in the invention, firstly, a water sample is put into a test tube 2, then the bottom end of the test tube 2 is arranged on a first clamping component 4, the bottom end of the test tube 2 is limited and fixed on a supporting seat 3 through a clamping plate 41 and a first elastic piece 44, then a moving cylinder 72 is moved downwards through a handle on the moving cylinder 72, a rubber belt 83 on the inner side of the moving cylinder 72 is contacted with the outer side of the top end of the test tube 2, the rubber belt 83 is tightly contacted with the outer wall of the top end of the test tube 2 through an adjusting component 84, the test tube 2 is kept in a vertical state, a plurality of test tubes 2 containing the water sample are sequentially arranged on the inner side of a bracket 1, then a detection medicament is conveyed into the test tube 2 through an infusion apparatus 6 through a controller on a liquid storage tank 5, a driving piece 91 is started, the test tube 2 is rotated, the mixing of the medicament and the water sample is mixed, then the reaction of the water sample on the inner side of the test tube 2 is observed, and the hardness of each test tube 2 is recorded, the total hardness detection of water can be realized.
