Description

Method for carrying out crosslinking reaction on wool fabric to load chitosan
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile modification method, in particular to a method for developing a shell fabric loaded with chitosan through a crosslinking reaction on wool, and belongs to the technical field of textile modification.
Background
As an important natural protein fiber, the fabric of the wool has various excellent performances of gloss, softness, warmness, biodegradability and the like, is widely applied to the textile industry, and is favored by people. However, the presence of scales on wool fibers causes a friction effect of the wool felt and brings about a strong hydrophobic property, which hinders penetration and diffusion of the dye, resulting in poor printing effect and low fixation rate.
Chitosan is a natural high molecular compound with rich resources, excellent performance and wide application, and is often used in the textile industry in the aspects of antibacterial finishing, crease-resistant finishing, anti-felting finishing, printing and dyeing auxiliaries and the like.
At present, there are two methods for loading chitosan on wool fabric: one is to carry out chemical modification on chitosan and then load the chitosan on wool fabrics through chemical reaction; the other is cross-linked grafting of chitosan with caffeic acid, citric acid, etc. The first method has the disadvantages of complicated steps, low efficiency, long time period and unsuitability for large-scale production. The second method has high energy consumption, and basically needs to carry out multiple baking reactions at the temperature of more than 120 ℃, thereby causing great energy loss.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for loading chitosan by carrying out crosslinking reaction on wool fabric aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the method is simple and easy to implement, short in operation flow, capable of realizing large-scale production and low in required energy consumption.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for carrying out a crosslinking reaction on wool fabric to load chitosan adopts a padding-crosslinking method to load chitosan on the wool fabric, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a chitosan solution with the concentration of 10-30g/L, then carrying out secondary rolling on the wool fabric at room temperature by using a rolling machine, wherein the rolling residual rate is 85% -95%, and drying for later use;
(2) and (2) preparing a cross-linking agent, uniformly stirring at room temperature, soaking the wool fabric which is padded with the chitosan solution and dried in the step (1) in the cross-linking agent for cross-linking, washing the wool fabric with deionized water after cross-linking is finished, and drying to obtain the chitosan-loaded wool fabric.
In the above technical scheme, in the step (1), the concentration of the chitosan solution is preferably 20 g/L; the rolling allowance at the time of padding is preferably 90%.
In the technical scheme, in the step (1), the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the drying time is 3-10 min; the drying temperature is preferably 60 ℃, and the drying temperature is preferably 5 min.
In the above technical solution, in the step (2), the crosslinking agent is prepared by dissolving 1.91g carbodiimide hydrochloride in 100ml absolute ethanol, and stirring uniformly.
In the technical scheme, in the step (2), the temperature during crosslinking is 48-52 ℃ and the time is 0.5-2 h; the temperature of the crosslinking is preferably 50 ℃ and the time is preferably 1 h.
In the above technical solution, in the step (2), when washing with deionized water, the number of washing times is 3.
In the technical scheme, in the step (2), the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃ after the crosslinking is finished, and the drying time is 3-10 min; the drying temperature is preferably 60 ℃ and the drying time is preferably 5 min.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of simple process flow, short production period and energy conservation, and the prepared wool fabric has better wettability and printing performance.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided, but the present invention is not limited to the following descriptions:
example 1:
a method for carrying out a crosslinking reaction on wool fabric to load chitosan adopts a padding-crosslinking method to load chitosan on the wool fabric, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a chitosan solution with the concentration of 20g/L, then carrying out secondary rolling on the wool fabric at room temperature by using a padder, wherein the rolling residual rate is 90%, and drying for 5min at 60 ℃ for later use;
(2) dissolving 1.91g of carbodiimide hydrochloride in 100ml of absolute ethyl alcohol, uniformly stirring at room temperature to obtain a cross-linking agent, then soaking the wool fabric padded with the chitosan solution and dried in the step (1) in the cross-linking agent, and crosslinking at 50 ℃ for 1 h; washing the wool fabric with deionized water for 3 times after cross-linking, and drying at 60 deg.C for 5 min; finally obtaining the wool fabric loaded with chitosan.
An electron microscope image of the chitosan-loaded wool fabric obtained in this example is shown in fig. 1, the surface of the crosslinked wool fabric is obviously covered by a layer of film, and the chitosan can be successfully grafted according to the appearance. The wettability change of the chitosan-loaded wool fabric obtained in this example is shown in fig. 2, the contact angle of the original wool fabric is about 137 °, the hydrophobicity is very strong, the contact angle of the crosslinked chitosan-loaded wool fabric is about 102 °, and the wettability of the crosslinked wool fabric is significantly improved, which is presumed to be caused by the successful grafting of chitosan on the wool fabric. The felting rate change of the chitosan-loaded wool fabric obtained in this example is shown in fig. 3, and the felting area shrinkage of the raw wool is 11.5% and the area shrinkage of the wool after chitosan crosslinking is 6.4% in the washing process, which indicates that chitosan exists on the surface of the wool fiber scale layer, and the friction coefficient between fibers is reduced.
