As shown in fig. 8, after the basket 100 is completely screwed in, the pulley 422 does not completely slide to the foremost end of the rail 110, and has a distance from the foremost end, and additionally, the basket 100 stops being screwed in continuously under the action of the damper 120, so that the pulley 422 cannot be separated from the front end of the rail 110 from the groove 111.
In one embodiment, a first supporting point and a second supporting point are arranged between the manipulator joint 200 and the bottom of the pull-out basket 100 to form stable support for the pull-out basket 100, and the manipulator joint 200 is pulled to deform and swing when the pull-out basket 100 is screwed out of or into the cabinet;
the connection between the auxiliary rotating mechanism 400 and the rail 110 forms a third supporting point of the pull basket 100, and the support is more stable in a three-point supporting manner.
Further, the mounting bracket 230 is assembled on the manipulator joint 200, the manipulator joint 200 and the pull-out basket 100 are assembled in the cabinet 300 through the mounting bracket 230 after being combined, the single side is installed through the mounting bracket 230, the whole pull-out basket 100 is suspended in the cabinet 300, and the installation convenience and the installation efficiency are effectively improved; compared with the traditional upright post supporting/mounting mode, the structure is simpler, and the mounting is more convenient; the integral structural layout of the butterfly pull basket is simpler and more clear, the situation that the supporting upright posts are not matched with the cabinet body in height and cannot be installed can not occur during installation, and the butterfly pull basket is stronger in applicability.
More specifically, the mounting bracket 230 is provided with a screw hole, and the mounting bracket 230 is mounted on the inner side wall of the cabinet 300 by screwing.
Alternatively, the mounting bracket 230 may be fixed to the inner wall of the cabinet 300 by welding, gluing, or the like; there is or may be a preset bracket in the cabinet 300, and during installation, the installation bracket 230 may be directly connected with the preset bracket in the cabinet 300 by hanging or screwing.
It should be noted that the number of the pull baskets 100 installed in the cabinet 300 may be single or multiple, and the pull baskets 100 are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, so that the space utilization rate of the cabinet 300 can be effectively improved. Under the condition of a plurality of pull baskets 100, the pull baskets 100 respectively comprise a manipulator joint 200, the pull baskets 100 can share one mounting bracket 230, and after the integral assembly of the plurality of pull baskets 100 is finished, the pull baskets are mounted in the cabinet body 300, so that the mounting mode is simple; more efficiently than a single installation of each drawer basket 100.
Referring to fig. 7, the robot joint 200 includes: the swing arm assembly comprises a first swing arm 210 and a second swing arm 220, wherein the second swing arm 220 is provided with at least three sections of swing rods 221 which are sequentially connected, and the three sections of swing rods 221 can rotate relatively. And the open ends of the first swing arm 210 and the second swing arm 220 are rotatably defined on the mounting bracket 230; the ends of the first swing arm 210 and the second swing arm 220 are rotatably connected to the bottom of the drawer basket 100 to form the first supporting point and the second supporting point.
The first swing arm 210 and the second swing arm 220 are connected to the mounting bracket 230 through a rotating component, such as a rotating shaft; the three swing rods 221 are also connected through a rotating shaft structure, and in the process of screwing out/screwing in the pull basket 100, the first swing arm 210 and the second swing arm 220 are relatively driven to swing by the movement of the pull basket 100.
Further, the tail ends of the first swing arm 210 and the second swing arm 220 are provided with a butterfly disk bottom support 240, the butterfly disk bottom support 240 is supported at the bottom of the pull basket 100, the supporting area between the first swing arm 210 and the bottom of the second swing arm 220 and the bottom of the pull basket 100 can be increased, point contact and surface contact are compared, the bearing capacity can be enhanced, and heavier objects can be borne on the pull basket 100.
Further, a limiting portion 130 is disposed at the bottom of the pull-out basket 100, and the limiting portion 130 abuts against the manipulator joint 200 after the pull-out basket 100 is screwed into the cabinet 300.
Further, the auxiliary rotating mechanism 400 is fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 230 of the robot joint 200.
Fig. 8-12 show the process of unscrewing the pull basket 100, whereas fig. 12 shows the process of unscrewing the pull basket 100, and the following description will take the pull basket 100 as an example to describe the movement of the pull basket 100.
As shown in fig. 8, the drawer basket 100 is completely screwed into the cabinet 300 and located at the first position, at this time, the first swing link on the second swing arm 220 is close to the inner side wall of the cabinet 300, and a certain included angle is formed between the three swing links 221; the pulley 422 moves to near the front end of the rail 110, i.e., near the front end of the trough 111; meanwhile, the damper pick 430 is abutted against the damper 120, and the limiting part 130 is abutted against the first swing arm 210 to limit the pull-out basket 100 to be continuously screwed in; the door 310 is opened by rotating counterclockwise.
In operation, as shown in fig. 9-10, when a user holds the force application member, a downward pulling force is applied as shown in the drawing direction, the pull basket 100 starts to move outwards, the damper pull tab 430 is separated from the damper 120, and the pulley 422 slides along the slot 111 of the track 110; and pulley 422 slides in the first arc segment of slot 111, basket 100 swings from a substantially horizontal direction, partially swings out of cabinet 300 and rotates to a substantially vertical direction, if the user can take and place the required articles, the user can rotate to the position to stop, otherwise, the user will continue to rotate and pull out.
As shown in fig. 11, the pulley 422 slides along the slot 111 of the rail 110 into the second arc segment, and accordingly, the pull basket 100 swings leftwards from the substantially vertical direction, as shown in fig. 12, when the pull basket 100 is completely unscrewed and located at the second position, the pulley 422 moves to the end of the slot 111 of the rail 110; the entire process is completed and the user can access the article on the drawer basket 100.
In the process of screwing out the basket 100, the relative position of the auxiliary rotating mechanism 400 in the cabinet 300 is unchanged, and the robot joint 200 swings correspondingly with the screwing out of the basket 100.

Claims (10)

1. The corner butterfly drawer basket of flying installs in the cabinet internally, includes: drawer basket and connect in the manipulator joint of drawer basket bottom, the drawer basket passes through the manipulator joint and supports in cabinet internal portion, its characterized in that:
the bottom of the pull basket is provided with a track which is arranged in a non-linear way, and the track defines the motion track of the pull basket when the pull basket is screwed out of or screwed into the cabinet body;
the bottom of the pull basket is connected with an auxiliary rotating mechanism which is positioned in the cabinet body and has a constant position, the auxiliary rotating mechanism is interfered with the track, and when the pull basket is limited to be screwed in/out of the cabinet body, the auxiliary rotating mechanism moves along the track;
a first supporting point and a second supporting point are arranged between the manipulator joint and the bottom of the pull basket, so that stable support is formed for the pull basket, and the manipulator joint is pulled to deform and swing when the pull basket is screwed out of or screwed into the cabinet body;
and the auxiliary rotating mechanism is connected with the track to form a third supporting point of the pull basket.

The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary rotating mechanism comprises: the auxiliary rotating mechanism is limited to a support with the position in the cabinet body unchanged and a sliding part arranged on the support, and the sliding part rotates on the support along with the curve change of the track.

The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 2, wherein: the sliding member includes: the pulley bracket and the pulley are arranged on the pulley bracket; the pulley bracket is provided with a self-rotating shaft which can be rotatably connected to the bracket, and the pulley can be connected to the pulley bracket in a self-rotating manner; the pulley is contacted with the track and rolls along the track in a self-rotating way.

The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 3, wherein: the pulleys are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the track; two sides of the track are provided with groove bodies corresponding to the peripheral sides of the pulleys, and the peripheral sides of the pulleys are sunk into the groove bodies.

the damper is arranged at the beginning of the motion track, and when the pull basket rotates to a preset angle, the damper is triggered by the auxiliary rotating mechanism.
6. The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 5, wherein: the auxiliary rotating mechanism is provided with a damper plectrum;
when the pull basket is screwed out of the cabinet body, the damper shifting sheet leaves the damper;
after the pull basket is screwed into the cabinet body, the damper plectrum triggers the damper.
7. The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 2, wherein: the mechanical arm joint is provided with a mounting bracket, and the mechanical arm joint and the pull basket are combined and then integrally assembled in the cabinet body through the mounting bracket.

the open ends of the first swing arm and the second swing arm are rotatably limited on the mounting bracket; the tail ends of the first swing arm and the second swing arm are rotatably connected to the bottom of the pull basket to form the first supporting point and the second supporting point.
9. The corner flying butterfly basket according to claim 8, wherein: the tail ends of the first swing arm and the second swing arm are provided with a flying disc bottom support, and the flying disc bottom support is supported at the bottom of the pull-out basket.
10. The corner flying butterfly pull basket according to claim 2, wherein: the bottom of the pull-out basket is provided with a limiting part, and the limiting part is used for pressing the pull-out basket against the manipulator joint after the pull-out basket is screwed into the cabinet body.
