the first driving part 6 is provided with an extending position, and the first driving part 6 drives the sliding block 1 to slide towards the outlet position of the applicator outer shell 2 so as to drive the insertion tube 3 and the detection needle 4 to extend and penetrate into an object to be detected; in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the first driving member 6 is a first compression spring having one end abutting against the applicator outer housing 2 and the other end abutting against the sliding block 1;
a second driving member 7, arranged in correspondence with said cannula mount 5, to drive retraction of said cannula 3 towards the inside of said applicator outer housing 2 in said extended position; in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the second driving member 7 is a second compression spring having one end connected to the cannula fixing member 5 and the other end abutting against the sliding block 1;
a second drive member trigger mechanism comprising: a guide slide 8 disposed on the applicator outer housing 2, and a guide 9 disposed on the cannula mount 5 and slidably disposed within the guide slide 8; the guide slide rail 8 is of a columnar structure, is slidably arranged in the transverse guide hole 23 of the intubation tube fixing part 5, and is used for guiding the intubation tube fixing part 5 to drive the intubation tube 3 to retract at the extending position of the first driving part 6;
the sensor fixing shell 10 is driven to be detachably clamped on the applicator outer shell 2, and the bottom of the sensor fixing shell 10 is also provided with an adhering part 11 for adhering and connecting with the object to be detected;
a sensor fixing case bracket 25, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the sensor fixing case bracket 25 being provided between the slide block 1 and the applicator outer case 2 for holding the sensor fixing case 10; the sensor fixing shell bracket 25 is arranged in linkage with the sliding block 1 and is used for driving the sliding block 1 to move out of the applicator outer shell 2; in this embodiment, the sensor fixing shell bracket 25 is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding block 1 is provided with a boss matched with the sliding groove; the sliding groove is a strip-shaped through hole arranged in the length direction of the sensor fixing shell bracket 25, and the boss is arranged on the sliding block 1 facing to one side of the sensor fixing shell bracket 25. In the extended position, the sliding block 1 pushes the sensor stationary case bracket 25 out of the applicator outer case 2; as shown in fig. 12, the applicator outer housing 2 is further provided with a bracket guide 26 for guiding the movement of the sensor fixing housing bracket 25, and a bracket stopper 27 for limiting the movement position of the sensor fixing housing bracket 25; the sensor fixing shell bracket 25 is provided with a limiting end 28 corresponding to the bracket limiting part 27;
a sensor 12, wherein the sensor 12 is clamped in the sensor fixing shell 10 under the pushing of the sliding block 1; in the use state, the sensor 12 is retained in the object to be measured by a sensor wire inserted into the probe 4.
The spring limiting piece 30 is arranged on the applicator outer shell 2 and is detachably connected with the applicator outer shell, the spring limiting piece 30 is abutted against the end part of the first compression spring, and the spring limiting piece 30 is further provided with a cylindrical protrusion extending into the first compression spring.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the guide rail 8 includes: a first guide track 18 for guiding the sliding of the sliding block 1 and the cannula fixing part 5 towards the exit position of the applicator outer housing 2, and a second guide track 19 for guiding the retraction of the cannula fixing part 5 towards the inside of the applicator outer housing 2; the sliding block 1 is provided with a transverse guide channel and a longitudinal guide channel which are matched with the first guide track 18 and the second guide track 19; the transverse guide channel and the longitudinal guide channel constitute an L-shaped guide channel 20 for accommodating the guide part 9. Moreover, two L-shaped guide channels 20 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the sliding block 1; the cannula fixing part 5 is provided with two guide parts 9 matched with the L-shaped guide channel 20.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the cannula holder 5 includes: the insertion tube comprises a spring sleeve 21, extension plates 22 arranged on two sides of the spring sleeve 21, and an insertion tube accommodating cavity 24 arranged in the center of the spring sleeve 21 and used for accommodating the insertion tube 3. The second compression spring is accommodated in the annular inner cavity of the spring sleeve 21, and the guide part 9 sliding along the transverse direction of the sliding block 1 is arranged on the extension plate 22.
The extending plate 22 is provided with transverse guide holes 23 which are arranged along the transverse direction of the sliding block 1 and are arranged corresponding to the transverse guide channels; one end of the guide part 9 is inserted into the guide slide rail 8, and the other end of the guide part passes through the transverse guide hole 23 and extends into the L-shaped guide channel 20.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the applicator acts as follows:
when a user presses the slider trigger button 16, the hook 17 on the slider trigger button 16 is separated from the slider 1, and the limiting effect on the slider 1 is released. The slide block 1 slides towards the outlet of the applicator housing 2, pushed by the first driving member 6. In the process, the guide part 9 is in the transverse guide channel, and the guide part 9 slides in the first guide track 18, so that the sliding block 1 is driven to slide towards the outlet position of the applicator outer shell 2, and the insertion tube 3 and the detection needle 4 slide together towards the outlet direction of the applicator outer shell 2.
When the sliding block 1 slides to a preset distance, the guide part 9 enters the second guide track 19 under the guidance of the guide slide rail 8. After the guiding portion 9 enters the second guiding track 19, the guiding portion 9 will move towards the inside of the applicator outer housing 2 under the driving of the second driving member 7, and the guiding portion 9 is connected to the cannula fixing member 5 to drive the cannula fixing member 5 to move towards the inside of the applicator outer housing 2, so as to drive the cannula 3 to complete the retracting action through the cannula fixing member 5.
In the above process, the slider 1 pushes the sensor 12 into the sensor fixing case 10 and pushes the sensor fixing case 10 out of the applicator outer case 2 to be bonded on the object to be measured. Then, the signal emitter is clamped on the outer shell 2 of the applying device, and the signal emitter is in communication connection with the medical information receiving end so as to monitor the blood sugar condition of the object to be detected in real time.
Of course, the present embodiment is not particularly limited in its structure, and in other embodiments, the applicator does not include: sensor stationary housing 10 and sensor 12, sensor stationary housing 10 and sensor 12 are sold separately.
Of course, the present embodiment does not specifically limit the structures of the first driving member 6 and the second driving member 7, and in other embodiments, the first driving member 6 and the second driving member 7 may also be deformable and compressible rubber members.
Of course, the structure of the slider 1 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the slider cover 14 and the slider case 13 that constitute the slider 1 are bonded together.
Of course, the structure of the cannula holder 5 is not limited in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the second compression spring is connected to the cannula holder 5 in an abutting manner, and the side of the cannula holder 5 facing the second compression spring is fixedly connected to the second compression spring.
Of course, the structure of the sliding groove is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the sliding groove is a strip-shaped groove disposed in the length direction of the sensor fixing shell bracket 25, and the boss is disposed on the side of the sliding block 1 facing the sensor fixing shell bracket 25.
Of course, the specific structure of the guide rail 8 is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the guide rail 8 may also be a protruding structure, and the guide portion 9 is a groove that is snapped on the protruding structure.
Example 2
A blood glucose monitor, comprising:
applicator for continuous blood glucose monitor, and
the signal emitter is clamped on the sensor fixing shell 10 and used for sending information detected by the sensor 12 for detecting blood sugar to the medical information receiving end; the sensor fixing shell 10 is drivingly detachably clamped on the applicator outer shell 2 and is used for accommodating the signal emitter and the sensor 12; in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, both sides and an end portion of the sensor fixing case 10 are provided with claws 29, respectively; the signal emitter is provided with a clamping groove which is arranged corresponding to the clamping jaw 29;
and the medical information receiving end is in communication connection with the signal transmitter and is used for receiving the information sent by the signal transmitter.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (18)
1. An applicator for a continuous blood glucose monitor, comprising:
the sliding block (1) is arranged in the applicator outer shell (2) in a driven and sliding manner, a detection needle (4) is further arranged on the sliding block (1), and a cannula (3) connected with the detection needle in a sliding manner is further sleeved outside the detection needle (4); the insertion tube (3) is arranged on the sliding block (1) in a sliding mode through an insertion tube fixing piece (5);
the first driving part (6), the first driving part (6) has an extending position, and the first driving part (6) drives the sliding block (1) to slide towards the outlet position of the applicator outer shell (2) so as to drive the insertion tube (3) and the detection needle (4) to extend and penetrate into an object to be detected;
a second driving member (7) arranged in correspondence with said cannula holder (5) to drive said cannula (3) in said extended position to retract towards the inside of said applicator outer housing (2);
a second drive member trigger mechanism comprising: a guide slide (8) disposed on one of the applicator outer housing (2) and the cannula mount (5), and a guide (9) disposed on the other of the applicator outer housing (2) and the cannula mount (5) and slidably disposed within the guide slide (8); the guide sliding rail (8) is used for guiding the intubation tube fixing piece (5) to drive the intubation tube (3) to retract at the extending position of the first driving part (6).
2. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 1, further comprising:
the sensor fixing shell (10) is driven to be detachably clamped on the applicator outer shell (2), and the bottom of the sensor fixing shell (10) is also provided with an adhesive part (11) which is used for being adhered and connected with the object to be detected;
the sensor (12) is clamped into the sensor fixing shell (10) under the pushing of the sliding block (1); in the use state, the sensor (12) is kept in the object to be measured through a sensor wire arranged in the probe needle (4).
3. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor according to claim 1, wherein the first driving member (6) is a first compression spring having one end in abutting connection with the applicator outer housing (2) and the other end in abutting connection with the sliding block (1); and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the second driving part (7) is a second compression spring, one end of the second compression spring is connected with the intubation tube fixing part (5), and the other end of the second compression spring is abutted to the sliding block (1).
4. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 3, wherein the slider (1) comprises: the sliding block cover comprises a sliding block outer shell (13) and a sliding block cover body (14) connected with the sliding block outer shell (13) in a clamping mode; the sliding block cover body (14) and the sliding block outer shell (13) enclose a containing cavity for containing the intubation tube fixing piece (5).
5. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 4,
the sliding block cover body (14) is also provided with a limiting sleeve for accommodating the end part of the first compression spring; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a limiting clamping groove (15) is formed in the side portion of the sliding block (1), and sliding block trigger buttons (16) which correspond to the limiting clamping groove (15) are further arranged on the two sides of the applicator outer shell (2); the sliding block trigger button (16) is connected with the limiting clamping groove (15) in a clamping mode through a clamping hook (17) so as to limit the first compression spring to drive the sliding block (1) to extend out of the applicator outer shell (2).
6. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the guide slide (8) comprises: -a first guide track (18) for guiding the sliding block (1) and the cannula fixing member (5) to slide towards the applicator outer housing (2) exit position, and a second guide track (19) for guiding the cannula fixing member (5) to retract towards the inside of the applicator outer housing (2);
the sliding block (1) is provided with a transverse guide channel and a longitudinal guide channel which are matched with the first guide track (18) and the second guide track (19); the transverse guide channel and the longitudinal guide channel form an L-shaped guide channel (20) for accommodating the guide part (9).

The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor according to claim 6, wherein the L-shaped guide channels (20) are two and are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the sliding block (1); the intubation tube fixing piece (5) is provided with two guide parts (9) matched with the L-shaped guide channel (20).
8. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 7, wherein the cannula mount (5) comprises: the spring comprises a spring sleeve (21) and extension plates (22) arranged on two sides of the spring sleeve (21);
the second compression spring is accommodated in an annular inner cavity of the spring sleeve (21), and the guide part (9) which slides along the transverse direction of the sliding block (1) is arranged on the extension plate (22).
9. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 8,
the extending plate (22) is provided with transverse guide holes (23) which are arranged along the transverse direction of the sliding block (1) and are arranged corresponding to the transverse guide channels;
one end of the guide part (9) is inserted into the guide sliding rail (8), and the other end of the guide part penetrates through the transverse guide hole (23) and extends into the L-shaped guide channel (20).
10. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 8, wherein the cannula mount (5) further comprises: and the cannula accommodating cavity (24) is arranged at the central position of the spring sleeve (21) and is used for accommodating the cannula (3).
11. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 2, further comprising:
a sensor fixing shell bracket (25) arranged between the sliding block (1) and the applicator outer shell (2) for supporting the sensor fixing shell (10); the sensor fixing shell bracket (25) is arranged in linkage with the sliding block (1) and is used for driving the sliding block (1) to move out of the applicator outer shell (2).
12. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor according to claim 11, wherein one of the sensor fixing housing bracket (25) and the sliding block (1) is provided with a sliding slot, and the other of the sensor fixing housing bracket (25) and the sliding block (1) is provided with a boss matched with the sliding slot;
in the extended position, the slider (1) pushes the sensor stationary case bracket (25) out of the applicator outer case (2).
13. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 12, wherein the applicator outer housing (2) is further provided with a bracket guide part (26) for guiding the movement of the sensor fixing housing bracket (25), and a bracket limiting part (27) for limiting the movement position of the sensor fixing housing bracket (25); and a limiting end (28) corresponding to the bracket limiting part (27) is arranged on the sensor fixing shell bracket (25).
14. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 9, wherein the guide sled (8) is disposed on the applicator outer housing (2); the guide part (9) is of a columnar structure and is arranged in a transverse guide hole (23) of the intubation tube fixing part (5) in a sliding mode.
15. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor according to claim 12, wherein the sliding groove is a strip-shaped through hole disposed in a length direction of the sensor fixing case bracket (25), and the boss is disposed on a side of the sliding block (1) facing the sensor fixing case bracket (25).
16. The applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of claim 5, wherein the applicator outer housing (2) is further provided with a spring retainer (30) detachably connected thereto, the spring retainer (30) abuts against the end of the first compression spring, and the spring retainer (30) is further provided with a cylindrical protrusion extending into the first compression spring.
17. A blood glucose monitor, comprising:
the applicator of the continuous blood glucose monitor of any one of claims 1 to 16, and
the signal emitter is clamped on the sensor fixing shell (10) and used for sending information detected by the sensor (12) for detecting blood sugar to the medical information receiving end; the sensor fixing shell (10) is drivingly detachably clamped on the applicator outer shell (2) and is used for accommodating the signal emitter and the sensor (12);
and the medical information receiving end is in communication connection with the signal transmitter and is used for receiving the information sent by the signal transmitter.
18. The blood glucose monitor according to claim 17, wherein the sensor fixing housing (10) is provided with claws (29) at both sides and at an end portion thereof, respectively; and the signal emitter is provided with a clamping groove which is arranged corresponding to the clamping jaw (29).
