the top end of the first mounting hole section (111) is provided with a plurality of first limiting blocks (1111), the horizontal cross section of each first limiting block (1111) is in a fan-shaped ring shape, the horizontal cross section of each first limiting block (1111) at any height is in the same shape and size, the outer arc surfaces of the first limiting blocks (1111) are connected with the inner side wall of the first mounting hole section (111), the first limiting blocks (1111) are uniformly arranged around the axis of the mounting hole (11), and a first arc-shaped notch (1112) is formed between every two adjacent first limiting blocks (1111);

the positioning element (3) comprises a first cylindrical section (31) and a second cylindrical section (32), the top end of the second cylindrical section (32) is connected with the bottom end of the first cylindrical section (31), the outer diameter of the first cylindrical section (31) is greater than the outer diameter of the second cylindrical section (32), the outer diameter of the second cylindrical section (32) is equal to the diameter of the mounting hole (11), the bottom end of the second cylindrical section (32) is provided with a plurality of third limiting blocks (321), the number of the third limit blocks (321) is equal to that of the first arc-shaped notches (1112), the shape and the size of the horizontal section of the third limiting block (321) are the same as those of the horizontal section of the first arc-shaped notch (1112), the height of the third limiting block (321) is equal to the distance from the bottom surface of the first limiting block (1111) to the top surface of the limiting plate (1121).
