Next, a method, an apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device for recommending an emergency scenario provided by an embodiment of the present application will be respectively described.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for recommending an emergency incident scenario according to an embodiment of the present application. The specific flow of the emergency event plan recommendation method can be as follows:
101. and acquiring emergency event information.
The emergency event information may include, among other things, an event location, an event type, an event rating, and an event profile.
It should be noted that the emergency event information may also include geomorphic information, building information, and the like.
The common event types include four categories of natural disasters, accident disasters, public health events and social security events, and have two-level and three-level classification. The event type is the most main related item of event matching, and the plans under the type are important pre-judgment knowledge, which is of great help for decision information recommendation. And (3) artificial type matching, wherein in the event, some events can be classified into one type according to experience of people, and the events can be classified into the same type according to a corresponding table established in advance and can be searched simultaneously so as to reduce the influence caused by insufficient plan. Such as a damming lake collapse event, has many practical similarities to a breakdown of a small dam, so the latter protocol can provide good decision support for the former.
Events are classified into different levels according to the event size. Common incidents are generally classified into four classes, i.e., class I (particularly significant), class II (significant), class III (greater), class IV (general). The attributes of the emergency event include the number of dead people (DeadNum), the number of injured people (InjureNum), economic loss (Lost), control difficulty (HardLevel), degree of harm (Effect Level), and the like. And calculating the event grade according to an empirical algorithm and current event information estimation so as to match the plans of different grades in the corresponding plans. In practical application, the calculation of the part can refer to other software, or the receiving personnel inquires experts to perform calculation entry.
102. And inputting the emergency event information into a preset plan library for matching to obtain a plan to be recommended similar to the emergency event information.
In some embodiments, the event location, the event type, the event level, and the event profile may be input into a preset plan library for similarity matching, so as to obtain a plan to be recommended that is similar to the emergency event information.
Specifically, the event position, the event type, the event grade and the event brief description may be subjected to similarity matching with each preset plan in a preset plan library to obtain a first similarity, a second similarity, a third similarity and a fourth similarity, respectively; respectively comparing the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity and the fourth similarity with preset similarities to obtain comparison results; and selecting a plan to be recommended from a preset plan library according to the comparison result.
In some embodiments, when at least two of the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity, and the fourth similarity are greater than the preset similarity, the corresponding preset plan may be regarded as the plan to be recommended.
It should be noted that, when there are multiple plans to be recommended in the preset plan library, the multiple plans to be recommended may be sorted according to the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity, and the fourth similarity, and then selected according to the sorting.
Specifically, the multiple plans to be recommended may be sorted according to the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity, and the fourth similarity, respectively, to obtain a first sort, a second sort, a third sort, and a fourth sort. Then, a comprehensive ranking of the plurality of plans to be recommended can be obtained based on the first ranking, the second ranking, the third ranking and the fourth ranking. And finally, determining the plan to be recommended with high comprehensive ranking as the final plan to be recommended.
103. And performing task configuration on the to-be-recommended plan based on a preset condition, and generating a disposal scheme corresponding to the to-be-recommended plan.
It should be noted that the preset condition may be set by a worker according to experience and actual conditions.
104. And performing pre-operation on the disposal scheme to obtain pre-scheme operation data.
Specifically, a scene model corresponding to the to-be-recommended plan can be obtained; and inputting the disposal scheme into a scene model for simulation to obtain the operation data of the predetermined scheme.
105. And grading the plan operation data, and determining whether to recommend the treatment plan as a final plan according to a grading result.
Specifically, the scoring result may be compared with a preset score; if the grading result is greater than or equal to the preset grading, recommending the disposal scheme as a final plan; and if the scoring result is smaller than the preset score, adjusting the preset condition according to a preset strategy, returning to the step of executing task configuration on the to-be-recommended plan based on the preset condition and generating a disposal scheme corresponding to the to-be-recommended plan until the scoring result is larger than or equal to the preset score.
