The telescopic net frame 2 consists of an outer frame 20 and an inner net frame 21, and the top of the outer frame 20 is set to be a structure with hardness;
the inner net frame 21 consists of a rotating net frame 23 and a bottom net frame 24, the rotating net frame 23 is rotatably connected with the bottom net frame 24, a clamping groove II 25 is formed in the top of the outer frame 20 and located on the outer side of the connecting position of the rotating net frame 23 and the bottom net, and the clamping groove II 25 is clamped with the auxiliary device 4;

the two ends of the rotating rod 30 are both fixed with first bevel gears 32, the top of each first bevel gear 32 is connected with a second bevel gear 33 in a meshing manner, the center of each second bevel gear 33 is fixedly connected with a rotating part 6, a groove 34 is formed in each rotating part 6, a lifting rope 35 is wound in each groove 34, a plurality of bottom pulleys 36 capable of limiting the lifting rope 35 are arranged at the bottom of the movable outer frame 1, the bottom pulleys 36 are rotatably connected with the inside of the fixed groove 10 through rotating shafts, the top of the movable outer frame 1 is rotatably connected with a top pulley 37 capable of limiting the top of the lifting rope 35, and the top of the lifting rope 35 penetrates through the top pulley 37 to be fixedly connected with the top of the outer frame 20;
the top of the movable outer frame 1 is provided with a rotating component 7 which can drive two top pulleys 37 to rotate;
the end of the turning piece 6 remote from the second bevelled gear 33 is connected to the auxiliary device 4.
The rotating assembly 7 comprises a fixed rod 70 fixed on the top of the top pulley 37, the center line of the fixed rod 70 and the position of the outer lifting rope 35 are at the same position, and the fixed rod 70 is rotatably connected with the top of the movable outer frame 1 through a bearing;
the two fixing rods 70 are fixedly sleeved with rotating gears 71, a transmission chain 72 is connected between the two rotating gears 71 in a meshing manner, any one fixing rod 70 penetrates through the rotating gear 71 and is fixed with a second driving motor 73, and the second driving motor 73 is fixed to the top of the movable outer frame 1 through a motor groove.
The rotating piece 6 comprises a middle rod 60 arranged inside the fixing groove 10, the middle rod 60 is connected with the lifting rope 35, the inner side of the middle rod 60 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the movable outer frame 1 through a bearing, and two ends of the middle rod 60 are provided with limit grooves 61;
a limiting rod 62 is clamped inside the limiting groove 61, a micro cylinder 63 is fixed at one end of the limiting rod 62, a rotating shell 64 is fixed at one end of the micro cylinder 63, the two rotating shells 64 are rotatably sleeved with two ends of the middle rod 60 through bearings respectively, and the two rotating shells 64 are connected with the second bevel gear 33 and the auxiliary device 4 respectively;
when oil paintings are placed, firstly, the oil paintings are hung on the inner net rack 21 through the limiting structure 5, then as the hung oil paintings increase, the first driving motor 31 is started, the first driving motor 31 drives the rotating rod 30 to rotate, the rotating rod 30 drives the outer frame 20 and the inner net rack 21 to release, meanwhile, the rotating rod 30 drives the first helical gear 32 and the second helical gear 33 to rotate, the second helical gear 33 drives the rotating shell 64 to rotate, at the moment, the limiting rod 62 close to the first helical gear 32 is clamped with the limiting groove 61, so that the rotating shell 64 drives the middle rod 60 to rotate, the middle rod 60 drives the lifting rope 35 to wind, the top of the lifting rope 35 drives the tops of the outer frame 20 and the inner net rack 21 to ascend along the top pulley 37 and the bottom pulley 36, and the hung oil paintings can be driven to ascend;
when two oil paintings on the top of the inner net frame 21 need to be taken down and workers cannot reach the oil paintings, the auxiliary device 4 drives the rotating net frame 23 to rotate to a proper angle, so that the oil paintings on the top of the inner net frame 21 can be taken down conveniently, meanwhile, the driving motor II 73 is turned on, the driving motor II 73 drives the fixing rod 70 and the rotating gear 71 to rotate, the rotating gear 71 drives the other rotating gear 71 and the fixing rod 70 to rotate through the transmission chain 72, so that the two top pulleys 37 can be driven to rotate, and the vertical position of the lifting rope 35 can be kept unchanged, so that when the inner net frame 21 and the outer frame 20 incline, the lifting rope 35 is released, and the lifting rope 35 can pull and support the tops of the inner net frame 21 and the outer frame 20;
and when the rotating net rack 23 rotates to a certain angle, the oil painting on the other side of the rotating net rack 23 can be taken down.
The auxiliary device 4 comprises a clamping rod 40 clamped with the clamping groove II 25, a transmitter 46 and a receiver 47 are respectively fixed at one end of the clamping rod 40 and inside the clamping groove II 25, a miniature electric cylinder 48 is fixed at one end of the clamping rod 40, a rotating motor II 42 is fixed at one end of the miniature electric cylinder 48, a multi-section electric telescopic rod 49 is fixed on the rotating motor II 42 through a motor frame, and the multi-section electric telescopic rod 49 is fixedly connected with the inside of the movable outer frame 1 through a fixing frame;
the outer side of the second rotating motor 42 is provided with a middle pulley 4a capable of positioning the lifting rope 35, and the middle pulley 4a is fixedly connected with the inside of the movable outer frame 1;
a rotating motor III 4b is fixed at one end of the rotating shell 64 far away from the second bevel gear 33, and the rotating motor III 4b is fixed inside the movable outer frame 1 through a motor frame.
When the oil painting on the top of the inner net rack 21 needs to be taken down, the multi-section electric telescopic rod 49 is opened, the multi-section electric telescopic rod 49 drives the second rotating motor 42 to move in the vertical direction until the emitter 46 corresponds to the receiver 47, then the miniature electric cylinder 48 is opened, the miniature electric telescopic rod 41 drives the clamping rod 40 to be clamped with the clamping groove, then the rotating motor is opened, and the rotating motor drives the rotating net plate to rotate;
and meanwhile, the third rotating motor 4b is turned on, and the third rotating motor 4b drives the rotating shell 64 to rotate, so that the intermediate rod 60 is driven to rotate, the lifting rope 35 is released, and the top of the outer frame 20 and the top of the inner net rack 21 are pulled to be supported.
The limiting structure 5 comprises a connecting shell 50 arranged outside the inner net rack 21, and the outer side of the connecting shell 50 is connected with a fixing device 8 which can be connected with the inner net rack 21;
a support rod 51 is fixed inside the connecting shell 50, a vortex spring 52 is fixed on the outer side of the support rod 51, a rotating shell 53 is fixed on the outer side of the vortex spring 52, the rotating shell 53 is connected with the connecting shell in a rotatable manner, a connecting rope 54 is fixed on the outer side of the rotating shell 53, and two through grooves 55 corresponding to two ends of the connecting rope 54 are formed in the outer side of the connecting shell 50;
two ends of the connecting rope 54 respectively penetrate through the two through grooves 55 to be fixed with support plates 56, and two sides of each support plate 56 are respectively fixed with hooks 57 connected with the oil painting and the inner net rack 21;
one end of the support rod 51 penetrates through the connecting shell 50 to be fixed with a first positioning tooth 58, a second positioning tooth 59 corresponding to the first positioning tooth 58 is fixed on the outer side of the connecting shell 50, and the first positioning tooth 58 and the second positioning tooth 59 are made of elastic materials.
The fixing device 8 comprises a first fixing hook 80 fixed at the bottom of the connecting shell 50, the bottom of the connecting shell 50 is connected with a second fixing hook 81 in a sliding mode, and the outer side of the second fixing hook 81 is rotatably connected with a fixing threaded rod 82 through a bearing;
when the oil painting fixing device is used, the first fixing hook 80 and the second fixing hook 81 are respectively clamped on the screen plate, then the fixing threaded rod 82 is rotated to push the second fixing hook 81, so that the first fixing hook 80 and the second fixing hook 81 are fixedly clamped with the inner screen plate, then the supporting rod 51 is rotated, the supporting rod 51 drives the rotating shell 53 to rotate, the two ends of the connecting rope 54 are released and contracted, the initial lengths of the two ends of the connecting rope 54 are different and are matched with a hanging rope behind an oil painting for use, then hooks 57 at the two ends of the connecting rope 54 are hooked with the inner net rack 21, the supporting rod 51 is rotated until the hooks 57 are clamped with the screen plate, then the two ends of the hanging rope behind the oil painting are extended and are respectively hooked with the other hooks 57, and the oil painting can be fixed;
when the oil painting needs to be taken down, the hanging rope at the bottom is pulled by external force, the hanging rope is taken down from the hook 57, then the bottom of the oil painting is dragged, and the oil painting hanging rope is taken down from the hook 57 at the top so that the oil painting can be taken down.
In this scheme, the circuit operates as the conventional circuit, and the circuits and control related to the present invention are the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.

the top of the movable outer frame (1) is provided with a rotating assembly (7) which can drive two top pulleys (37) to rotate;
one end of the rotating piece (6) far away from the second bevel gear (33) is connected with the auxiliary device (4);
the rotating piece (6) comprises an intermediate rod (60) arranged in the fixing groove (10), the groove (34) is formed in the intermediate rod (60), the intermediate rod (60) is connected with the lifting rope (35), the inner side of the intermediate rod (60) is rotatably connected with the bottom of the outer frame (20), and two ends of the intermediate rod (60) are provided with limiting grooves (61);
a limiting rod (62) is clamped in the limiting groove (61), one end of the limiting rod (62) is connected with a micro cylinder (63), one end of the micro cylinder (63) is connected with a rotating shell (64), the two rotating shells (64) are respectively in rotating sleeve joint with two ends of the middle rod (60), and the two rotating shells (64) are respectively connected with the second bevel gear (33) and the auxiliary device (4);
