Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a noise reduction method for a vehicle.
Background
In the related art, a noise reduction mode of a vehicle is to collect an original sound signal at a predetermined position on the vehicle, amplify and invert the original sound signal to generate an inverted signal corresponding to the original sound signal, gain the inverted signal, and send the inverted signal after the gain processing to the position where the original sound signal is collected for playing.

The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to the present application comprises at least the steps of: s1: uploading vehicle information, road information, nearby vehicle information, obstacle information and environment information to a star chain system; s2: the star link system calculates real-time sound field and sound pressure information around the vehicle according to the vehicle information, the road information, the nearby vehicle information, the obstacle information and the environment information; s3: and the vehicle takes noise reduction measures according to sound pressure information of the sound field.
According to the noise reduction method for the vehicle, the collected sound information comprises the information of the vehicle, and the influence of comprehensive factors such as vehicle exhaust, surrounding vehicles, road morphology, other obstacles, thunderstorm and the like on a sound field around the vehicle.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the vehicle information includes: the apparent size of the vehicle, the vehicle speed, and the location of the vehicle.

That is to say, the noise reduction method for the vehicle of the present invention can collect more comprehensive sound source and sound field information, and compared with the information collected in the prior art, the noise reduction method for the vehicle of the present invention is more extensive, and not only includes the information of the vehicle itself, but also can collect road information and the information of nearby vehicles, and in addition, the environmental information around the vehicle can also be collected, so that not only can the sound field and sound pressure around the vehicle be calculated in real time, but also the noise source that the vehicle will encounter can be predicted, the sound source with reversed phase can be calculated in advance, and the noise reduction method can also be dealt with in advance after the sudden noise is encountered.
According to the noise reduction method for the vehicle, the collected sound information comprises the information of the vehicle, and the influence of comprehensive factors such as vehicle exhaust, surrounding vehicles, road morphology, other obstacles, thunderstorm and the like on a sound field around the vehicle.
In some embodiments of the invention, the vehicle information includes an apparent size of the vehicle, a vehicle speed, and a location of the vehicle. The appearance size, the speed and the position of the vehicle can influence the sound field around the vehicle, the vehicle information is uploaded to a star chain system, the precision of calculating the sound pressure of the sound field around the vehicle can be improved, and a precondition is provided for subsequent noise reduction measures, so that the noise reduction effect of the vehicle is better.
Needless to say, the vehicle information according to the present invention is not limited to the external dimensions of the vehicle, the vehicle speed, and the position of the vehicle, and the vehicle information is not specifically limited in the present invention.
Further, the vehicle information further includes: exhaust information and window opening information of the vehicle. The exhaust information of the vehicle and the opening degree of the vehicle window can influence the direction of the intensity of the noise obtained in the vehicle, so that the exhaust information of the vehicle and the opening degree information of the vehicle window are uploaded to the star chain system, the precision of calculating sound pressure of a sound field around the vehicle can be improved, a precondition is provided for subsequent noise reduction measures, and the noise reduction effect of the vehicle is better.
In some embodiments of the invention, the road information includes a type of the road, a gradient of the road, and a friction of the road. The type of road and the gradient of the road affect the road noise between the vehicle and the ground, and the friction between the vehicle and the road can also affect the road noise of the vehicle. It is clear that at the same speed, road noise generated by vehicles on asphalt roads is less than road noise generated on stone roads. The type of the road, the gradient of the road and the friction force of the road are uploaded to the star link system, so that the precision of calculating sound field sound pressure around the vehicle can be improved, preconditions are provided for subsequent noise reduction measures, and the noise reduction effect of the vehicle is better.

In some embodiments of the invention, the environmental information includes wind field information, rainfall information and the like, and the wind field information and the rainfall information are uploaded to the star link system, so that the precision of calculating sound pressure of a sound field around the vehicle can be further improved, and a precondition is provided for subsequent noise reduction measures, so that the noise reduction effect of the vehicle is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle may change a surface structure of the vehicle according to the sound field sound pressure information to achieve noise reduction. That is, the main cause of noise generation is found out through a star chain system, and then the surface structure of the vehicle is changed according to the main cause to realize noise reduction, and the noise reduction method is mainly used for the case that the noise source is single.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle actively reduces noise by generating an inverted sound wave based on sound pressure information of the sound field. Therefore, positive-phase sound waves and reverse-phase sound waves are superposed to realize active noise reduction, and the noise reduction mode can deal with the condition that a plurality of noise sources exist.
Further, the noise reduction method of the present invention further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the distance between a vehicle and an obstacle, calculating the time of collision between the vehicle and the obstacle, obtaining corresponding noise data from a preset noise database, and playing an opposite-phase noise signal when the vehicle collides with the obstacle.
When the automobile runs, acquiring a real-time image of the front road surface of the automobile, and identifying and obtaining obstacles existing on the front road surface; when the obstacle existing on the front road surface is identified and obtained, the obstacle is measured, and the distance between the automobile and the obstacle is obtained through measurement; after real-time driving data of the automobile are obtained, calculating time information of noise generated by contact and impact of wheels and obstacles, and reading corresponding noise data from a preset noise database; generating a corresponding reverse phase noise signal according to the read noise data; according to the time information, when the wheels drive to the obstacle and contact and impact with the obstacle, the anti-phase noise signal is played at the bottom of the automobile, so that the purpose of actively reducing noise is achieved.
It should be noted that the road information, the vehicle information, the nearby vehicle information, the obstacle information, and the like in the present invention may be acquired by a navigation system (e.g., a beidou navigation system) and uploaded to the star link system. Environmental information, such as wind field information, rainfall information and the like, can be uploaded to the star-chain system by a meteorological cloud platform. The star-chain system obtains real-time noise sound pressure around the vehicle through quantum calculation according to the received parameter information of the vehicle and the surrounding environment parameters, and real-time noise sound pressure information such as wind noise, raindrop noise, noise when an obstacle collides and the like can be obtained.

s2: the star link system calculates real-time sound field and sound pressure information around the vehicle according to the vehicle information, the road information, the nearby vehicle information, the obstacle information and the environment information;
s3: and the vehicle takes noise reduction measures according to sound pressure information of the sound field.
2. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle information includes: the apparent size of the vehicle, the vehicle speed, and the location of the vehicle.
3. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the vehicle information further includes: exhaust information and window opening information of the vehicle.
4. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the road information includes: the type of road, the gradient of the road, and the friction of the vehicle with the road.
5. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the nearby vehicle information includes: the speed of the nearby vehicle, the location of the nearby vehicle relative to the host vehicle, and the apparent size of the nearby vehicle.
6. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the obstacle information includes: pedestrians, animals and deceleration strips.
7. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the environmental information includes: wind field information, rainfall information.
8. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle changes a surface structure of the vehicle according to sound field sound pressure information to achieve noise reduction.
9. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle actively reduces noise by emitting reverse sound waves in accordance with sound field sound pressure information.
10. The noise reduction method for a vehicle according to claim 9, wherein the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle is acquired and the time of collision of the vehicle with the obstacle is calculated, and the corresponding noise data is acquired from a preset noise database and an inverted noise signal is played when the vehicle collides with the obstacle.
