Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a thread scrap filter, a clothes treatment device and a thread scrap filter cleaning method.
Background
A lint filter is generally provided in the laundry treating apparatus, and the lint filter is capable of filtering and collecting lint generated during the treatment of laundry, thereby preventing the lint from being entangled with the drain pump impeller, causing difficulty in draining water. The line bits filter need wash its regularly in the use, if do not clear up the line bits filter for a long time, can cause the drainage time extension or even can not the drainage, influence the laundry and experience. In addition, because the upper drainage clothes treatment equipment cannot completely drain the washing water, hundreds of milliliters of water are always accumulated in the thread scraps filter after washing is finished every time, the washing residual water soaks the accumulated thread scraps in a dark and humid environment for a long time, the accumulated thread scraps are often mildewed and smelly and are not sanitary, and when the clothes are washed again, the accumulated water is mixed with normal washing water, so that health hidden troubles are brought. Therefore, the lint filter should be periodically cleaned from the viewpoint of reducing the drainage time and sanitation.
However, the lint filter is usually located at the lower end of the laundry treating apparatus, because residual washing water is accumulated in the lint filter, in order to avoid the cross flow of the sewage, the residual washing water in the lint filter must be drained first, and the filter element can be rotated down to be cleaned. As shown in fig. 1, a drain pipe 3 'is installed in the lint filter, the drain pipe 3' is fixed to a housing of the filter element 1 and communicates with the inside of the filter element 1 through a bulkhead of the filter chamber 300 at the bottom of the filter element 1, and in order to introduce accumulated water into the water storage tank, the drain pipe 3 'is extended out of the filter chamber 300 to a long extent, and therefore, in order to store the drain pipe 3', a plurality of fixing buttons 4 'are generally provided on the bulkhead to store and fix the drain pipe 3'. In order to avoid the accidental leakage of accumulated water, the tail end of the drain pipe 3 'is also provided with a plug 5', and the plug 5 'is usually in interference fit with the pipe orifice of the drain pipe 3' and is tightly plugged. When clearing up for the first time, some users do not know to drain residual water first at all, have directly unscrewed filter core 1, and several hundred milliliters sewage mix the mould thread crumbs and can scatter on subaerial fast like this, bring not good experience for the user, increased extra labour. Furthermore, where it is clear that draining the accumulated water first is required, the following steps are also required:
1) preparing a water container (which is not easy to find because the drain pipe 3' is arranged close to the ground, the openings of basins and bottles are high, water cannot be drained, and water is easy to overflow when the drain pipe is inclined too much);
2) the hatch 2 is opened, and the drain pipe 3 'is taken out from the plurality of fixing buckles 4';
3) unplugging the plug 5 'from the end of the drain tube 3' (this step is laborious and difficult for the female user to handle);
4) the water is completely led into the water receiving container (the operation of the common container is difficult);
5) after draining the accumulated water, the plug 5 'is plugged back to the end of the drain pipe 3' (which is not easy);
6) then the drainage tube 3 'is pressed into a plurality of fixing buckles 4' in sequence;
7) dumping the wastewater in the water container;
8) cleaning the water receiving container;
9) loosening and taking out the filter element 1 for cleaning;
10) installing and screwing the filter element 1;
11) the hatch 2 is buckled.

Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used only for descriptive purposes and are not intended to have a special meaning.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a laundry treating apparatus, which may be a washing machine or a washing and drying machine. The laundry treating apparatus includes a case 200, and a lint filter 100, wherein the lint filter 100 is disposed at one end of the case 200 near a bottom support foot (i.e., at a lower end of the case 200), and the lint filter 100 is capable of filtering and collecting lint generated during the process of treating laundry, thereby preventing the lint from winding around a drain pump impeller during the draining process, which causes difficulty in draining.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lint filter 100 includes a filter element 1 and a hatch 2, wherein the filter element 1 is accommodated in a filter chamber 300 formed in a housing 200, a bottom end of the hatch 2 is pivoted to a chamber wall of the filter chamber 300, the hatch 2 can close or open the filter chamber 300, when the filter element 1 needs to be disassembled for cleaning, the hatch 2 needs to be opened, and when the filter element 1 is cleaned, the hatch 2 needs to be closed, so that the hatch 2 closes the filter chamber 300, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the clothes treating apparatus. In the present embodiment, the hatch 2 may be round or square, and the present embodiment does not specifically limit the form of the hatch 2.
It should be noted that, the lint filter 100 needs to be cleaned periodically during use, and if the lint filter 100 is not cleaned for a long time, the drainage time is prolonged, or even the water cannot be drained, which affects the laundry experience. In addition, the lint filter 100 is likely to contain washing residual water, which often gets mildewed and smells and is not sanitary when the accumulated lint is soaked in a dark and humid environment for a long time, and when the lint filter is used for washing clothes again, the accumulated water is mixed with normal washing water, so that health risks are caused. Therefore, the lint filter 100 should be periodically cleaned from the viewpoint of reducing the drainage time and sanitation.
However, since the residual washing water is accumulated in the lint filter 100, the residual washing water in the lint filter 100 must be drained first to clean the filter element 1 by screwing down in order to prevent the sewage from flowing across the filter. As shown in fig. 1, a conventional lint filter is provided with a drain pipe 3 ', the drain pipe 3' is fixed to a housing of a filter element 1, and is communicated with an inside of the filter element 1 through a bulkhead of a filter chamber 300 at a bottom of the filter element 1, and in order to guide accumulated water into a water storage tank, the drain pipe 3 'is extended from the filter chamber 300 to be long, and therefore, in order to receive the drain pipe 3', a plurality of fixing buttons 4 'are generally provided on the bulkhead to receive and fix the drain pipe 3'. Furthermore, when it is clear that it is necessary to drain the accumulated water inside the cartridge 1 first, the following steps are also required:
1) preparing a water container (which is not easy to find because the drain pipe 3' is arranged close to the ground, the openings of basins and bottles are high, water cannot be drained, and water is easy to overflow when the drain pipe is inclined too much);
2) the hatch 2 is opened, and the drain pipe 3 'is taken out from the plurality of fixing buckles 4';
3) unplugging the plug 5 'from the end of the drain tube 3' (this step is laborious and difficult for the female user to handle);
4) the accumulated water is completely led into the water receiving container (the operation of the common container is difficult);
5) after draining the accumulated water, the plug 5 'is plugged back to the end of the drain pipe 3' (which is not easy);
6) then the drainage tube 3 'is pressed into a plurality of fixing buckles 4' in sequence;
7) dumping the wastewater in the water receiving container;
8) cleaning the water receiving container;
9) loosening and taking out the filter element 1 for cleaning;
10) installing and screwing the filter element 1;
11) the hatch 2 is buckled.
Therefore, when the existing thread scrap filter is cleaned, the operation steps are complicated, some operation steps are difficult to operate, the cleaning difficulty is increased, and a user is reluctant to clean the thread scrap filter.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lint filter 100 provided in this embodiment further includes a drainage component 3 and a water collection component 4, wherein the water collection component 4 is fixed on an inner wall of the hatch 2, one end of the drainage component 3 is communicated with the inside of the filter element 1, the other end of the drainage component 3 is communicated with the water collection component 4, when the hatch 2 opens the filtering chamber 300, the accumulated water in the filter element 1 automatically flows into the water collection component 4 through the drainage component 3; when the hatch 2 blocks the filter cabin 300, the drainage component 3 bends to cut off the circulation of the accumulated water inside the filter element 1 in the drainage component 3. This setting mode makes and opens cabin cover 2 and can realize the automatic water collecting process to ponding, the user of avoiding the first operation carries out the maloperation and arouses ponding to leak, after ponding has been arranged, lock cabin cover 2, can cut off the circulation of ponding automatically, in carrying out the clearance process, need not additionally to prepare the water receiving container, need not to pull out, insert stopper 5 ', need not to take off bleeder tube 3', also need not to go into in the fixed knot 4 'with bleeder tube 3', all actions are completed at a glance, the abluent operating procedure of dismantlement to thread crumb filter 100 has been simplified greatly, the user of being convenient for washs the dismantlement to thread crumb filter 100.
The specific structure of the drainage assembly 3 is described with reference to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 4, the drainage assembly 3 includes a drainage pipe 31 and a drainage hose 32, wherein the drainage pipe 31 extends into the bulkhead of the filter chamber 300 and is communicated with the inside of the filter element 1, one end of the drainage hose 32 is communicated with the drainage pipe 31 extending out of the bulkhead of the filter chamber 300, and the other end of the drainage hose 32 is communicated with the water collection assembly 4, and when the filter chamber 300 is sealed by the cover 2, the drainage hose 32 is bent inside the filter chamber 300, so that the accumulated water in the filter element 1 is prevented from being discharged through the drainage hose 32, and the accumulated water is prevented from leaking out. When the hatch 2 opens the filtering cabin 300, the hatch 2 turns downwards with the bottom end and the pivot shaft of the cabin wall as the center, the drain pipe 31 and the drainage hose 32 are relatively straightened, and the water collecting assembly 4 is positioned at the lower end of the drain pipe 31, so that the accumulated water is smoothly drained into the water collecting assembly 4. Specifically, the drainage tube 32 may be a rubber tube, which is soft and facilitates bending and cutting off the flow of accumulated water. It should be noted that when the hatch 2 is opened, although the highest point of the drain hose 32 is higher than the drain pipe 31, the drain port of the drain hose 32 is lower than the drain pipe 31, and the accumulated water inside the filter cartridge 1 can be drained by a siphon action.
Preferably, the drain pipe 31 is a hard pipe, the interfaces of the drain pipe 31 and the drainage hose 32 which are connected with each other are flat interfaces, and the interface of the drainage hose 32 is sleeved on the interface of the drain pipe 31. When hatch cover 2 shutoff filter chamber 300, the drainage hose 32 takes place to buckle at the kneck with drain pipe 31 more easily to cut off the circulation of ponding, specifically speaking, the cross-section of interface can be runway shape, drain pipe 31 can be with the shell integrated into one piece of filter core 1, avoids drain pipe 31 to drop from filter core 1 is inside, drain pipe 31 also can be with the shell demountable installation of filter core 1, is convenient for maintain the change to drain pipe 31. It should be noted that the length of the drain pipe 31 extending out of the wall of the filtering chamber 300 is slightly less than the depth of the filtering chamber 300, so as to ensure that the filtering chamber 300 is blocked in the buckling process of the hatch 2, and to facilitate the bending of the drain hose 32 inside the filtering chamber 300.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, when the hatch 2 seals the filtering cabin 300, the drainage hose 32 forms a 180-degree bend at the connection part with the drainage pipe 31, and the drainage hose 32 forms a 90-degree bend at the joint part of the drainage hose 32 and the cabin wall of the filtering cabin 300 under the extrusion of the water collection assembly 4 and the cabin wall of the filtering cabin 300, so that the drainage hose 32 forms two bends inside the filtering cabin 300, further preventing the accumulated water inside the filter element 1 from flowing out through the drainage hose 32, and realizing the cut-off of the accumulated water.
The specific structure of the water collecting assembly 4 is described with reference to fig. 4 and 5, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the water collecting assembly 4 includes a water collecting pipe 41 and a water collecting bag 42, wherein the water collecting pipe 41 is fixed on the inner wall of the hatch 2, one end of the water collecting pipe 41 is communicated with the drainage hose 32, and the other end of the water collecting pipe 41 is communicated with the water collecting bag 42, when the filter chamber 300 is opened by the hatch 2, the hatch 2 can pull the water collecting assembly 4 to rotate, and further pull the drainage hose 32 open, so that the drainage pipe 31 and the drainage hose 32 are relatively straightened, the accumulated water in the filter element 1 sequentially passes through the drainage pipe 31, the drainage hose 32 and the water collecting pipe 41 and enters the water collecting bag 42, and thus the automatic collection of the accumulated water is realized. It should be noted that the water collecting pipe 41 may be a square pipe made of a hard material, which is convenient for fixing inside the hatch cover 2, and in the closing process of the hatch cover 2, the water collecting pipe 41 is also convenient for applying an extrusion force to the drainage hose 32, so that the drainage hose 32 is bent to cut off the flow of accumulated water.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a buckle 411 is disposed on an inner wall of the water collecting pipe 41, and the drainage hose 32 is inserted into the water collecting pipe 41 and fixed on the buckle 411, so as to ensure the fixed communication between the drainage hose 32 and the water collecting pipe 41. It should be noted that an introduction port (not shown) is further formed on the outer surface of the water collecting pipe 41, so as to guide the drainage hose 32 to penetrate through the water collecting pipe 41, and fix the drainage hose 32 inside the water collecting pipe 41.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the water collecting assembly 4 further includes an elastic fastening ring 43, an annular groove is formed in the periphery of the water collecting pipe 41, the water collecting bag 42 is sleeved on the annular groove, the elastic fastening ring 43 is sleeved on the water collecting bag 42 and is clamped into the annular groove, the water collecting bag 42 is prevented from accidentally falling off from the water collecting pipe 41, and the water collecting bag 42 is ensured to be more stably connected with the water collecting pipe 41. It should be noted that the elastic fastening ring 43 may be a rubber ring, and the rubber ring has a good elastic effect, so as to facilitate fastening and fixing. The water collecting bag 42 can be designed into a structure similar to a balloon without a fixed shape, but can realize the collection of accumulated water, and after the filter element 1 is cleaned, the water collecting bag 42 after the accumulated water is poured is installed on the water collecting pipe 41 again, so that the filtering cabin 300 can be plugged by the cabin cover 2 conveniently.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the lint filter 100 further includes a fixing seat 5, the fixing seat 5 is disposed on the inner wall of the hatch 2, and the fixing seat 5 is used for fixing the water collecting pipe 41 on the inner wall of the hatch 2. When the hatch 2 opens the filter pod 300, the fastening base 5 and the water collection pipe 41 open with the hatch 2 being turned over and the drainage hose 32 is pulled to straighten out relative to the drainage pipe 31.
