The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the water supply device is used, the municipal water supply pipe joint 7 at the bottom of the steady flow tank 1 is fixedly connected with a municipal water supply pipeline, raw water is stored through the steady flow tank 1, then the other end of the three-way pipe 10 is fixedly connected with a resident water supply pipeline, the anti-leakage monitoring mechanism 11 is arranged between the three-way pipe 10 and the output pipe 19, then the controller 29 in the control cabinet 24 controls the opening of the electric valve II 8 at the bottom of the steady flow tank 1, and then the water pump II 9 is started, so that the water in the steady flow tank 1 is pressurized and lifted by the water pump II 9, and the purpose of secondary water supply is achieved; in the water supply process, a controller signal is sent to the controller 29 by the microprocessor 26 according to a controller instruction stored in the register 28 through a preset time point, the controller 29 controls the first electric valve 3 at the bottom of the steady flow tank 1 to be opened, so that the water source in the steady flow tank 1 enters the detection water tank 12 in the water quality detection mechanism 4 through the sampling tube 2 and the first electric valve 3, the detection probe 13 outside the detection device 14 is positioned below the liquid level, the water quality is detected through the detection device 14 outside the detection water tank 12, the detection result is collected through the data collection module 27 in the control cabinet 24, if the water quality detection result does not accord with a preset detection range, the microprocessor 26 sends a corresponding control signal to the controller 29, so that the controller 29 controls the first electric valve 3, the second electric valve 8 and the second water pump 9 to be closed, meanwhile, the microprocessor 26 controls the alarm to give an alarm through the communication transmission module 30 so as to be convenient for timely maintenance, if the water quality detection result meets a preset range, the controller 29 controls the first electric valve 3 to be closed, then the first water pump 6 at one end of the water discharge pipe 5 is started, the first water pump 6 inputs water in the detection water tank 12 into the input pipe 18 through the connecting pipe 17, and then the water source is discharged through the second water pump 9 so as to prevent the water quality in the detection water tank 12 from accumulating, and the subsequent continuous detection is convenient; the vibration generated by the second water pump 9 in the working process can make the input pipe 18 and the output pipe 19 at the two ends vibrate together, so that the water leakage phenomenon appears at one end of the input pipe 18 and the output pipe 19 which are respectively connected with the second electric valve 8 and the three-way pipe 10, when water leaks, the water sensor 20 in the leakage-proof monitoring mechanism 11 generates an electric signal under the conductive property of water, further transmits the water leakage signal to the data collecting module 27 inside the control cabinet 24, when the data collecting module 27 collects the water leakage signal, and a corresponding control signal is sent to the controller 29 through the microprocessor 26, so that the controller 29 controls the second electric valve 8 to close, and simultaneously stops the second water pump 9, and then stop the water supply work to control the alarm to carry out the police dispatch newspaper through microprocessor 26, so that the maintenance personal overhauls in time, reaches the effect of monitoring leaking.
