Abstract
The invention discloses a limiting sliding device capable of always keeping uniform stress, which comprises a limiting pipe clamp, a pipeline, a limiting sliding plate, a limiting steel structure and a plurality of universal ball heads, wherein the limiting pipe clamp is arranged on the limiting pipe clamp; the limiting pipe clamp is buckled on a pipeline, the limiting sliding plate is positioned between the limiting pipe clamp and the limiting steel structure, the limiting sliding plate is connected with the limiting steel structure through a plurality of suspension bolts, and each universal ball head is fixed on the limiting sliding plate and is in contact with the limiting pipe clamp; the side of the limiting sliding plate is provided with spherical tiles, the side of the limiting steel structure is provided with a fixing block, the fixing block is provided with grooves matched with the spherical tiles, the spherical tiles are located in the grooves, and the limiting device can guarantee the uniform stress of the limiting device when the pipeline is thermally expanded.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a limiting sliding device, in particular to a limiting sliding device capable of always keeping uniform stress.
Background
At present, the limiting devices shown in fig. 4 are commonly used in the design of pipeline thermal expansion limiting or pipeline vibration abatement schemes, and are used for limiting the thermal displacement of the pipeline in a certain direction. Because the pipeline has three-dimensional thermal displacement and angular displacement, and because of the difference of manufacturing processes, two contact planes of the unidirectional limiting support and the structural beam of the pipeline in the figure 4 are not parallel, the unidirectional limiting support and the structural beam are not in surface contact but in point contact, and further the stress is uneven, and the limiting support and the structural beam are possibly damaged.
In addition, the one-way limiting support and the structural beam are in contact to generate friction force, so that the thermal displacement of the pipeline on the plane is blocked, additional force is generated on the pipeline, and the adverse effect is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a limiting sliding device which can always keep uniform stress and can ensure that the limiting sliding device is uniformly stressed when a pipeline is thermally expanded.
In order to achieve the aim, the limiting sliding device capable of always keeping uniform stress comprises a limiting pipe clamp, a pipeline, a limiting sliding plate, a limiting steel structure and a plurality of universal ball heads;
the limiting pipe clamp is buckled on a pipeline, the limiting sliding plate is positioned between the limiting pipe clamp and the limiting steel structure, the limiting sliding plate is connected with the limiting steel structure through a plurality of suspension bolts, and each universal ball head is fixed on the limiting sliding plate and is in contact with the limiting pipe clamp;
the side of the limiting sliding plate is provided with a spherical tile, the side of the limiting steel structure is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is provided with a groove matched with the spherical tile, and the spherical tile is located in the groove.
The limiting sliding plate is provided with a through hole for the suspension bolt to pass through, wherein the diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the suspension bolt.
Each universal ball head is fixed on the limiting sliding plate through a nut.
The cross section of the limiting pipe clamp is of a ] -shaped structure.
And a reinforcing channel steel is arranged on the side surface of the limiting sliding plate.
The reinforcing channel steel is of a cross structure.
And each suspension bolt is arranged at the positions of four corners of the limit sliding plate.
The diameter of the through hole is 10mm larger than that of the suspension bolt.
The number of the universal ball heads is more than or equal to 3.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
in addition, when the pipeline is thermally expanded, the diameter of the through hole on the limiting sliding plate is larger than that of the suspension bolt, so that the limiting sliding plate can move on the suspension bolt without being blocked within a certain inclination angle range, and the limiting sliding plate is matched with the spherical tile to ensure that the universal ball heads on the limiting sliding plate are tightly attached to the limiting pipe clamps, so that the limiting sliding device is uniformly stressed when the pipeline is thermally expanded, and the limiting sliding device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and extremely high in practicability.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the limiting sliding device capable of always keeping uniform stress of the invention comprises a limiting pipe clamp 1, a pipeline 7, a limiting sliding plate 8, a limiting steel structure 5 and a plurality of universal ball heads 2;
the limiting pipe clamp 1 is buckled on a pipeline 7, the limiting sliding plate 8 is located between the limiting pipe clamp 1 and the limiting steel structure 5, the limiting sliding plate 8 is connected with the limiting steel structure 5 through a plurality of suspension bolts 3, each universal ball head 2 is fixed on the limiting sliding plate 8 through a nut 9, each universal ball head 2 is in contact with the limiting pipe clamp 1, the cross section of the limiting pipe clamp 1 is of a ] -shaped structure, a reinforcing channel steel 6 is arranged on the side face of the limiting sliding plate 8, the reinforcing channel steel 6 is of a cross-shaped structure, and each suspension bolt 3 is arranged at the position of each of four corners of the limiting sliding plate 8;
the side of the limiting sliding plate 8 is provided with a spherical tile 4, the side of the limiting steel structure 5 is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is provided with a groove matched with the spherical tile 4, and the spherical tile 4 is positioned in the groove.
The limiting sliding plate 8 is provided with a through hole for the suspension bolt 3 to pass through, wherein the diameter of the through hole is 10mm larger than that of the suspension bolt 3; the number of the ball heads 2 is more than or equal to 3.
It should be noted that the invention utilizes the low friction performance of the ball head 2 of the universal ball to change the sliding friction between steel and iron into the rolling friction of the bearing, so that the friction coefficient is reduced by two orders of magnitude, and the additional force of the pipeline 7 is reduced. In addition, because the diameter ratio of the through-hole on the limit sliding plate 8 is about 10mm than the diameter of the suspension bolt 3, when the limit sliding plate 8 has a 5-degree internal inclination angle, the through-hole can move unimpeded on the suspension bolt 3, the limit sliding plate 8 can be flexibly rotated to match the spherical tile 4, and the universal ball head 2 on the limit sliding plate 8 is ensured to be tightly attached to the limit pipe clamp 1.
In practical application, no matter how the thermal displacement and angular displacement of the pipeline 7 are, the limiting pipe clamp 1 can be in close contact with the universal ball heads 2, and the purpose that the limiting sliding device always keeps uniform stress is achieved.

1. A limiting sliding device capable of always keeping uniform stress is characterized by comprising a limiting pipe clamp (1), a pipeline (7), a limiting sliding plate (8), a limiting steel structure (5) and a plurality of universal ball heads (2);
the limiting pipe clamp (1) is buckled on a pipeline (7), the limiting sliding plate (8) is positioned between the limiting pipe clamp (1) and the limiting steel structure (5), the limiting sliding plate (8) is connected with the limiting steel structure (5) through a plurality of suspension bolts (3), each universal ball head (2) is fixed on the limiting sliding plate (8), and each universal ball head (2) is contacted with the limiting pipe clamp (1);
the side surface of the limiting sliding plate (8) is provided with a spherical tile (4), the side surface of the limiting steel structure (5) is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is provided with a groove matched with the spherical tile (4), and the spherical tile (4) is positioned in the groove;
the limiting sliding plate (8) is provided with a through hole for the suspension bolt (3) to pass through, wherein the diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the suspension bolt (3).

7. Limit slide device that can always maintain a uniform force according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the diameter of the through hole is 10mm bigger than the diameter of the suspension bolt (3).
8. Limit slip device that can always maintain a uniform force according to claim 1 characterized by the number of ball transfer balls (2) is 3 or more.
