4. A patent monitoring method according to claim 3, wherein said S400 comprises:
s401, performing subsection extraction on the contents of the patent documents retrieved after automatic retrieval to obtain a patent document content extraction data set;
s402, technically interpreting the extracted data set of the patent file content to obtain an extracted data set technically interpreted file; the technical interpretation of the patent document content extraction data set comprises: configuring a plurality of reference patent contents of which the extracted data is determined; acquiring at least one pre-interpreted patent document; and executing the following processing aiming at each pre-interpreted patent document:
extracting technical data from the patent document, performing word segmentation processing on the technical data to obtain a first word segmentation processing technical data set, and confirming words to be pre-solved and read in the technical data;
for each pre-interpreted word, the following is performed: extracting at least one reference patent content corresponding to the pre-interpreted word, and performing word segmentation processing on the reference patent content to obtain at least one second word segmentation processing technology data set; calculating the relevance scores between the patent document and the reference patent contents based on the first word segmentation processing technology data set and each second word segmentation processing technology data set, and determining that the patent document is relevant to the reference patent contents with the highest relevance scores; and classifying the patent document into one or more extracted data categories corresponding to the related reference patent content;
and S403, automatically tracking and monitoring the data set technology interpretation file, and giving a prompt when a patent is updated to automatically and intelligently monitor the patent.
