Abstract
The application provides a display panel and a display device, wherein the display panel comprises a substrate; an organic layer disposed on the substrate; the packaging layer is arranged on the organic layer; the screen body is arranged on the packaging layer; the inorganic filling layer is positioned at the edge of the display panel and arranged below the screen body, and part of the screen body is contacted with the inorganic filling layer so as to bear the contact of the other part of the screen body and the packaging layer. According to the display panel provided by the application, the inorganic filling layer is additionally arranged, so that the screen body can be supported while the packaging capability is not influenced by the inorganic filling layer, the purpose of directly contacting the screen body with the inorganic filling layer is achieved, and the risk of falling off of the film layer is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of display, and particularly relates to a display panel and a display device.
Background
In the modern communication industry, the market demands of products such as mobile phones, televisions, flat plates, notebooks, digital cameras and the like are increasing, and various display equipment forms are not limited to planes any more, but enter towards forms such as curved surfaces, cambered surfaces, four curved surfaces and the like. The development of the four curved surfaces can effectively solve the problems of screen occupation ratio reduction and the like caused by four-side ink, and the visual angle feeling of a user is improved by more layers, so that the display looks more scientific and future.
When the screen in the prior art corresponds to the large curvature CG, a large stress scheme is often adopted on panel, a large stress film layer is adopted, and in order to ensure packaging reliability, the packaging layer in the dummy area is etched, so that the IL layer in the dummy area is in direct contact with the organic layer, and the risk of falling off of the film layer is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a display panel and a display device, which are used for solving the problem that a film layer of the existing display panel is easy to fall off.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a display panel, including:
a substrate;
an organic layer disposed on the substrate;
the packaging layer is arranged on the organic layer;
the screen body is arranged on the packaging layer;
the inorganic filling layer is positioned at the edge of the display panel and arranged below the screen body, and part of the screen body is contacted with the inorganic filling layer so as to bear the rest of the screen body, and the screen body is contacted with the packaging layer.
Optionally, the display panel further includes:
the organic filling layer is arranged below the inorganic filling layer, part of the wall surface of one side of the organic filling layer, which is far away from the inorganic filling layer, is in contact connection with the packaging layer, and the other part of the wall surface is in contact connection with the organic layer.
Optionally, the organic filling layer is a wedge.
Optionally, the organic layer and the organic filling layer respectively include at least one of polyimide, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyacrylate.
Optionally, the materials of the organic layer and the organic filling layer are polyimide.
Optionally, the material of the inorganic filling layer is silicon oxide, silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride.
Optionally, the material of the inorganic filling layer is silicon oxide.
Optionally, the packaging layer includes a first sealing layer and a second sealing layer, the first sealing layer is disposed on the organic layer, the second sealing layer is disposed on the first sealing layer, and the screen body, the inorganic filling layer and the organic filling layer are all in contact with the second sealing layer.
Optionally, the substrate is a flexible substrate.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a display device, where the display device includes a display panel as set forth in any one of the above.
According to the display panel provided by the embodiment of the application, the inorganic filling layer is arranged at the edge of the display panel and below the screen body, part of the screen body is contacted with the inorganic filling layer to bear the contact of the other part of the screen body with the packaging layer, and the inorganic filling layer can bear the screen body while the packaging capability is not influenced, so that the purpose of directly contacting the screen body with the inorganic filling layer is achieved, and the risk of falling off of the film layer is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the application.
The embodiment of the application provides a display panel and a display device, which are used for solving the problem that a film layer of the existing display panel is easy to fall off. The following description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The display panel provided in the embodiment of the application can be applied to a display device, and the display device can be, for example, a projection device, a television, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a smart phone, a television, a display, a digital photo frame, a terminal such as an electronic book reader, a portable terminal device such as a portable computer with a display function, or any other device that can include a display panel.
In order to more clearly explain the structure of the display panel, the display panel will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For example, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display panel according to an embodiment of the application.
A display panel, comprising:
a substrate;
an organic layer 10, the organic layer 10 being disposed on the substrate;
an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic layer 10;
the screen body 40, the screen body 40 is set up on the encapsulated layer;
and the inorganic filling layer 50, wherein the inorganic filling layer 50 is positioned at the edge of the display panel and arranged below the screen body 40, and part of the screen body 40 is contacted with the inorganic filling layer 50 so as to bear the contact of the rest of the screen body 40 and the packaging layer.
In this embodiment, by arranging the inorganic filling layer 50, the inorganic filling layer 50 is located at the edge of the display panel and is disposed below the screen body 40, and a part of the screen body 40 contacts with the inorganic filling layer 50 to bear the rest of the screen body 40 and contact with the encapsulation layer, and the inorganic filling layer 50 can bear the screen body 40 while not affecting the encapsulation capability, so that the purpose of directly contacting the screen body 40 with the inorganic filling layer 50 is achieved, and the risk of falling off of the film layer is reduced.
The substrate may be a flexible substrate, and may be formed of any suitable insulating material having flexibility to achieve flexible crimping of the display panel. The packaging layer is arranged on the substrate and used for sealing and protecting the light-emitting device arranged on the substrate, so that water vapor and oxygen in the external environment are prevented from entering the light-emitting device, and the light-emitting device is prevented from being influenced.
The display panel further comprises an organic filling layer 60 in the shape of a wedge, the organic filling layer 60 is arranged below the inorganic filling layer 50, a part of the wall surface of one side of the organic filling layer 60 away from the inorganic filling layer 50 is in contact connection with the packaging layer, and the other part of the wall surface is in contact connection with the organic layer 10. The encapsulation layer includes a first encapsulation layer 20 and a second encapsulation layer 30, the first encapsulation layer 20 is disposed on the organic layer 10, the second encapsulation layer 30 is disposed on the first encapsulation layer 20, and the screen body 40, the inorganic filler layer 50, and the organic filler layer 60 are all in contact with the second encapsulation layer 30.
The material of the inorganic filling layer 50 may be one or more of silicon nitride, silicon oxide, or silicon oxynitride, which can block external water and oxygen from entering the light emitting device, and the organic layer 10 and the organic filling layer 60 respectively include at least one of polyimide, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyacrylate.
It can be understood that the inorganic material has good resistance to water and oxygen, but has brittleness, and the organic material has a certain flexibility, so that the flexibility of the package structure can be improved, the display panel is prevented from being damaged by external impact force or bending stress, the organic layer 10 can be formed by an inkjet printing technology, the elastic modulus of the organic layer 10 is smaller than that of the inorganic layer, and when the inorganic layer is subjected to stress bending, the deformation of the organic layer 10 is larger than that of the inorganic layer, so that the stress of the inorganic layer can be effectively released by the organic layer 10.
In a preferred embodiment, the inorganic layer material is silicon oxide, and the organic layer 10 and the organic filling layer 60 are both polyimide. The organic filling layer 60 has good fluidity before film formation, so that impurity particles on the surface of the packaging layer can be well wrapped, and planarization of the film layer is facilitated. The organic filling layer 60 can be formed by adopting an ink-jet printing technology, baking, etching and other processes after exposure and development, and the process is simple and easy to implement.

Claims (9)
1. A display panel, comprising:
a substrate;
an organic layer disposed on the substrate;
the packaging layer is arranged on the organic layer;
the screen body is arranged on the packaging layer;
the inorganic filling layer is positioned at the edge of the display panel and arranged below the screen body, and part of the screen body is contacted with the inorganic filling layer so as to bear the rest part of the screen body, and the screen body is contacted with the packaging layer;
the organic filling layer is arranged below the inorganic filling layer, part of the wall surface of the organic filling layer is in contact connection with the packaging layer in the extending direction of the inorganic filling layer, and the other part of the wall surface of the organic filling layer is in contact connection with the organic layer.
2. The display panel of claim 1, wherein the organic filler layer is a wedge.
3. The display panel of claim 1, wherein the organic layer and the organic filler layer each comprise at least one of polyimide, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyacrylate.
4. A display panel according to claim 3, wherein the material of the organic layer and the organic filling layer is polyimide.
5. The display panel according to claim 1, wherein the material of the inorganic filler layer is silicon oxide, silicon nitride, or silicon oxynitride.
6. The display panel according to claim 5, wherein the material of the inorganic filler layer is silicon oxide.
7. The display panel of claim 1, wherein the encapsulation layer comprises a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer, the first encapsulation layer disposed on the organic layer, the second encapsulation layer disposed on the first encapsulation layer, the screen, the inorganic filler layer, and the organic filler layer all in contact with the second encapsulation layer.
8. The display panel according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the substrate is a flexible substrate.
9. A display device comprising the display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
