In step S816, the first terminal receives the communication account sent by the server, and displays the communication account on the query interface.
Step S818, the first terminal generates a verification request based on the trigger operation acquired by the query interface, and sends the verification request to the server.
In step S820, the server receives a verification request triggered by the first terminal based on the communication account, so as to send verification information to the second terminal to which the communication account belongs based on the verification request.
In step S822, the first terminal sends the verification information obtained by the query interface and transmitted by the second terminal to the server.
Step S824, when receiving the verification information sent by the first terminal, the server performs retrieval authorization on the first terminal, and sends the resident health file to the first terminal.
Step S826, the first terminal receives the resident health record sent by the server after the first terminal accesses the authorization, and generates a display interface of the resident health record.
Particularly, if the private institution can retrieve the health records of the patients in the regional alliance medical institution, the diagnosis and treatment effect and efficiency can be effectively improved. But this scenario faces three major challenges:
first, the system of the federation does not have account information of a private-affiliate doctor, and the doctor cannot access the system with a legal authentication identity.
Second, because of the former relationship, the patient has no mechanism for authorization to the doctor 3. consistency with the federation organization's health profile presentation is maintained in the private organization's system.
Thirdly, because the patient has an official authenticated mobile phone number in the health record of the alliance organization, we can establish a safer retrieval authorization in the following way:
establish a doctor's trust relationship with the patient by verifying the phone number to the archive storage facility (the doctor ensures that the patient is a legitimate user of the health archive) and send the verification code (recall request) to the patient
The patient reads the verification code on the face and authorizes the doctor to read the authority (the authorization is only 1 day).
When a doctor accesses the archive, the background service intercepts the retrieval request through the agent, checks whether authorization exists (namely the authority record with the time limit of 1 day established in the second step), and then calls an interface for acquiring data through the OAuth2Client authentication mode. At this time, the health file system, i.e. the server, does not need to check the legality of the request again, and the request can be passed through directly.
The Web display page can directly point the interface called by the back end to the proxy server without any modification.
By the method, the private institutional doctor can safely and legally acquire the information of the user in the health file system under the condition of patient authorization without the authentication identity of the health file of the alliance institution.
