3. The rinse and dry baffle assembly of claim 2, wherein the auxiliary oscillating member is bent such that a bottom end of the auxiliary oscillating member is adjacent to and is urged by the rinse spray bar.

4. The wash and rinse blade assembly of claim 1, wherein said dry and rinse blades are stacked together with said auxiliary oscillating member in a closed position.

5. The wash and bake plate assembly of claim 1, wherein said bake plate, rinse plate and auxiliary oscillating member are rotatably mounted to said fixed support frame with shaft and hole fittings, respectively.

6. The rinse and dry baffle assembly of claim 1, wherein the rinse baffle is T-shaped.

7. A toilet cover plate comprising a base, a flushing boom and a drying assembly, and further comprising at least one flushing and drying baffle assembly according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the fixed bracket is mounted on the base, the flushing baffle covers the outlet of the flushing boom, and the drying baffle covers the air outlet of the drying assembly; the auxiliary swinging piece is positioned in front of the flushing spray rod and is pushed by the movement of the flushing spray rod to swing and open.

8. The toilet lid according to claim 7, wherein the drying flap is oscillatably opened by the drying assembly when the auxiliary oscillating member oscillates to oscillate the flushing flap open.
