and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present disclosure unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the disclosure, its application, or uses.

Referring to fig. 1-2, in this example, an absorbent article of the present disclosure includes a waistline piece 1, a crotch piece 2, and an absorbent leak protector 3.

Referring to fig. 1, as described above, in one specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent article has a substantially T-shaped configuration of the waist member 1 and the crotch member 2 in the unfolded state. The length of the waistline piece 1 in the unfolded state is greater than that of the crotch piece 2, specifically, the unfolded length of the waistline piece 1 is greater than or equal to 800mm (millimeter), and the unfolded length of the crotch piece 2 is greater than or equal to 550mm (millimeter).

Referring to fig. 2, 5, in a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the waist member 1 is in a curved strip shape adapted to the rear waist line of the user in the unfolded state. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the connectors on both ends of the waistline unit 1 are waistline unit magic tapes 11. In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the waist-surrounding member 1 and the crotch-surrounding member 2 may be made of an elastic material having ventilation holes, so as to avoid stuffiness to the user and improve breathability. Furthermore, the waistline piece 1 and the crotch piece 2 can be cotton textiles or fiber textiles, so that the feeling of the wearer is comfortable when the wearer is in contact with a human body.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent barrier 3 may be provided as a stretchable structure, so that the length of the absorbent barrier 3 may be changed by stretching.

Specifically, one end of the absorbent leakage preventing member 3 may be first fixed to the crotch member 2 at the time of use by the user. The user then stretches the other end of the absorbent article 3, changing the length of the absorbent article 3 until the length of the absorbent article 3 corresponds to the current user requirements, i.e. fixing this end to the crotch member 2.

In other embodiments of the present disclosure, at least a part of the outer surface of the absorbent leak-proof member 3 is provided with a glue 34 which can be repeatedly attached so that the absorbent leak-proof member 3 can be detachably attached to the crotch member 2 by the glue 34.

Specifically, the glue 34 of the absorbent leak preventer 3 is provided on the side of the absorbent leak preventer 3 facing away from the human body, and the absorbent leak preventer 3 can be detachably connected to the side of the crotch member 2 facing the human body through this glue 34. The user can be according to self demand and the self favorite with absorbing leak protection member 3 and connect the arbitrary place on crotch encloses piece 2 to satisfy user's user demand.

Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak-proof member 3 includes an absorbent layer 32 and a leak-proof layer 31 which are layered. Specifically, the leakage-proof layer 31 is fixedly connected with the crotch member 2; at least a part of the outer surface of the side of the absorption layer 32 contacting the leakage-proof layer 31 is provided with a re-attachable adhesive 34 so that the absorption layer 32 can be detachably connected to the leakage-proof layer 31 by the adhesive 34. The detailed description of the specific principles is given above and will not be repeated herein.

Further, the length of the leakage-preventing layer 31 is shorter than the length of the crotch member 2 but longer than the length of the absorbent layer 32 in this embodiment, so as to ensure that the absorbent layer 32 has a space in which it can move.

Referring to fig. 3-6, in a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, a wrapping layer 33 is further provided on the outer side of the absorbent layer 32, and the wrapping layer 33 is configured to press-fit and wrap the absorbent layer 32. At this time, the adhesive 34 is provided on the outer surface of the wrapping layer 33 in contact with the leakage-proof layer 31, so that the position of the absorbent layer 32 can be adjusted by moving the position of the wrapping layer 33 on the leakage-proof layer 31. Protect absorbent layer 32's imbibition performance in order to realize, avoid absorbent layer 32 to lead to absorbent layer 32 inner structure to appear loosely through dismantling the laminating many times, influence the imbibition effect.

Further, there are several ways the user can choose when it is desired to replace the absorbent leak 3. For example, the user can choose to replace only the absorption leakage-proof piece 3 without replacing the waist piece 1 and the crotch piece 2, so the replacement mode is very simple and convenient, and only the absorption leakage-proof piece 3 is replaced, thereby saving the expense of the user and reducing the resource waste.

Specifically, when changing and absorbing leak-proof member 3, the user can take the one end of dismantling the connection with waistline member 1 on the crotch encloses piece 2 apart from waistline member 1, then will lie in absorbing leak-proof member 3 on the crotch encloses piece 2 and take apart from crotch encloses piece 2 again, pastes suitable position on crotch encloses piece 2 with new absorbing leak-proof member 3 again, links together crotch encloses piece 2 and waistline member 1 at last and accomplishes the change. The user can also choose to replace the whole absorbent article, and the specific replacement mode can be selected by the user according to actual needs, which are not described one by one.

In a particular embodiment of the present disclosure, the glue 34 provided on the absorbent leak protector 3 is a pressure sensitive glue. The skilled person can select the design according to the actual requirement, and the design is not limited herein. In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak-proof member 3 has a length of 210mm to 550mm (millimeters) and a width of 70mm to 140mm (millimeters).

Referring to fig. 1, 3, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak-proof member 3 includes an absorbent layer 32 and a leak-proof layer 31 which are stacked. In detail, the absorption layer 32 is superimposed on the leakage-preventing layer 31 in a direction from the human-body-approaching side to the human-body-away side. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak-proof member 3 further includes a protective layer 35, a surface layer 36, and a flow guiding layer 37, which are sequentially stacked in a direction from a side close to the human body to a side far from the human body, so as to further improve the absorption effect of the absorbent leak-proof member 3.

In a particular embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak protector 3 may also comprise other functional layers containing different functions, such as a functional layer containing activated carbon for taste absorption, a functional layer containing aroma for aroma enhancement, etc. And the different functional layers can be glued together by applying glue 34 or can be pressed and connected by a machine. The design can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent layer 32 is a composite core or fluff pulp containing SAP, and the leakage-proof layer 31 is formed by combining a nonwoven fabric and a PE film. The design can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.

In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent layer 32 has a width dimension of greater than or equal to 50mm (millimeters) and a length of greater than or equal to 210mm (millimeters). The width of the anti-leakage layer 31 is larger than or equal to 90mm (millimeter), and the length is larger than or equal to 240mm (millimeter). Specifically, the area of the leakage-preventing layer 31 is larger than that of the absorbent layer 32 to maximize the leakage-preventing effect.

Referring to fig. 3, 6, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent leak protector 3 further comprises a wrapping 33. The wrapping layer 33 is used to wrap at least a part of the absorption layer 32 and the leakage-proof layer 31 which are stacked. Therefore, the wrapping layer 33 can further fasten the absorption layer 32 and the leakage-proof layer 31 together, so as to avoid the occurrence of gaps between the absorption layer 32 and the leakage-proof layer 31, which results in the influence on the absorption and leakage-proof effects.

In a particular embodiment of the present disclosure, at least part of the outer wall of the wrapping 33 facing away from the human body is provided with glue. And the absorption leakage-proof piece 3 can be detachably connected with the side of the crotch enclosing part facing the human body through the colloid on the wrapping layer 33.

In a particular embodiment of the present disclosure, wrapping 33 is an elastic wrapping. Specifically, when the user needs to connect the absorption leakage preventing member 3 and the crotch member 2, the user may connect one end of the wrapping layer 33 to the crotch member 2 through the glue 34 first, and then connect the wrapping layer 33 to the crotch member 2 by pulling the other end of the wrapping layer 33. Since the wrapping layer 33 has a certain elasticity, the shapes of the absorbent layer 32 and the leakage preventive layer 31 are also deformed to a certain extent in accordance with the deformation degree of the wrapping layer 33 during the pulling process. It is understood that the surface area of the absorbent leak protector 3 is slightly increased.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the absorbent article may also be provided with different shaped embossments. In particular, the edges of the absorbent leak-proof element 3 may be pressed by embossing, which improves the performance of the absorbent leak-proof element 3 while making the appearance of the product more attractive. Embossing and/or printing can be arranged on the waistline piece 1 and the crotch piece 2, so that the appearance of the absorbent product is more attractive to users, the use experience of the users is improved, and the embossed shape can be cartoon animals, lovely patterns and the like. The design can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.

Claims

1. An absorbent article, comprising:

a waist-surrounding member (1) configured to surround the waist of a human body in a use state and to have both end portions detachably connected;

a crotch piece (2) configured such that one end portion of the crotch piece (2) is connected to the rear waist portion of the waist piece (1) in a use state, and the other end portion passes through the crotch portion of the human body and is detachably connected to the front abdomen portion of the waist piece (1);

an absorbent leak-proof member (3) detachably attached to a side of the crotch enclosing member (2) facing the human body, the absorbent leak-proof member (3) being configured to absorb liquid excreted from the human body.

2. The absorbent article as claimed in claim 1, wherein both ends of the waist-surrounding member (1) are provided with connectors, one of the connectors is provided with the thorn surface of the waist-surrounding member magic tape (11) on the inner surface, and at least part of the outer surface of the other connector is provided with the hair surface of the waist-surrounding member magic tape (11); alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the two connecting pieces are detachably connected through snap buttons (12), one of the snap buttons and the snap buttons of the snap buttons (12) is arranged on the inner surface of one connecting piece, and the other one is arranged on the outer surface of the other connecting piece.

The absorbent article as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end of said crotch member (2) detachably attached to said waist member (1) is provided with an elongated crotch member magic tape (21), said elongated crotch member magic tape (21) extending in a longitudinal direction of said crotch member (2).

4. An absorbent article according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the crotch part (2) has hip guards (22), which hip guards (22) are configured to pocket at least parts of the hips of the human body in a situation of use.

5. An absorbent article as defined in claim 4, characterized in that the outer contour of the hip guard (22) comprises a smooth curve extending from the side waist to the crotch of the human body and curving inwards.

6. An absorbent article according to claim 4, characterized in that the waist feature (1) is an elastic waist feature and/or the crotch feature (2) is an elastic crotch feature.

7. An absorbent article according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said absorbent barrier (3) is provided with a glue (34) which is re-attachable, and said absorbent barrier (3) is detachably connected to said crotch member (2) by said glue (34).

8. An absorbent article as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said glue (34) is a pressure sensitive glue.

9. The absorbent article as claimed in claim 7, wherein the absorbent barrier (3) comprises an absorbent layer (32), a leakage-proof layer (31) arranged in a stack, and the absorbent barrier (3) is configured to have the absorbent layer (32) face the human body side in a use state;

the absorbent leak-proof member (3) further comprises a wrapping layer (33), the wrapping layer (33) being configured to wrap at least part of the absorbent layer (32) and the leak-proof layer (31).

10. An absorbent article according to claim 9, characterized in that the wrapping (33) is an elastic wrapping.
