A self-cleaning cross-flow fan as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the belt wheel comprises a belt wheel ring and a small belt wheel, and is connected with the transmission through a belt, the belt wheel ring is sleeved on the sleeve ring, the small belt wheel is sleeved on the transmission shaft, and the fan blade is sleeved on the other end of the transmission shaft.
