Technical Field

Gypsum has an irreplaceable effect as one of the main building cementitious materials. The gypsum hardened body has good heat insulation performance and sound absorption performance, slightly expands volume when hardened, can ensure that the surface of the hardened body is smooth, does not crack when dried, has good decoration and good processability, and has low production energy consumption.
In practical application, the gypsum material is mixed with water and then is coagulated for a short time, and the fluidity of the gypsum material can be lost within a few minutes, so that the gypsum material cannot meet the requirements of normal construction. Set retarders are often added to gypsum systems to adjust the setting time so that the gypsum slurry remains plastic for a longer period of time.
Different gypsum retarders have great influence on the performance of gypsum, and the conventional retarders mainly comprise three types: organic acid and its soluble salt, alkaline phosphate and protein retarder. 2. the influence on the strength is small, and the strength of the lightweight gypsum is lower, so that the influence on the strength of the retarder is small when the retarder is required to be kept for a certain setting time;
3. when the foaming agent is used for lightening the gypsum, the retarder has no obvious influence on the foaming efficiency of the foaming gypsum.
The existing retarder for gypsum can not meet the above 3 requirements at the same time, so that the development of light gypsum is influenced, and improvement is needed.
