In the specific implementation of step 401, the data capture robot captures the instant messaging data in the information dissemination system constructed by the intercom.
In a specific embodiment, the administrator sets the talkback monitoring frequency band, and meanwhile, the user sets the use frequency band of the interphone to the talkback monitoring frequency band and performs normal conversation. The data capture robot collects the user's call and converts it into voice data. In particular, the data capturing robot may be a wireless cluster gateway.
In an implementation of step 402, the data capture robot stores the captured instant messaging data to a first database. At this time, the instant messaging data is voice data.

an instant messaging data obtaining module 501, configured to obtain the instant messaging data and convert the instant messaging data into a text to be processed;
a standard word segmentation set obtaining module 502, configured to analyze the text to be processed according to a service dictionary to obtain a standard word segmentation set of the text to be processed, where the service dictionary stores at least one standard word segmentation, at least one original word segmentation, and an association relationship between the standard word segmentation and the original word segmentation in at least one dimension, and the original word segmentation is a word segmentation result extracted from the text to be processed;
the tag confirmation module 503 is configured to search the service dictionary, determine tags associated with each standard participle in the standard participle set, where the service dictionary further stores at least one tag and an association relationship between the standard participle and the tag;
a storage module 504, configured to store an association relationship between the text to be processed, the standard word segmentation set, and the associated tags thereof.
In a specific implementation, the processing device of the instant messaging data may correspond to a Chip having a processing function of the instant messaging data in the processing device of the instant messaging data, such as a System-On-a-Chip (SOC), a baseband Chip, and the like; or the processing device corresponding to the instant communication data comprises a chip module with the processing function of the instant communication data; or to a chip module having a chip with data processing function, or to a processing device for instant messaging data.
More contents of the operation principle and the operation mode of the instant messaging data processing apparatus 50 may refer to the related descriptions in fig. 1, fig. 3, and fig. 4, and are not described again here.
Each module/unit included in each apparatus and product described in the above embodiments may be a software module/unit, or may also be a hardware module/unit, or may also be a part of a software module/unit and a part of a hardware module/unit. For example, for each device or product applied to or integrated into a chip, each module/unit included in the device or product may be implemented by hardware such as a circuit, or at least a part of the module/unit may be implemented by a software program running on a processor integrated within the chip, and the rest (if any) part of the module/unit may be implemented by hardware such as a circuit; for each device or product applied to or integrated with the chip module, each module/unit included in the device or product may be implemented by using hardware such as a circuit, and different modules/units may be located in the same component (e.g., a chip, a circuit module, etc.) or different components of the chip module, or at least some of the modules/units may be implemented by using a software program running on a processor integrated within the chip module, and the rest (if any) of the modules/units may be implemented by using hardware such as a circuit; for each device and product applied to or integrated in the terminal, each module/unit included in the device and product may be implemented by using hardware such as a circuit, and different modules/units may be located in the same component (e.g., a chip, a circuit module, etc.) or different components in the terminal, or at least part of the modules/units may be implemented by using a software program running on a processor integrated in the terminal, and the rest (if any) part of the modules/units may be implemented by using hardware such as a circuit.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a storage medium, which is a computer-readable storage medium and stores a computer program thereon, and the computer program can execute the steps of the methods shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4 when running. The storage medium may include ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc. The storage medium may further include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile) or a non-transitory memory (non-transient), and the like.
The embodiment of the present invention also discloses another processing apparatus for instant messaging data, which may include a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program executable on the processor, and the processor may execute the steps of the methods shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, and fig. 4 when executing the computer program.
The "plurality" appearing in the embodiments of the present application means two or more.
The descriptions of the first, second, etc. appearing in the embodiments of the present application are only for illustrating and differentiating the objects, and do not represent the order or the particular limitation of the number of the devices in the embodiments of the present application, and do not constitute any limitation to the embodiments of the present application.

Volatile memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of example and not limitation, many forms of Random Access Memory (RAM) are available, such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double data rate SDRAM (DDR SDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (enhanced SDRAM), SDRAM (SLDRAM), synchlink DRAM (SLDRAM), and direct bus RAM (DR RAM).
The above-described embodiments may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the above-described embodiments may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product comprises one or more computer instructions or computer programs. The procedures or functions according to the embodiments of the present application are wholly or partially generated when the computer instructions or the computer program are loaded or executed on a computer. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a network of computers, or other programmable device. The computer instructions may be stored in a computer readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer readable storage medium to another computer readable storage medium, for example, the computer instructions may be transmitted from one website, computer, server, or data center to another website, computer, server, or data center by wire or wirelessly. Claims (16)

1. A processing method of instant messaging data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the instant messaging data and converting the instant messaging data into a text to be processed;
analyzing the text to be processed according to a service dictionary to obtain a standard word segmentation set of the text to be processed, wherein the service dictionary stores at least one standard word segmentation, at least one original word segmentation and an association relation between the standard word segmentation and the original word segmentation under at least one dimension, and the original word segmentation is a word segmentation result extracted from the text to be processed;
searching the service dictionary, and determining a label associated with each standard participle in the standard participle set, wherein the service dictionary also stores at least one label and an association relation between the standard participle and the label;
and storing the incidence relation among the text to be processed, the standard word segmentation set and the associated labels.
2. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the instant messaging data comprises:
and acquiring the instant messaging data from a first database, wherein the first database stores instant messaging data captured by the data capturing robot from at least one information dissemination system.
3. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 2, wherein the data capturing robot is deployed in a server to which each information dissemination system belongs, or the data capturing robot is connected to an interface of the server to which each information dissemination system belongs.
4. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 1, wherein the parsing the text to be processed according to a service dictionary to obtain a standard word segmentation set of the text to be processed comprises: performing text word segmentation on the text to be processed according to the service dictionary to obtain an original word segmentation set; and searching the service dictionary, and calibrating each original participle included in the original participle set into a corresponding standard participle to obtain the standard participle set.
5. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 1, wherein different conversion operations are applied to different types of instant messaging data to obtain the text to be processed.
6. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 5, wherein the instant messaging data comprises video data, and the obtaining the instant messaging data and converting the instant messaging data into the text to be processed comprises:
receiving the video data;
extracting at least one key frame from the video data, wherein the key frame is an image frame of which the image difference proportion with a previous image frame in the video data is greater than a preset proportion, and the image difference proportion is used for representing the image difference degree of an adjacent image frame;
and for the image data of each key frame, carrying out image recognition on the image data to obtain the text to be processed.
7. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 5, wherein the instant messaging data comprises image data, and the obtaining the instant messaging data and converting into the text to be processed comprises:
receiving the image data;
and performing image recognition on the image data to obtain the text to be processed.
8. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the image recognition of the image data to obtain the text to be processed comprises:
performing image segmentation on the image data to obtain a key target representing at least one dimension;
for each image data, converting each key target in the image data into a description text based on image identification, and summarizing the description texts of all key targets in the image data to obtain the text to be processed.
9. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 5, wherein the instant messaging data comprises geographic location data, and the obtaining the instant messaging data and converting into the text to be processed comprises:
acquiring longitude and latitude information corresponding to the geographic position data;
and determining the position information corresponding to the longitude and latitude information on a preset map as the text to be processed.
10. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 9, wherein the obtaining latitude and longitude information corresponding to the geographic location data comprises:
and determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the geographical position data according to the generation time of the geographical position data, a preset traveling route of a generation end of the geographical position data and historical longitude and latitude information determined according to historical geographical position data reported historically by the generation end.
11. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 5, wherein the instant messaging data comprises voice data, and the obtaining the instant messaging data and converting into the text to be processed comprises:
receiving the voice data;
and performing voice recognition on the voice data to obtain the text to be processed.
12. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 1, wherein the dimensions of the contents stored in the service dictionary comprise: people, places, times, events.
13. The method for processing instant messaging data according to claim 1, wherein the storing the association relationship among the text to be processed, the standard word segmentation set and the associated tags thereof comprises: storing the association relationship to a second database, wherein the second database comprises a relational database.
14. An apparatus for processing instant messaging data, comprising:
the instant messaging data acquisition module is used for acquiring the instant messaging data and converting the instant messaging data into a text to be processed; the standard word segmentation set acquisition module is used for analyzing the text to be processed according to a service dictionary to obtain a standard word segmentation set of the text to be processed, wherein the service dictionary stores at least one standard word segmentation, at least one original word segmentation and an association relation between the standard word segmentation and the original word segmentation under at least one dimension, and the original word segmentation is a word segmentation result extracted from the text to be processed;
the label confirmation module is used for searching the service dictionary and determining labels related to each standard participle in the standard participle set, and the service dictionary also stores at least one label and the association relationship between the standard participle and the label;
and the storage module is used for storing the association relationship among the text to be processed, the standard word segmentation set and the associated tags thereof.
15. An apparatus for processing instant messaging data, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to perform the steps of the method for processing instant messaging data according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, which is a non-volatile storage medium or a non-transitory storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for processing instant messaging data according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
