Abstract

本发明涉及一种干、湿一体制浆机。制浆机机架上固定料仓和电机，料仓的内下端有搅拌刀，搅拌刀由所述的电机驱动，料仓的外下端固定出浆管，料仓的上端壁上固定有制浆水接口，料仓上口左顶端有皮带输送机，为料仓提供湿灰，皮带输送机固定在皮带机支架上；所述的料仓上固定龙门式的支架，支架上铰接油缸，油缸的活塞与密封盖铰接，用来驱动密封盖上下移动，实现料仓上口的开与闭，所述的密封盖上固定干灰管，干灰管的下端伸入所述的料仓，上端与软管的一端固定，软管的另一端为灰罐运输车接口，以便于灰罐运输车连通，输送干灰。它可在湿灰与干灰之间变换制浆模式，实现一机两用。

一种干、湿一体制浆机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制浆机，特别是一种干、湿一体两用的制浆机。
背景技术
在煤矿离层等注浆充填(减沉、除废、充填、防冲等)工程(以下简称注浆工程)的施工中，注浆工期一般较长，少则3、4个月，多则1年以上，注浆量大，少则10万多吨，多则100多万吨，根据注浆时段的不同，浆液比重一般在1.1～1.4g/cm3。
目前注浆的材料主要是电厂的粉煤灰，从电厂灰仓或灰场至注浆站的运输方式有皮带运输机、水力运输、自卸车和罐车运输，常用方式为自卸车和罐车运输。自卸车运输时需要保证从电厂灰仓或灰场→注浆站→铲车→上料仓→上料皮带→制浆机，整个过程无扬尘，故需要粉煤灰含有一定的水分；罐车运输的粉煤灰需要有注浆站内安设2～3个大型150～200吨储灰灌，制浆时由储灰灌→螺旋输送机→称重机→制浆机。
现有设备存在的技术不足：湿灰需要湿灰的专用制浆系统，干灰需要干灰的专用制浆系统，两套制浆系统不能通用；干灰制浆系统由大型储灰灌、称重设备、制浆机、操作控制台等设备组成，占用场地面积和增加设备成本投入。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种干、湿一体制浆机，它可在湿灰与干灰之间变换制浆模式，实现一机两用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：制浆机机架上固定料仓和电机，料仓的内下端有搅拌刀，搅拌刀由所述的电机驱动，料仓的外下端固定出浆管，料仓的上端壁上固定有制浆水接口，料仓上口左顶端有皮带输送机，为料仓提供湿灰，皮带输送机固定在皮带机支架上；所述的料仓上固定龙门式的支架，支架上铰接油缸，油缸的活塞与密封盖铰接，用来驱动密封盖上下移动，实现料仓上口的开与闭，所述的密封盖上固定干灰管，干灰管的下端伸入所述的料仓，上端与软管的一端固定，软管的另一端为灰罐运输车接口，以便于灰罐运输车连通，输送干灰。
本发明具有下列有点：1)、可在湿灰与干灰之间变换制浆模式，实现一机两用；2)、省去了干灰制浆系统的购买与安装大型储灰灌、制浆机、操作控制台等设备的中间环节，节省了大量设备购置费、运行维护费、占用大量场地面积等；3)、改装制作、运行维护简单、方便、费用低等优点。

具体实施方式
本发明所指干粉煤灰为罐车运输的灰，含水量低，扬尘，简称干灰；湿粉煤灰为自卸车运输及皮带运输，含有一定水分，但不扬尘的灰，简称湿灰。
如图1所示，制浆机机架13上固定料仓9和电机14，料仓9的内下端有搅拌刀12，搅拌刀12由所述的电机14驱动，料仓9的外下端固定出浆管11，料仓9的上端壁上固定有制浆水接口10，料仓9上口左顶端有皮带输送机2，为料仓9提供湿灰，皮带输送机2固定在皮带机支架15上；所述的料仓9上固定龙门式的支架5，支架5上铰接油缸6，油缸6的活塞与密封盖7铰接，用来驱动密封盖7上下移动，实现料仓9上口的开与闭，所述的密封盖7上固定干灰管4，干灰管4的下端伸入所述的料仓9，上端与软管3的一端固定，软管3的另一端为灰罐运输车1接口，以便于灰罐运输车1连通，输送干灰。
所述密封盖7的下端固定密封胶圈8，以提高密封盖7与料仓9上口的密封性。
所述的油缸6也可用气缸替换，结构更简单。
