As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4-6, the pressure relief mechanism 7 includes a control plate 20 slidably mounted inside a butterfly plate 4, two sides of the top of the control plate 20 are fixedly mounted with a limit plate 21, a front surface and a back surface inside the butterfly plate 4 are slidably mounted with pressure relief plates 22, a first spring 23 is fixedly mounted between the two pressure relief plates 22, the left side of the butterfly plate 4 is provided with a pressure relief hole 24, the top of the pressure relief plate 22 is provided with a sliding groove 25 in a penetrating manner, the outer surface of the limit plate 21 is slidably connected with the inner surface of the sliding groove 25, the inside of the valve stem 3 is slidably mounted with a control rod 26, the control rod 26 is fixedly connected with the opposite portion of the control plate 20, the top of the control rod 26 is fixedly mounted with a second spring 27, the top of the second spring 27 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the valve stem 3, the bottom of the control rod 26 penetrates through the valve stem 3 and extends to the outside of the valve stem 3, one side of the control rod 26 is provided with an annular groove 28, a stop strip 29 is rotatably mounted inside the valve stem 3, and the outer surface of the stop strip 29 is slidably connected with the inner surface of the annular groove 28.
When the pressure on the two sides of the butterfly valve needs to be relieved, the control rod 26 is released after being pressed, the control rod 26 drives the annular groove 28 to move towards the inside of the valve rod 3 at the same time, the limiting strip 29 moves to the bottom concave position from the concave position at the top of the annular groove 28 along the annular groove 28, the second spring 27 pushes the control rod 26 outwards all the time, so that the limiting strip 29 hooks the control rod 26 at the concave position at the bottom of the annular groove 28 through the annular groove 28, the control rod 26 is fixed after moving upwards, and the control plate 20 on the control rod 26 is driven to move simultaneously, so that the limiting plate 21 on the control plate 20 pulls the two pressure relief plates 22 towards the direction approaching each other through the sliding groove 25, and in an initial state, the pressure relief plate 22 can block the opening of the pressure relief hole 24 in the butterfly plate 4, and the pressure relief hole 24 penetrating and arranged in the butterfly plate 4 is blocked from the middle position, so that when the two pressure relief plates 22 move towards each other direction, the pressure relief hole 24 is communicated, so that the pressure relief hole 24 is opened, two sides of the butterfly valve are communicated, and the pressures of the two sides tend to be the same.
The working principle is as follows: when a worker needs to open the butterfly valve, firstly, the worker presses and releases the control rod 26, so that the control rod 26 carries the annular groove 28 to move towards the inside of the valve rod 3 at the same time, the limit strip 29 moves from the concave part at the top of the annular groove 28 to the concave part at the bottom of the annular groove 28 along the annular groove 28, meanwhile, the second spring 27 pushes the control rod 26 outwards all the time, so that the limit strip 29 hooks the control rod 26 at the concave part at the bottom of the annular groove 28 through the annular groove 28, the control rod 26 is fixed after moving upwards, and drives the control plate 20 on the control rod 26 to move simultaneously, so that the limit plate 21 on the control plate 20 pulls the two pressure release plates 22 towards the direction approaching each other through the sliding groove 25, and in an initial state, the pressure release plates 22 block the pressure release holes 24 formed in the butterfly plate 4 from the middle positions, so when the two pressure release plates 22 move in the direction approaching each other, the pressure relief hole 24 is communicated, so that the pressure relief hole 24 is opened, the two sides of the butterfly valve are communicated, the pressure on the two sides tends to be the same, finally, the rotating shaft 12 is rotated anticlockwise through the rotating disc 13, wherein the limiting groove 14 consists of an upper transverse sliding groove, a lower transverse sliding groove and a chute connecting the two transverse sliding grooves, the length of the transverse sliding groove positioned above and the transverse sliding groove positioned below are long, so that the bottom driving gear 16 is firstly meshed with the first transmission gear 17 in the rotating process of the rotating shaft 12, at the moment, the limiting column 15 moves in the transverse sliding groove positioned below to drive the transmission bevel gear 19 to rotate clockwise, so that the control ring 8 is driven to rotate clockwise through the annular bevel gear 9, and because the sealing block 10 can only slide in the valve body 1, the control ring 8 can pull the sealing block 10 outwards through the connecting strip 11, when the sealing block 10 completely moves to the inside of the valve body 1, the limiting column 15 moves to the inclined position of the limiting groove 14 in the rotating process, the rotating shaft 12 is pulled downwards, the driving gear 16 leaves the first transmission gear 17 and is meshed with the second transmission gear 18, the rotating shaft 12 continues to rotate anticlockwise, the limiting column 15 moves in the upper transverse sliding groove, the rotating shaft 12 drives the valve rod 3 and the butterfly plate 4 on the valve rod 3 to rotate clockwise through the second transmission gear 18 to open the butterfly valve, when the butterfly valve needs to be closed, the control rod 26 is firstly pressed, the control plate 20 moves downwards and is fixed under the cooperation of the annular groove 28, the limiting strip 29 and the second spring 27, the first spring 23 pushes the two pressure release plates 22 back to the original positions to block the pressure release holes 24, then the rotating disc 13 rotates clockwise, the driving gear 16 is meshed with the second transmission gear 18 at the moment to drive the butterfly plate 4 to be closed anticlockwise, and then the driving gear 16 is meshed with the first transmission gear 17 under the driving of the limiting groove 14 and the limiting column 15, and the rotating shaft 12 is continuously rotated clockwise, so that the control ring 8 rotates anticlockwise, the sealing block 10 is pushed inwards through the connecting strip 11, the butterfly plate 4 and the sealed position of the inner wall of the valve body 1 are further sealed, and the butterfly valve can be closed.
