Detailed Description
In order to make the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In enterprises, in order to facilitate communication among employees, enterprise cooperative work software is configured, so that the employees can work cooperatively online, and the cloud office requirements are met. In the actual application process, staff can use enterprise cooperative work software to start a video conference so as to perform work cooperation. When the local conference room equipment joins the conference, or other members join the conference or leave the conference, the refreshing operation of the conference view is triggered even if the members joining the conference or leaving the conference do not need to be displayed in the current participant display page. Such refresh operations will occupy a significant amount of computing resources, affecting the performance of the device. For example, the view type corresponding to the participant display page is 4 grid, that is, the participant display page displays the user information of 4 participant members, and currently 10 participant members exist, so that 3 participant display pages are constructed, namely a first participant display page, a second participant display page and a third participant display page. The current meeting room device displays a first participant display page, and if a participant is newly added at this time, the participant is added to a third participant display page, and the third participant display page is refreshed, so that the refreshing of the first participant display page is not triggered. However, the current refreshing method can trigger refreshing of all the participant display pages, occupy resources and influence the performance of the equipment.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a view refreshing method for a video conference, so that the view refreshing efficiency is improved, and the resource occupancy rate is reduced. In particular, a condition for triggering view refreshing can be preconfigured, and when a triggering operation of a user meets a preset condition, the condition indicates that the view of the current participant display page needs to be refreshed, and first user information is acquired. Updating a first user set according to the first user information, wherein the first user set comprises the user information of the participant members being displayed in the current participant display page. And after updating the first user set, refreshing the view of the current participant display page according to the updated first user set. That is, in the embodiment of the application, the refresh operation is triggered only when the current participant display page needs to be refreshed, and if the triggering operation of the user does not cause the view change of the current participant display page, the refresh operation is not triggered, so that the refresh operation is reduced.
In addition, when the view of the current participant display page is refreshed, the first user set is utilized to refresh, and because the first user set only comprises the user information of the participant members being displayed in the current participant display page, the number of the participant members being displayed in the current participant display page is usually limited, so that occupation of a large amount of computing resources due to reordering of the user set is reduced, and the refreshing efficiency is improved.
The following describes a view refreshing method of a video conference according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a view refreshing method of a video conference according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101: and responding to the trigger operation of the user to meet the preset condition, and acquiring first user information, wherein the preset condition is used for indicating the condition that the view of the current participant display page needs to be refreshed.
According to the view refreshing method provided by the embodiment, the first user information is acquired only when the triggering operation of the user meets the preset condition. The preset condition indicates a condition that a view of a current participant display page needs to be refreshed. If the triggering operation of the user does not meet the preset condition, namely the view change of the current participant display page is not caused, the view refreshing operation is not triggered. The current participant display page refers to a participant display page displayed on a display screen of the conference room device.
The participant display page is a page for displaying part or all of the participant members, and user identifiers (such as head portraits and nicknames) corresponding to the participant members can be displayed in the page. The view is used to present the distribution location and status of the participant members on the participant presentation page. The status of the participant in the participant display page may include speaking, silence, etc.
In one possible implementation, the views may include a plurality of different types, with different types of views exhibiting different effects. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a page view type in an embodiment of the present application. When the types of views are different, the number of participant members presented by the participant presentation page is different. In view type 1 the participant presentation page may present 2 participant members, in view type 2 the participant presentation page may present 5 participant members, and in view type 3 the participant presentation page may present 9 participant members.
It should be noted that the above-provided view types are only exemplary, and are not limited to the above three types, and other possible view types do not affect the specific implementation of the present solution, and are also within the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, when the triggering operation of the user meets the preset condition, the view refreshing operation is triggered. Wherein the triggering operation satisfying the preset condition may include at least one of: in the video conference, a current participant display page has a new participant member to join the conference or a participant member leaves the conference, the participant member is speaking and the user information of the participant member is not displayed on the current participant display page, a page turning operation triggered by the current participant display page, a view type switching operation triggered by the current participant display page and the like. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of refreshing views in different application scenarios in an embodiment of the present application, which illustrates that the refreshing of the views of the current participant display page is triggered in the different application scenarios.
The operation of triggering the view refresh of the current page (the current participant presentation page) in different application scenarios will be described below.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a refresh view in a first application scenario in an embodiment of the present application is shown.
In the application scene, when a target user joins a video conference by using conference room equipment, the target user is indicated to join the video conference, and because the target user does not have a current page on the conference room equipment corresponding to the user before joining the video conference, when the target user joins the video conference, user information of the current page needs to be built, and the current page view is refreshed according to the user information of the current page. The constructed current page comprises user information of the target user and user information of the joined participant. Where the joining participant refers to the participant that was joined prior to the target user joining the video conference. The specific implementation of the user information for constructing the current page will be described in the following step S102.
After the target user joins the video conference, if a new participant joins the video conference during the conference, it is necessary to determine whether to trigger refreshing the view of the current page.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a second trigger view refresh in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5. When a new participant member joins the video conference, the newly joined participant member will be added to the last page of the constructed participant display page, unlike the prior art in which the view refreshing operation is triggered when the new participant member joins the video conference, in this embodiment, whether the current page displayed by the video conference is the last page is first determined, if so, it is indicated that the new participant member joins the conference to cause the view change of the current page, and the view displayed by the current page needs to be refreshed at this time. If the current page is not the last page, then the view refresh for the current page is not triggered.
In another possible implementation, when a member of a participant newly joins a video conference and the current page is not the last page and the newly joined member of the participant starts the video stream, the newly joined member of the participant may need to be shown on the current page, and the view refreshing process for the scene is shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of refreshing views in a third application scene in the embodiment of the present application. Firstly, whether the current page is filled with the video stream needs to be judged, if the current page is filled with the video stream, the newly added reference member cannot be displayed on the current page, namely, the view of the current page does not need to be refreshed. If the current page is not filled with the video stream, the new participant needs to be used to replace the participant in the current page that does not have the video stream turned on. That is, the reference member of the current page changes, and the view of the current page needs to be refreshed. The fact that the current page is filled with the video stream means that all the participant members shown in the current page start the video stream. For example, the current page may show 4 reference members, and if the 4 reference members all turn on the video stream, the current page is filled with the video stream; if 3 of the participant members start the video stream and 1 participant member does not start the video stream, the current page is indicated to be not filled by the video stream.
Similarly, in the video conference process, if a participant leaves the conference, it needs to be determined whether the participant leaves the conference is located on the current page, and the implementation process in this scenario is shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic diagram of a refresh view in the fourth application scenario in the embodiment of the present application. If the participant leaving the conference is located on the current page, the participant leaving the conference is indicated to cause the participant displayed on the current page to change, and the user information displayed on the current page needs to be updated to trigger the refreshing of the view of the current page; if the reference member is not located on the current page, the view of the current page is not refreshed.
In the above embodiment, when a participant joins the conference or leaves the conference, it is necessary to determine whether the joining or leaving of the participant causes a view change of the current page.
Optionally, when the user triggers the page turning request, if the page turning condition is met, the page turning operation also causes the view of the current page to change, and then the view of the current page needs to be refreshed.
When a forward/backward page turning request triggered by a user is received, it is first required to determine whether the current page supports forward/backward page turning, and then determine whether to refresh the view of the current page according to the determination result. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a refresh view in a fifth application scenario in an embodiment of the present application. When a request of forward page turning of a user is received, judging whether the current page is the first page of the constructed participant display page, if so, the current page does not support forward page turning and the view of the current page is not refreshed; if the current page is not the first page, the current page is indicated to support forward page turning, when the forward page turning is successful, the reference member displayed on the current page changes, the user information of the reference member of the current page needs to be updated, and the view of the current page is refreshed according to the updated user information.
Similarly, when a request of backward page turning of a user is received, firstly judging whether the current page is the last page of the constructed participant display page, and if the current page is the last page, indicating that the current page does not support backward page turning, not refreshing the view of the current page; if the current page is not the last page, the current page is indicated to support backward page turning, when the backward page turning is successful, the reference member displayed on the current page changes, the user information of the reference member of the current page is updated, and the view of the current page is refreshed according to the updated user information.
When a participant in the video conference speaks, in order to facilitate other participants to know the user information of the current speech, the participant in the current speech needs to be displayed on the current page. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a refresh view in a sixth application scenario in an embodiment of the present application. If the currently speaking participant is not located in the current page, the currently speaking participant needs to be added to the current page, namely the currently speaking participant changes, at the moment, the user information of the currently speaking participant needs to be updated, and the view of the current page is refreshed according to the updated user information. If the currently speaking participant is located in the current page, the view change of the current page is not caused, and the refreshing operation of the view of the current page is not triggered. According to the embodiment provided in fig. 2, it can be known that the video conference in the embodiment of the present application can support multiple types of views, and because the number of the reference members that can be displayed in each view of different view types is different, when the user switches between different view types, the reference members displayed on the current page are different, and the view of the current page needs to be refreshed.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic diagram of a refresh view in a seventh application scenario in an embodiment of the present application is shown. When receiving an operation of triggering the switching of the view type of the current page by a user, judging whether the view type displayed by the current page is consistent with the view type to be switched by the user, if not, indicating that the view of the current page is changed after the view is switched, updating the user information of the reference member displayed by the current page according to the switched view type, and refreshing the view of the current page according to the updated user information.
The above embodiments introduce how to determine whether the triggering operation of the user satisfies the preset condition of refreshing the view of the current page in combination with different application scenarios, and the specific principle of refreshing the view of the current page will be described below in combination with the accompanying drawings.
S102: updating a first user set according to the first user information, wherein the first user set comprises the user information of the participant members being displayed in the current participant display page.
S103: and refreshing the view of the current participant display page according to the updated first user set.
In this embodiment, the first user information may indicate a user identifier, such as a head portrait, a nickname, etc., corresponding to a member of the participant to be shown on the current page. User identification of the participant member being presented in the current page is included in the first set of users. When the triggering operation of the user meets the preset condition, the first user information is required to be acquired, and the first user set is updated according to the first user information, so that the updated first user set is utilized to refresh the view of the current page. The updating of the first set of users will be described in connection with a specific scenario.
In this application scenario, the view type adopted by the current participant display page is view type 2 shown in fig. 2, that is, up to 5 participant members can be displayed in the current participant display page. The current first user set comprises the following steps: user a, user b, user c and user d respectively represent user identifications corresponding to participant 1, participant 2, participant 3 and participant 4 displayed in the current page. When a new participant member 5 joins the meeting, it is added to the last page of the constructed participant presentation page. If the current participant display page is the last page, the joining of the participant member 5 to the conference will cause the view change of the current participant display page, and the first user set needs to be updated, that is, the user identification of the participant member 5 is added to the first user set, and the updated first user set includes the user a, the user b, the user c, the user d and the user e, wherein the user e is the user identification of the participant member 5. And then refreshing the view of the current participant display page according to the updated first user set, wherein the refreshed current participant display page comprises a user e.
In another possible scenario, if participant 3 leaves the meeting halfway, since participant 3 is shown in the current participant show page, and the departure of participant 3 from the meeting causes a change in the view of the current participant page, the first user set needs to be updated, i.e., user identification c of participant 3 is deleted from the first user set, and the updated first user set includes user a, user b, and user d. After the first user set is updated, the updated first user set is utilized to refresh the view of the current participant display page, and the user c is not displayed on the refreshed page.
In the view refreshing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the user information of the participant member displayed on the current participant display page is stored in the first user set. That is, the first set of users is used to store user information for the participant member being presented. If the conference is turned to other pages in progress, the user information of the participant members corresponding to the other pages and the user information stored in the first user set are stored in the second user set. I.e. the second set of users includes the user information of the participant members that have been shown and are being shown.
Optionally, the embodiment further includes a third user set, in which user information of all the participant members is stored.
When the triggering operation of the user meets the preset condition of refreshing the view of the current participant display page, acquiring first user information, updating the first user set according to the first user information, namely updating the user information of the participant of the current participant display page, and refreshing the view of the current participant display page according to the updated first user set. The number of the currently displayed participant members in the current participant display page is generally small, so that occupation of a large amount of computing resources due to user set reordering can be reduced, and view refreshing efficiency is improved.
In one possible implementation, updating the first set of users according to the first user information includes: adding the first user information to the first set of users enables updating of the first set of users. For example, if the participant indicated by the first user information is the speaking participant and the first user information is not shown in the current participant show page, the first user information needs to be added to the first user set, and the view of the current participant show page is refreshed according to the updated first user set.
Optionally, before the first user information is added to the first user set, it is determined whether the number of user information included in the first user set is equal to a preset threshold, and if the number of user information included in the first user set is equal to the preset threshold, the second user information needs to be deleted from the first user set first, so that the first user information can be added to the first user set. In one possible implementation manner, the speaking times, speaking duration, starting video stream, and the like of the corresponding participant members in the first user set may be used as weight coefficients of the participant members, and then the user information of the participant member with the smallest weight coefficient is deleted as the second user information. The weights of the participant members who are started up the video stream are larger than those of the participant members who are not started up the video stream. The preset threshold indicates the maximum amount of user information that the first set of users can include.
Optionally, if the participant member corresponding to the first user information is not shown, it indicates that the second user set does not include the first user information, so when the first user information is added to the first user set, the first user information needs to be added to the second user set.
The above-described manner of adding the first user information to the second set of users increases the amount of user information in the second set of users. In order to reduce the computation consumption of the reordering of the subsequent user sets as much as possible, the present embodiment also provides a possible implementation manner, namely, adopting a "location replacement" manner to replace the first user information to the location of the removable third user information in the second user set. In particular, a first location in the second set of users of the removable third user information in the second set of users is determined, the third user information is deleted from the second set of users, and the first user information is then added to the first location. The third user information can be determined through a weight coefficient corresponding to each user information in the second user set, the weight coefficient is used for reflecting the importance degree of the participant member corresponding to the user information, and the larger the weight coefficient is, the importance of the participant member is indicated. The weight coefficient can be determined by factors such as speaking times, speaking time and the like of the participant members in a preset time. For example, the third user information is the user information of the smallest weight coefficient in the second user set. Therefore, the number of the user information in the second user set is not increased by the adding mode, the occupation of the subsequent re-ordering of the user set to the computing resource can be reduced, and the view refreshing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, when the first user information is added to the second user set, the position (second position) of the first user information in the third user set is not changed, and when the user reads the user information on the second position by paging, the operation of reading the first user information and adding it to the second user set still results in invalid addition. In order to avoid the above-mentioned operations, the present embodiment may establish an association relationship between the third user information and a second location, where the second location is a location of the first user information in the third user set. Thus, when the subsequent page flip traverses to the second location of the third user set, third user information may be added to the first user set and the second user set.
The manner in which the user information in the user set is updated will be described below in connection with a specific application scenario.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 9, when a participant in the conference speaks and the participant is not located in the current page, the speaking participant needs to be shown in the current page, and if the number of user information included in the first user set is equal to a preset threshold, the user information of the participant with the smallest weight coefficient may be deleted in the first user set, the user information of the speaking participant is added to the first user set, and the video of the current page is refreshed according to the updated first user set, so that the speaking participant can be shown in the current page.
Optionally, if the speaking participant is not shown, the second user set does not include the user information of the participant member, and then after the user information of the participant member is added to the first user set, the user information of the participant member needs to be added to the second user set. The manner of adding the user information of the speaking participant to the second user set may be implemented in a "location replacement" manner, and the specific implementation process may be referred to as related description in the above method embodiment.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 4, when a target user joins a conference, a first user set is first constructed, where the first user set includes user information of a participant to be displayed on a current participant display page, and a view of the current participant display page is refreshed according to the first user set.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 5, when a new participant joins the video conference and the current page is the last page, the user information in the first user set is updated, and the specific updating manner may refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 9. In the application scenario, the participant joining the video conference is a new participant, and user information of the new participant needs to be added in the third user set.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, when a new member joins the video conference and the current participant presentation page is not the last page and the new member opens the video stream, then a view refresh of the current participant presentation page may be triggered. Specifically, whether the corresponding participant members in the first user set all start the video stream is judged, namely whether the current participant display page is filled with the video stream is judged. If so, indicating that the current participant presentation page is filled with the video stream, no first user information needs to be added to the first set of users. If the corresponding participant members in the first user set have the participant members which do not start the video stream, the fourth user information in the first user set can be deleted, and then the first user information is added into the first user set. And the participant corresponding to the fourth user information is a participant not starting the video stream.
Optionally, if there are multiple participant members corresponding to the first user set that do not open the video stream, the user with the latest video conference can be selected from the users that do not open the video stream to delete. The fourth user information is the user information of the participant member joining the video conference at the latest among a plurality of participant members not starting the video stream in the first user set.
When the participant indicated by the first user information closes the video stream and other participant opens the video stream and the other participant is not shown on the current participant display page, the participant closing the video stream needs to be deleted from the current participant display page, and then the participant opening the video stream is shown on the current participant display page. Namely, deleting the first user information from the first user set, and then adding the user information corresponding to the reference member starting the video stream to the first user set, so that the view of the current page is refreshed according to the updated first user list.
Optionally, if there are a plurality of other participant members that start the video stream, user information of the earliest participant member of the plurality of other participant members that joins the video conference is added to the first user set.
Optionally, if after the video stream is closed by the participant member indicated by the first user information, no other user opens the video stream, the participant member does not need to be deleted from the current participant display page, so that the number of times of view refreshing can be reduced, and the occupation of resources can be reduced.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 7, when a participant exits the video conference and the participant is on the current participant presentation page, i.e. the participant indicated by the first user information exits the video conference, the first user information needs to be deleted from the first user set, the second user set and the third user set, which indicates that the participant is not already in the video conference.
When the existing participant exits the current participant display page, accordingly, other participant will enter the current participant display page. Before refreshing the view of the current participant display page according to the updated first user set, when first residual user information which is not added to the first user set exists in the second user set, fifth user information is obtained from the first residual user information, the fifth user information is added to the first user set, and then the view of the current page is refreshed according to the updated first user set.
When the fifth user information is obtained, the determination may be performed according to the weight coefficient of the participant member included in the second user set, that is, the user information of the participant member with the largest weight coefficient is taken as the fifth user information. The determination may also be performed according to the time when the participant joins the video conference, that is, the user information corresponding to the earliest participant joining the video conference among the participant indicated by the first remaining user information is added to the first user list as the fifth user information.
Optionally, if a certain participant member starts the video stream among the participant members indicated by the first remaining user information, the participant member needs to be displayed in the current participant display page, that is, the user information corresponding to the participant member starting the video stream is added to the first user set. If there are multiple participant members that have turned on the video stream, a determination of fifth user information may be made based on the time the multiple participant members joined the video conference. For example, user information corresponding to the earliest participating member added to the video conference among the plurality of participating members may be added as fifth user information to the first user list.
If the second user set does not include other user information except the user information included in the first user set, judging whether the third user set includes second residual user information or not. Wherein the second remaining user information represents user information in the third user set which is not added to the second user set, and if the third user set includes the second remaining user information, obtaining sixth user information from the second remaining user information, and adding the sixth user information to the first user set and the second user set. The manner of acquiring the sixth user information may be referred to as the manner of acquiring the fifth user information. For example, the sixth user information is user information corresponding to the largest weight coefficient in the third user set.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 8, when the user displays a page to trigger a page turning operation on the current participant, the displayed participant changes after the page is turned successfully, and the operation of updating the first user set is triggered. The manner of updating the user information in the first user set may be referred to as related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 9, which is not described herein.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 10, when the user switches the view type of the current participant display page and the view type after switching is different from the number of participant members that can be displayed by the current view type, the update of the first user set is triggered. The manner of updating the user information in the first user set may be referred to as related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 9, which is not described herein.
In the view refreshing method of the video conference provided by the embodiment of the application, the refreshing operation is triggered only when the currently displayed page needs to be refreshed, and if the triggering operation of the user does not cause the view change of the current page, the refreshing operation is not triggered, so that the refreshing operation is reduced. In addition, when the view of the current page is refreshed, the first user set is utilized to refresh, and because the first user set only comprises the user information of the currently displayed reference members in the current page, the number of the currently displayed reference members in the current page is usually smaller, so that occupation of a large amount of computing resources due to reordering of the user set is reduced, and the view refreshing efficiency is improved.
