In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the anesthesia central station comprises a control panel 110 and a human machine interaction device 120, wherein the human machine interaction device 120 may comprise at least one of a display screen 121, a keyboard, a mouse, and a touch display screen. Wherein, a processor 111 and a communication component 112 are arranged on the control panel 110, the processor 111 can be in communication connection with the anesthesia apparatus through the communication component 112, for example, the vital sign parameters of the patient are obtained from the anesthesia apparatus and/or the treatment parameters of the anesthesia treatment performed on the patient by the anesthesia apparatus are obtained by the anesthesia apparatus, and the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters can also be displayed by the processor 111 through the display screen 121 or a touch display screen.
In some embodiments, the anesthesia central station comprises a laptop, desktop, tablet, or embedded device. The embedded device is a hardware device mainly composed of an embedded processor, related supporting hardware and an embedded software system, the embedded processor is mainly composed of a single chip microcomputer or a Microcontroller (MCU), the related supporting hardware comprises a display screen, storage media (ROM, RAM and the like), a communication assembly and the like, and the embedded software comprises bottom layer software related to the hardware, an operating system, a graphical interface, a communication protocol and the like.
Specifically, when the anesthesia central station is in communication connection with one or more anesthesia devices, a first display interface is displayed, the first display interface comprises a plurality of display areas, and different display areas display first key information of different anesthesia devices. So that the user can simultaneously focus on the first key information of a plurality of different anesthesia apparatuses through the display screen of the anesthesia central station.
As shown in fig. 4, the anesthesia central station displays a first display interface through a display screen, the first display interface includes four display areas, each of which displays first key information of different anesthesia apparatuses, for example, first key information of an anesthesia apparatus corresponding to a bed 701, a bed 702, a bed 705, and a bed 708, so the first display interface can also be called a multi-bed. Of course, the display area of the first display interface is not limited to four, and may be two, three, six, etc.
In some embodiments, at least one display area in the first display interface scrolls to display first key information of different anesthesia apparatuses. For example, when the first key information of the anesthesia apparatuses corresponding to the 701, 702, 705, and 708 patient beds is displayed at a certain time, the first key information of the anesthesia apparatuses corresponding to the 801, 802, 803, and 804 patient beds is displayed at the next time. So that the user can simultaneously focus on the first key information of more anesthesia apparatuses through the display screen of the anesthesia central station.
For example, the first display interface displays information of a plurality of anesthesia apparatuses, and a display space of a display area corresponding to each anesthesia apparatus is limited, so that only some key parameters related to the anesthesia apparatuses can be displayed, and a user can conveniently know the conditions of the anesthesia apparatuses and/or patients of a plurality of patient beds.
Illustratively, the first key information includes target information for indicating a patient state, and the target information may be information generated according to a vital sign parameter of a patient and/or a treatment parameter of an anesthesia treatment performed on the patient by an anesthesia apparatus.
Illustratively, the target information includes at least one of: alarm information, diagnostic data, parameter variation trend.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, alarm information "too slow heart rate alarm" and parameter variation trend "continuous body temperature decrease" are displayed in one of the display areas for prompting the user 701 that the patient has too slow heart rate and continuously decreasing body temperature. The user may determine whether to intervene according to the first key information displayed in the display area, for example, may notify a medical staff in front of a hospital bed to adjust an anesthesia parameter, or may remotely control an anesthesia parameter of a corresponding anesthesia apparatus through an anesthesia central station.
In some embodiments, the user may select any one of the plurality of display areas in the first display interface to trigger the anesthesia central station to display a second display interface corresponding to the selected display area.
Specifically, the anesthesia central station receives a selection instruction for a first display area in the plurality of display areas, and may display a second display interface according to the selection instruction. The second display interface is used for displaying first detail information of the anesthesia equipment corresponding to the first display area, and the first display area is any one of the display areas.
Illustratively, the selection operation of the user on one of the display areas may be detected through a human-computer interaction device of the anesthesia central station, such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch display screen, so as to receive a selection instruction for the display area, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the anesthesia apparatus corresponding to the first display area selected by the user is an anesthesia apparatus of a patient bed No. 701, so as to further know the state of the patient bed No. 701 and/or the state of the anesthesia apparatus of the patient bed No. 701.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the interface displayed on the display screen is switched from the first display interface to the second display interface according to the selection instruction. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second display interface may be displayed superimposed on the first display interface.
The second display interface is used for displaying the related information of the anesthesia equipment selected by the user, the user pays more attention to the information of the anesthesia equipment, and the display space of the second display interface is larger than the display area in the first display interface, so that the detailed information of the corresponding anesthesia equipment can be displayed on the second display interface, and the user can conveniently and comprehensively know the condition of the anesthesia equipment and/or the patient corresponding to the anesthesia equipment.
Illustratively, the first detail information includes at least one of: the anesthesia apparatus obtains the vital sign parameters of the patient, the treatment parameters of the anesthesia apparatus for performing anesthesia treatment on the patient, the waveforms of the vital sign parameters, the waveforms of the treatment parameters, and target information for indicating the state of the patient; the target information is generated from the vital sign parameters and/or the therapy parameters.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first detailed information may include vital sign parameters of the patient, such as heart rate and body temperature, acquired by the anesthesia apparatus in real time, and may further include a waveform of the vital sign parameters at a preset time duration. The waveforms of the vital sign parameters and the waveforms of the treatment parameters may be generated by the anesthesia central station according to the acquired vital sign parameters and treatment parameters, or may be acquired from the anesthesia apparatus, for example, the anesthesia apparatus generates the waveforms of the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters according to the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters, and sends the corresponding waveforms to the anesthesia central station. Wherein the vital sign parameters are not limited to include heart rate, body temperature, and may also include blood pressure, etc., and the treatment parameters may include at least one of airway pressure, tidal volume, oxygen concentration, end-of-breath pressure, air source pressure, etc. of the anesthesia apparatus, for example.
Illustratively, the target information includes at least one of: alarm information, diagnostic data, parameter variation trend.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station performs preset processing on the vital sign parameters and/or the treatment parameters to generate the target information. For example, the anesthesia central station generates a heart rate too slow alarm when the patient's heart rate is below a preset threshold.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station may obtain target information from the anesthesia device indicating a patient status. For example, the anesthesia device generates target information according to the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters, and sends the generated target information to the anesthesia central station.
In some embodiments, the anesthesia central station may be further configured to adjust the position and/or size of the second display interface based on a user interface adjustment operation. As shown in fig. 7, by adjusting the position and/or size of the second display interface, it is convenient for the user to view the first detailed information of the second display interface, and also view other display areas of the display screen, such as at least part of information corresponding to the bed 705 in the first display interface.
In some embodiments, the display area displays first critical information in addition to the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters, and the second display interface displays at least the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters. As can be understood, more display spaces are needed for displaying the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters, and the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters are not displayed in the limited display spaces of the display areas in the first display interface, so that the first key information displayed in the display areas is more obvious, and a user can conveniently know the first key information corresponding to the multiple anesthesia apparatuses; by displaying the detailed information including the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters in the second display interface, the user can conveniently and comprehensively know the condition of the anesthesia equipment and/or the patient corresponding to the anesthesia equipment.
In some embodiments, the interface displayed by the anesthesia apparatus may be referred to as a third display interface, and the first detailed information displayed by the second display interface may include all the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters displayed by the anesthesia apparatus on the third display interface. Therefore, the user can know the same information on the third display interface of the anesthesia equipment in front of the sickbed on the second display interface of the anesthesia central station, and the user can conveniently and comprehensively know the anesthesia equipment and/or the condition of the corresponding patient of the anesthesia equipment.
Illustratively, the arrangement of the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters in the second display interface is the same as the arrangement of the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters in the third display interface. For example, the anesthesia central station may display all the vital sign parameters and treatment parameters of the anesthesia apparatus on the third display interface in a screen projection manner, such as a push mode or a mirror mode/screen recording mode, on the second display interface. Therefore, when the user remotely checks and/or controls the anesthesia equipment on the anesthesia central station, the user is convenient as the user locally checks and controls the anesthesia equipment, the consistent observation and use habits are kept, the user can more easily remotely observe and control, and the data display mode on the anesthesia central station is prevented from being inconsistent with the use habits of an anesthesia doctor.
For example, the anesthesia central station may adjust the arrangement of all the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters displayed by the anesthesia apparatus on the third display interface, and then display the adjusted parameters on the second display interface. For example, the content displayed by different display interfaces of different anesthesia apparatuses in different layouts can be adjusted to the same layout and displayed on the second display interface, so that the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters in different arrangements are prevented from being switched and displayed when the user selects different display areas on the first display interface, and the information displayed on the second display interface can be intuitively known by the user.
In some embodiments, the second display interface further displays at least one of: the equipment information of the anesthesia equipment and the patient information of the patient corresponding to the anesthesia equipment.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, equipment information of the anesthesia apparatus, such as a patient bed number, may be displayed on the second display interface, or patient information of the corresponding patient, such as a name "zhangsan", an age, a sex, etc. of the patient may be displayed.
For example, the device information of the anesthesia device and/or the patient information of the patient corresponding to the anesthesia device may be displayed in a blank area of the second display interface, or may be displayed in an overlapping manner on the second display interface. And the blank area of the second display interface is an area which does not display the first detailed information in the second display interface.
In some embodiments, the second display interface further displays a review button, the anesthesia central station displaying historical data of the first detail information of the anesthesia device when the review button is triggered.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station may store first details of the anesthesia device in memory. When a review button of the second display interface is triggered, the anesthesia central station reads and displays the first detail information stored in the memory so that the user can understand the history data of the first detail information.
When the historical data of the first detail information of the anesthesia apparatus is exemplarily displayed, corresponding parameters and waveforms are displayed, and the parameters and/or target information can be displayed in a time axis manner. For example, the alarm information at the corresponding time is marked with a marking point on the time axis.
In some embodiments, the anesthesia central station is further configured to send a control instruction to the anesthesia apparatus, so that the anesthesia apparatus executes a corresponding control operation according to the control instruction, for example, the control instruction is used to control the anesthesia apparatus to adjust a therapy parameter, such as airway pressure, tidal volume, and gas source pressure.
For example, for novice anesthesiologists, who are not sufficiently experienced clinically, a user of an anesthesia central station may remotely control the anesthesia apparatus when an emergency is encountered during surgery.
Illustratively, the target information includes assistance request information. For example, when an anesthesiologist of the anesthesia apparatus needs real-time assistance remotely from a senior anesthesiologist, the anesthesia apparatus is triggered to send assistance request information to the anesthesia central station, and the anesthesia central station may display the assistance request information in a display area corresponding to the anesthesia apparatus in the first display area and/or a second display area corresponding to the anesthesia apparatus, so that the senior anesthesiologist in the anesthesia central station can remotely control the anesthesia apparatus.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station generates the control command according to the control operation command. The control operation instruction is generated through user operation detected by the man-machine interaction device. For example, a senior anesthetist of an anesthesia central station performs control operation on a second display interface corresponding to the anesthesia apparatus, and the anesthesia central station sends a control instruction to the anesthesia apparatus in response to a user operation, so that the anesthesia apparatus executes corresponding control operation according to the control instruction.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station generates the control instruction according to the first detail information. For example, the anesthesia central station may generate the control instruction according to the first detail information based on a preset control logic.
In some embodiments, the anesthesia central station verifies whether the anesthesia central station has authority when communicatively connected to the anesthesia apparatus; and when the anesthesia central station has the right, acquiring the vital sign parameters and the treatment parameters, and/or sending control instructions to the anesthesia equipment. Can ensure the safety of the anesthesia operation.
Illustratively, the anesthesia central station verifies whether the anesthesia central station has the right according to at least one of the connection state of the encryption hardware, the identity token input by the user and the result of the third-party identity authentication.
