The invention discloses an adjustable welding gun protective cover device and an adjusting system, wherein the adjustable welding gun protective cover device comprises a welding gun body, a plurality of fixed protective plates which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the welding gun body are hinged at the end part of the welding gun body, the fixed protective plates are connected with an adjusting protective plate in a telescopic manner, the fixed protective plates and the adjusting protective plates are filter plates, a protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is further connected between the fixed protective plates and the welding gun body, and the protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting an included angle between the fixed protective plates and the welding gun body. Background

As shown in fig. 1-2, an adjustable welding gun protective cover device comprises a welding gun body 1, wherein four fixed protective plates 2 are hinged to the end part of the welding gun body 1, the four fixed protective plates 2 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the welding gun body 1, the fixed protective plates 2 are connected with an adjusting protective plate 3 in a telescopic manner, the fixed protective plates 2 and the adjusting protective plate 3 are filter plates, the filter plates can filter out the part of the welding light, which damages eyes, and reduce the illumination intensity, a protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is further connected between the fixed protective plates 2 and the welding gun body 1, and the protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting an included angle between the fixed protective plates 2 and the welding gun body 1.
The fixed guard plate 1 and the adjusting guard plate 3 are arc-shaped plates, the arc direction of the arc-shaped plates is along the circumference of the welding gun body 1, a cavity is formed in the fixed guard plate 2, one end of the adjusting guard plate 3 is sleeved in the cavity and stretches and slides along the length direction of the fixed guard plate, a pneumatic driving mechanism 4 for adjusting the air pressure of the cavity is arranged on the fixed guard plate 2, the pressure in the cavity of the fixed guard plate 2 is controlled by controlling the starting driving mechanism, so that the adjusting guard plate 3 stretches when the air pressure increases, contracts when the air pressure decreases, and the length of the adjusting guard plate and the protection range of the protective cover are changed.
Backplate angle adjustment mechanism includes sliding push rod 5, and sliding push rod 5's one end is articulated with fixed backplate 2, and the other end passes through articulated seat 6 and is connected with conveyer belt 7, and conveyer belt 7 sets up on the outer wall of welder body 1 along the axial of welder body 1, and conveyer belt 7 both ends all are equipped with conveying motor 8. As shown in fig. 3, an adjusting system based on the adjustable welding gun protection cover device further comprises a controller 11, wherein an input end of the controller 11 is respectively connected with an angle sensor 9, a light intensity sensor 10 and a welding current sensor 12, an input end of the controller 11 is respectively connected with a pneumatic driving mechanism 4 and a conveying motor 8, and the controller 11 is used for controlling the expansion and contraction amount of an adjusting protection plate by controlling the pneumatic driving mechanism and controlling the opening angle of a fixed protection plate by controlling the conveying motor. Wherein, angle sensor 9 and light intensity sensor 10 set up the tip at welder body 1, angle sensor 9 arranges along welder body 1's axial, its 0 angle mark position is welder body 1 and is on a parallel with the welding work piece surface, angle sensor 9 is used for acquireing welder body 1's welding angle, welder body 1's axial and the contained angle on welding work piece surface promptly, light intensity sensor 10 is used for acquireing the illumination intensity of welding light when welding, welding current sensor 12 is used for acquireing the welding current, the illumination intensity of welding light, welding angle and welding current can influence to the angle and the distance that the welding slag splashes, this kind of influence is not simple single linear relation.
According to the invention, a plurality of groups of test data are obtained through a plurality of welding tests, and each group of test data comprises illumination intensity, welding angle, welding current, adjusting the expansion and contraction amount of the guard plate and fixing the opening angle of the guard plate.
As a first preferred embodiment, in order to make the control process simpler, a calibration relation between the welding angle and the fixed guard plate and a calibration relation between the illumination intensity, the welding current and the expansion and contraction amount of the adjusting guard plate are obtained according to test data, the two calibration relations are stored in a storage unit of the controller 1, and the controller 1 is used for obtaining the expansion angle of the fixed guard plate 2 according to the calibration of the welding angle and is also used for obtaining the expansion and contraction amount of the adjusting guard plate 3 according to the calibration of the illumination intensity and the welding current at the end part of the welding gun body 1.
As a second preferred embodiment, in order to obtain more accurate control results, the controller 1 is configured to obtain the opening angle of the fixed guard plate 2 and adjust the expansion and contraction amount of the guard plate 3 according to the illumination intensity, the welding angle, the welding current and the blurring algorithm of the end portion of the welding gun body 1 by obtaining membership functions of the blurring algorithm according to data of multiple tests.
As a third preferred embodiment, in order to make the control result more accurate, training the neural network model according to the data of multiple tests, using the illumination intensity, the welding angle and the welding current as input layers, using the expansion and contraction amount of the adjusting guard plate and the expansion and contraction amount of the fixed guard plate in the same group of data as output layers to input the data into the neural network model to obtain the middle layer, and the controller 1 is used for obtaining the expansion and contraction amount of the fixed guard plate 2 and the expansion and contraction amount of the adjusting guard plate 3 according to the illumination intensity, the welding angle, the welding current and the neural network algorithm of the end part of the welding gun body 1.

An adjusting system of an adjustable welding gun protective cover device is characterized in that: the adjustable welding gun protective cover device comprises a welding gun body (1), wherein a plurality of fixed protective plates (2) are hinged to the end portion of the welding gun body (1) and are arranged along the circumferential direction of the welding gun body (1), the fixed protective plates (2) are connected with an adjusting protective plate (3) in a telescopic mode, the fixed protective plates (2) and the adjusting protective plates (3) are filter plates, a protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is further connected between the fixed protective plates (2) and the welding gun body (1), the protective plate angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting an included angle between the fixed protective plates (2) and the welding gun body (1), a cavity is formed in the fixed protective plates (2), one end of each adjusting protective plate (3) is sleeved in the cavity, and a pneumatic driving mechanism (4) used for adjusting air pressure of the cavity is arranged on the fixed protective plates (2); the adjusting system comprises a controller (11), wherein the input end of the controller (11) is respectively connected with an angle sensor (9), a light intensity sensor (10) and a welding current sensor (12), and the output end of the controller (11) is respectively connected with a pneumatic driving mechanism (4) and a guard plate angle adjusting mechanism.
