The invention aims at: aiming at the problems that the existing vehicle-mounted DC power connector is poor in waterproof performance, water enters due to car washing reasons or artificial reasons, so that an electric leakage phenomenon occurs in an internal power circuit board of the connector, and an electric control system fault seriously occurs to cause car accident accidents, the automobile DC power waterproof connector is provided, the waterproof grade of a connector shell is improved, and a good conductive structure is specially designed for an electrode terminal so as to improve the performance requirement of large-current conduction.

a waterproof connector for an automobile DC power supply comprises a panel, a connector main body, an anode contact pin, an anode elastic piece, a cathode elastic piece, a silica gel waterproof ring and a waterproof plug.
The outer surface of the panel is an appearance surface, the middle part is provided with an inserting port for being matched with an external electric appliance plug to connect electricity, the inner surface is provided with a positioning seat, the positioning seat comprises a positioning column and a buckle, the positioning column is matched with a U-shaped positioning hole symmetrically arranged on the periphery of a silica gel waterproof ring, so that the silica gel waterproof ring is aligned with the periphery of the inner surface of the positioning seat, the buckle is locked with a clamping hook symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the connector main body, the silica gel waterproof ring is tightly compacted with the periphery of the inner surface of the positioning seat,

Referring to fig. 1-14, the present embodiment provides a waterproof connector for an automobile DC power supply, which includes a panel 1, a connector body 5, an anode pin 8, an anode spring 4, a cathode spring 3, a waterproof silica gel ring 6 and a waterproof plug 2.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outer surface of the panel 1 is an appearance surface, an interface is provided in the middle of the panel for being matched with an external electric appliance plug to connect electricity, a positioning seat is provided on the inner surface of the panel, the positioning seat comprises a positioning column 14 and a buckle 15, the positioning column 14 is matched with a U-shaped positioning hole 13 symmetrically arranged on the periphery of a silica gel waterproof ring 6, so that the silica gel waterproof ring 6 is aligned with the periphery of the inner surface of the positioning seat, the buckle 15 is locked with a hook 10 symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the connector main body 5, and the silica gel waterproof ring 6 is tightly compacted with the periphery of the inner surface of the positioning seat, so as to play a role in primary waterproof.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10 and fig. 14, the connector main body 5 is provided with a positive and a negative pole plug seat, a guide groove, an elastic piece positioning groove and a power connection jack 28, the positive and the negative pole plug seat comprises a positive pole plug seat 24 and a negative pole plug seat 23, which respectively correspond to the positive pole elastic piece 4 and the negative pole elastic piece 3 for plug-in fit, the guide groove is used for fitting the positive pole elastic piece 4, the negative pole elastic piece 3 and the surface of the connector main body 5 to form a line, the positive pole elastic piece 4 and the negative pole elastic piece 3 are plugged into the connector main body 5 along the elastic piece positioning groove, so that the output plug end of the tail of the positive pole elastic piece 4 is matched with the center of the bottom of the power connection jack 28, the output contact end of the tail of the negative pole elastic piece 3 is matched with the power connection jack 30 at the periphery of the power connection jack 28, the connector main body 5 is further provided with a waterproof plug 2 matching groove, the middle part of the waterproof plug 2 is provided with a rectangular hole 12, and the waterproof plug 2 is matched with the matching groove in a penetrating sleeve, and the glue is sealed in the gap, thereby playing a secondary waterproof role.

Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the negative pole shrapnel 3 is provided with two sets of output contact ends, including a first negative pole output contact end 7 and a second negative pole output contact end 9, the output contact ends cooperate along two sets of electric slots 30 arranged on the inner wall of the electric receiving jack 28, ensuring better contact and also providing guarantee for large current passing.
