Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings and exemplary embodiments.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like as referred to or as may be referred to in this specification are defined with respect to the configuration shown in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from the geometric center of a particular component and are relative terms, and thus may be changed accordingly depending on the position and the state of use of the particular component. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
Referring to fig. 1-7, an adjustable lumbar support mechanism comprises a base 12 and a lumbar support 21, wherein the base 12 is arranged on a chair back frame 11, the chair back frame 11 is formed by extending a section of the rear end of a chair seat backwards and then upwards, and the base 12 is arranged in the middle of the chair back frame 11. The base 12 is provided with a first adjusting rod 3 transversely arranged, the first adjusting rod 3 can rotate around the central axis of the first adjusting rod, the left end and the right end of the first adjusting rod are respectively provided with a rotary handle 3a, and the left hand and the right hand of a user can hold the corresponding rotary handle 3a to rotate and adjust the first adjusting rod 3.
The surface of the first adjusting rod 3 is provided with a plurality of supporting parts 31 which extend along the circumferential direction and are in stepped transition, and the supporting parts 31 are formed by radial protrusions on the surface of the first adjusting rod 3 and are in an integral structure with the first adjusting rod 3. The surface of the first adjusting rod 3 is further provided with a plurality of engaging parts 41 extending along the circumferential direction of the first adjusting rod 3, and the engaging parts 41 can move along the circumferential direction of the first adjusting rod 3, so that the engaging parts 41 smoothly engage with two adjacent supporting parts 31 and are shielded by the supporting parts 31. The engaging portion 41 is also formed by radially protruding the surface of the first adjusting lever 3, and presents a ramp-shaped structure, and both ends of the engaging portion 41 are flush with the two adjacent support portions 31 to be engaged, respectively. The number of the engagement portions 41 is one less than that of the support portions 31, for example, in the present embodiment, the number of the support portions 31 is three, and the number of the engagement portions 41 is two. When the engaging portion 41 smoothly engages two adjacent support portions 31 in a side view, the support portions 31 and the engaging portion 41 as a whole assume an annular structure circumferentially surrounding the first adjustment lever 3, and the width of the annular structure gradually decreases in the circumferential direction. When the engagement portion 41 is blocked by the support portion 31, only a stepped structure in which the plurality of support portions 31 circumferentially surround the first adjustment lever 3 is present as a whole.
The top of the lumbar support 21 is provided with a lumbar support seat 22, the upper part of the lumbar support seat 22 is hinged on the base 12, so that the lumbar support 21 can rotate back and forth, the lower part of the lumbar support seat 22 is provided with a bearing part 221 which can be supported on the support part 31 and is adaptive to the shape, and a first elastic resetting structure 122 is arranged between the base 12 and the lumbar support seat 22 and is used for providing a buffer effect when the bearing part 221 presses the support part 31.
Specifically, the upper portion of the base 12 has a rotating shaft 121 transversely disposed, the upper portion of the lumbar support seat 22 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 121, the first elastic reset structure 122 is a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the rotating shaft 121, and two ends of the torsion spring respectively support the base 12 and the lumbar support seat 22. When the first elastic reset structure 122 is in a natural state, the bearing part 221 is separated from the supporting part 31 of the first adjusting rod 3; when the waist of the user leans against the lumbar support 21 and leans back, the first elastic restoring structure 122 is gradually compressed to perform an elastic buffering function, so as to improve the comfort of the waist until the bearing part 221 is supported on the supporting part 31.
Because the plurality of support parts 31 on the first adjusting rod 3 are in a step-shaped structure, the waist rest 21 can be adjusted in multiple gears according to the number of the support parts 31. When the user does not lean on the lumbar support 21, the first adjustment lever 3 is rotationally adjusted such that the desired support portion 31 faces the bearing portion 221. When the waist of the user is abutted against the waist support 21 and the bearing part 221 is supported on the support part 31, and the position of the waist support 21 is sensed while the first adjusting lever 3 is rotated, a relatively strong jerk feeling is generated when the user rotates to shift the gears, which causes discomfort to the waist of the user.
Therefore, in this case, the user adjusts the engaging portion 41 to make the engaging portion 41 smoothly engage with two adjacent supporting portions 31, so as to present a multi-gear adjusting process as stepless adjustment, and then rotates the first adjusting lever 3 while sensing the position of the lumbar support 21, so as to avoid the feeling of jerking, and when the position of the lumbar support 21 is adjusted, the engaging portion 41 is adjusted again, so that the engaging portion 41 is shielded by the supporting portions 31, so as to complete the final adjustment.
It should be noted that the thickness of the supporting portion 31 is not changed along the circumferential direction, so that the state when the supporting portion 31 supports the bearing portion 221 is stable, and the first adjusting lever 3 is prevented from automatically rotating around the central axis thereof due to uneven stress.
In this application, first regulation pole 3 interpolation is equipped with second regulation pole 4, and second regulation pole 4 stretches out from the one end of first regulation pole 3 to can be relative first regulation pole 3 around self axial rotation, the outer end that second regulation pole 4 stretches out from first regulation pole 3 is provided with rotatory handle 4a, and the size of this rotatory handle is less than first rotatory handle 3a of adjusting pole 3, and the user of being convenient for sits and can distinguish both under the unable condition of seeing of regulation on the chair. The first adjustment lever 3 has a plurality of stopper holes 42 extending in the circumferential direction and having a length greater than that of the engagement portion 41, and the engagement portion 41 is provided on the second adjustment lever 4 and passes through the stopper holes 42. The user rotates the second adjustment lever 4 relative to the first adjustment lever 3 about its central axis by rotating the second adjustment lever 4, so that the engagement portion 41 moves circumferentially along the stopper hole 42. The limiting hole 42 is used for allowing the connection part 41 to move circumferentially relative to the supporting part 31 and also has a limiting effect, when the connection part 41 is respectively abutted against two ends of the limiting hole 42, the connection part 41 is respectively in smooth connection with two adjacent supporting parts 31 and is in two states shielded by the supporting parts 31, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the user can adjust the second adjusting rod 4 to the bottom by rotating the second adjusting rod in the forward and reverse directions.
After the user adjusts the second adjusting rod 4 by rotation, the relative position of the linking part 41 and the supporting part 31 needs to be kept stable, and further, the second adjusting rod 4 can move along the self axial direction relative to the first adjusting rod 3, the width of the limiting hole 42 is greater than the linking part 41, the side of the linking part 41 is provided with the inserting structure 411, the side of the supporting part 31 is provided with two positioning slots 311 matched with the inserting structure 411 in a clamping manner, and the positions of two adjacent supporting parts 31 and the position of the linking part 41 shielded by the supporting part 31 are smoothly linked up corresponding to the linking part 41 respectively. When a user adjusts the positioning device, the second adjusting rod 4 is firstly pushed and pulled to separate the inserting structure 411 of the connecting portion 41 from one of the positioning slots 311, then the second adjusting rod 4 is rotated to the bottom until the second adjusting rod cannot rotate relative to the first adjusting rod 3, and then the second adjusting rod 4 is pushed and pulled in a reverse direction to clamp the inserting structure 411 into the other positioning slot 311.
In addition, in order to avoid the separation of the inserting structure 411 and the positioning slot 311 under an unexpected situation, a second elastic resetting structure 43 is arranged between the first adjusting rod 3 and the second adjusting rod 4 and used for driving the inserting structure 411 and the positioning slot 311 to be in clamping fit. More specifically, a circle of radially protruding flanges 32 are arranged on the inner wall of the first adjusting rod 3, the inner end of the second adjusting rod 4 in the first adjusting rod 3 penetrates through the flanges 32, and the second elastic resetting structure 43 is a pressure spring and is sleeved on the second adjusting rod 4 and supported between the inner end of the second adjusting rod 4 and the flanges 32. When a user needs to adjust the connecting portion 41, the user holds the rotating handle 4a to push the inserting structure 411 and the positioning slot 311 inward, at this time, the second elastic resetting structure 43 is in a compressed state, then the rotating handle 4a is rotated to rotate the second adjusting rod 4 to the bottom, and then the rotating handle 4a is released, the second elastic resetting structure 43 can drive the inserting structure 411 to be clamped into another positioning slot 311, so that the adjustment of the connecting portion 41 is completed.
In this embodiment, the support portions 31 are disposed in two and are spaced left and right at the center of the first adjustment lever 3, the engagement portion 41 is disposed in one and between the two support portions 31 spaced left and right, and the overall structure of the support portions 31 and the engagement portion 41 is symmetrical left and right, so that the support portions 31 are uniformly stressed left and right when supporting the bearing portion 221, and the stability of the support is improved. Further, a gap is formed between the engagement portion 41 and the support portions 31 on both the left and right sides, so that frictional resistance caused by contact can be avoided.
The bottom of the base 12 is provided with two bilaterally symmetrical support pillars 123, the support pillars 123 are vertically arranged and located on two sides of the support portion 31 and the linking portion 41, and the top ends of the support pillars 123 are supported on the first adjusting rod 3, so that the first adjusting rod 3 is prevented from being bent and deformed.
When the user leans against the waist support 21 to adjust the gear, the rotation of the first adjusting rod 3 cannot be observed, and the engaging portion 41 smoothly engages with the two adjacent supporting portions 31 to perform stepless adjustment, so that the first adjusting rod 3 is easily rotated excessively or excessively, and the engaging portion 41 is drawn out from between the supporting portion 31 and the bearing portion 221 to form a gap when the user adjusts the second adjusting rod 4 after completing gear adjustment, thereby allowing the user to feel frustration at the waist. Therefore, the supporting rod 124 which is vertical and can move up and down is arranged at the center of the top end of the supporting column 123, the third elastic reset structure 125 is arranged in the supporting column 123 to drive the supporting rod 124 to move up, and the surface of the first adjusting rod 3 is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 33 which are concave spherical surfaces and used for being clamped and matched with the supporting rod 124 when the supporting part 31 supports the bearing part 221. Therefore, when a user switches a gear, the supporting rod 124 is clamped into the corresponding positioning slot 33, and the user obviously has hand feeling difference when rotating the first adjusting rod 3, so that the gear adjustment can be accurately completed without observation, and the waist is prevented from generating frustration.
More specifically, the third elastic resetting structure 125 is a tension spring, which is sleeved on the portion of the supporting rod 124 located in the supporting column 123, and two ends of the third elastic resetting structure are respectively connected to the top end of the supporting column 123 and the bottom end of the supporting rod 124.
