Taking a social network as an example, the social network provides content-based social functions, including sharing, commenting, forwarding and the like of content, and is an important form of information interaction in the internet era. Taking a friend circle as an example, the friend circle is a space for users to share and pay attention to the life of friends, the users can share meaningful things in life or work in the friend circle, and meanwhile, other users in the friend circle can interact aiming at the content shared by publishers, so that social communication among the users is increased.
However, more and more marketing information (for example, advertisements and soft texts) start to be gushed into the social network, which causes a certain disturbance to the general users, so that the general users cannot find the interested information in the information stream in time during the use process, the experience of the general users when browsing the living content of friends is affected, and unnecessary consumption is caused to the resources of the terminal device and the background server.

In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the described embodiments should not be considered as limiting the present application, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present application.

4) The publishing account, i.e. the account for publishing information, includes a business account for publishing normal business information and a marketing account for publishing marketing information or a main purpose.
5) The service account, i.e. the account publishing the service information, for example, a social account publishing social dynamic information in a social network and a news account publishing actual news in a news cluster scene, etc.
The related art provides a scheme for text folding of each marketing message in a circle of friends, for example, the text is folded into a line for display, and a plurality of pictures or videos included in the marketing message are folded into a small preview, and simultaneously a User Interface (UI) layer is notified to update the latest status of the circle of friends.
However, the solutions provided by the related art have the following problems:
(1) the identification of the marketing information depends on text analysis, and the accuracy rate and the coverage rate are not high enough.
If the identification and judgment are carried out only by using the text included in the friend circle content, and the auxiliary judgment is not carried out by using materials such as images and videos, the requirement of accurately identifying the advertisement content of the friend circle as much as possible cannot be met. For example, when the advertisement has no text or no advertisement features, but the image or the video has obvious advertisement features, the derivative text model provided by the related art cannot accurately judge that the content is the advertisement.
(2) Each advertisement is folded one by one, and the weakening degree is low.
In the scheme provided by the related technology, when a plurality of pieces of marketing information appear in the friend circle of the user, the advertisement can be folded one by one, and the same number of advertisements can be displayed after the advertisement is folded, for example, when 10 advertisements appear in the friend circle of the user, 10 advertisements after the advertisement is folded still exist, and the problem that a large number of advertisements harass the user can not be solved.
(3) The folded style occupies area and has limited folding effect.
Based on the scheme provided by the related technology, after a certain piece of content is judged as advertisement content by a server, the text included in the content is folded and reduced into one line, a plurality of images included in the content are folded into a single image, and a large video included in the content is folded into a small thumbnail. The folding style occupies a larger area in the human-computer interaction interface but cannot see specific content, and users who leak little information rather want to view the specific content in a more fancy way.
In view of the foregoing technical problems, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for displaying and processing an information stream, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which can merge marketing information in an information stream to improve information browsing efficiency and save resources. An exemplary application of the electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present application is described below, and the electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented as various types of terminal devices such as a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a set-top box, a mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone, a portable music player, a personal digital assistant, a dedicated messaging device, and a portable game device), and may also be implemented as a server, or implemented by the terminal device and the server in cooperation. Next, an exemplary application when the electronic device is implemented as a terminal device will be explained.

The network 300 is a medium for communication between the server 200 and the terminal device 400, and may be a wide area network or a local area network, or a combination of both.
The terminal device 400 is a terminal device associated with a user, and runs a client 410 thereon, and the client 410 may be various types of clients, such as an instant messaging client, a microblog client, a news client, and the like. The types of information in the information stream pushed by the server 200 may include business information and marketing information. Therefore, the terminal device 400, after receiving the information stream pushed by the server 200, may invoke a machine learning model to classify each information in the information stream as business information or marketing information. In other embodiments, each information in the information stream may also be classified by the server 200. For example, after the server 200 acquires a plurality of pieces of information of friends of a user or a list of people concerned by the user in a specific time period in response to an acquisition request for an information flow sent by the terminal device 400 and integrates the information to form the information flow, the server 200 may invoke a machine learning model to classify each piece of information in the information flow as business information or marketing information, and then the server 200 sends the information flow and category information to which each piece of information in the information flow belongs to the terminal device 400 together, so as to reduce consumption of computing resources of the terminal device 400 and further improve the available duration of the terminal device 400.
In some embodiments, after receiving the above, the server 200 may further combine a plurality of marketing messages in advance after determining the category to which each message in the message stream belongs, so that the terminal device 400 may directly present the service message in the message stream and the plurality of marketing messages after being combined in the message bit corresponding to the human-computer interaction interface of the client 410 after receiving the message stream pushed by the server 200, thereby further reducing the consumption of the computing resources of the terminal device 400.
In some embodiments, the server 200 may be an independent physical server, may also be a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and may also be a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN, and a big data and artificial intelligence platform. The memory 450 includes either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. In the following, an exemplary application and implementation of the terminal device provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described, and the steps described below may be performed by the terminal device described above, for example, may be performed by a client running in the terminal. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a display processing method of an information flow according to an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 3.
In step S101, an information stream is acquired.
In some embodiments, the server may return a corresponding information stream to the terminal device based on the acquisition request sent by the terminal device, where the type of information in the information stream includes service information and marketing information.
For example, taking a social network as an example, after a user logs in a client (e.g., an instant messaging client) running on a terminal device by using a pre-registered account and a pre-registered password, the user may enter a friend circle page by clicking a friend circle entry presented in a human-computer interaction interface of the client, and then, when the user performs a refresh operation in the friend circle page (e.g., a pull-down refresh or a refresh operation by clicking a corresponding location), the terminal device responds and sends an acquisition request for an information stream to a server.
For example, if the server determines that the time when the terminal device last sent the acquisition request is 10:00 and the current time is 12:00, the server may acquire a plurality of pieces of information issued by friends of the user or people concerned by the user at 10:00 to 12:00, integrate the pieces of information to form an information stream, and then the server 200 returns the formed information stream to the terminal device. Since a marketing account may exist in a friend of the user or a person concerned by the user, for example, a merchant, and published information of the marketing account may be marketing information, the type of information in the information stream returned by the server to the terminal device may include social dynamic information and marketing information.
It should be noted that, the timing for triggering the terminal device to send the acquisition request for the information stream to the server may be, in addition to the above-mentioned manual refreshing of the user in the friend circle, an automatic refreshing scene corresponding to the friend circle being switched from the background to the foreground, for example, when the terminal device responds to a switching operation triggered by the user and switches back a friend circle page presented by the instant messaging client from another client, the terminal device automatically sends the acquisition request to the server, and automatically updates the content displayed by the friend circle page based on the information stream returned by the server.
In other embodiments, the server may also automatically push the latest information stream to the terminal device every preset time (e.g., every 1 hour), for example, the server may automatically push an information stream composed of a plurality of information published between 11:00 and 12:00 by friends of the user or people concerned by the user to the terminal device at 12: 00; similarly, the server may automatically push to the terminal device at 13:00 an information stream consisting of a plurality of information published at 12:00 to 13:00 by the friends of the user, or the person of interest to the user.
In some embodiments, after receiving the information stream returned by the server, the terminal device may further perform the following operations: invoking a machine learning model to perform the following for each information in the information stream: extracting the characteristics of at least one of texts, images and videos included in the information; and performing fusion processing on the extracted features, obtaining the probability of mapping the fusion features to the social dynamic information and the marketing information based on the fusion processing, and determining the type corresponding to the maximum probability as the type of the information. Therefore, the machine learning model is called for classification based on the fusion characteristics of the information, and the accuracy of the classification result can be improved.
In addition, in order to avoid leakage of user privacy data, before training the machine learning model by using the labeled sample information, privacy screening is firstly performed on the sample information, contents possibly related to personal information of the user in the sample information are deleted, and then the deleted sample information is sent to a labeling person for manual labeling.
For example, taking the information a in the information stream as an example, assuming that the information a includes both text and images, the text and the images included in the information a may be used together as the input of the machine learning model. For example, the corresponding embedded representation (embedded ding) may be found by the respective representation methods for the text and the image included in the information a; then, feature extraction is performed on the embedded representations (i.e. vectorized text and image) corresponding to the text and the image respectively to obtain text features and image features of the information a, then, the text features and the image features of the information a can be fusion-represented through a fusion (Concat) operation to obtain feature representations of the information a (i.e. fusion features of the information a), and finally, the feature representations of the information a are input to a full connectivity layer (FC) for mapping to obtain probabilities that the information a belongs to the social dynamic information and the marketing information respectively, and a type corresponding to the maximum probability is determined as the type of the information a. For example, when the probability that the characteristic representation of the information a is mapped to the socially dynamic information is greater than the probability of the marketing information, the type of the information a is determined to be socially dynamic information. Similarly, the terminal device may invoke the machine learning model to perform the above classification operation on other information in the information flow in turn to determine the type of each information in the information flow.
It should be noted that, the above process of classifying each piece of information in the information stream may also be executed by the server, and the specific execution process may refer to the above description, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the present application.
In other embodiments, when the client installed on the terminal device of the user is a news client, the server (e.g., a news backend server) may automatically push the latest news stream (i.e., a series of news sorted according to the published time sequence, in which some marketing information, such as advertisements, soft texts, etc., is doped) to the terminal device of the user every preset time (e.g., every 1 hour), and after receiving the news stream returned by the news backend server, the terminal device may individually allocate each news to one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface of the terminal device for each news in the news stream, that is, one news occupies one information bit; and for the marketing information doped in the news stream, a plurality of marketing information can be combined into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface to be displayed, so that the user can sense that the news stream comprises the marketing information and cannot interfere with the news stream, the user can find interested news in time in the process of browsing the news, the browsing behavior of the user for browsing the news is more efficient, and the time of the user is saved.
In step S102, at least one service information in the information stream is displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, and each service information occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface.
In some embodiments, the business information may include social dynamic information, where the social dynamic information refers to information that the user shares with respect to a personal social state, and may be, for example, information such as photos, articles, or videos that the user shares with respect to interesting things in daily life or work.
For example, the information stream returned by the server to the terminal device may include social dynamic information published by friends of the user or people concerned by the user within a specific time period. For the social dynamic information in the information flow, the terminal device can call a human-computer interaction interface of the client to display at least one piece of social dynamic information in the information flow, and each piece of social dynamic information occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface. For example, the terminal device may determine the number of information displayed on each screen according to the available display area of the human-computer interaction interface of the client, and if the terminal device determines that the number of information displayed on each screen of the client is 4, the terminal device reads 4 pieces of social dynamic information from the head of the information stream and adapts to 4 information bits of the human-computer interaction interface of the client for display; when a user executes a downslide operation on a human-computer interaction interface of the client, the terminal device continuously reads corresponding amount of social dynamic information from the head of the information stream according to the magnitude of the downslide operation executed by the user so as to update the content of the social dynamic information displayed in the human-computer interaction interface of the client. For example, assuming that the user slides down two information bits, the terminal device continues to read the next two social dynamic information from the head of the information stream and presents the social dynamic information in the two information bits in the human-computer interaction interface of the client. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to distinguish different social dynamic information, the terminal device may further display a dividing line between adjacent information bits.
In some embodiments, the type of information read by the terminal device from the information stream is not all social dynamics information, and there may also be marketing information, i.e., there may be marketing information between adjacent social dynamics information of the information stream. The following describes a display mode of the marketing information in the human-computer interaction interface of the client.
In step S103, a plurality of marketing messages in the message stream are merged into one message bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display.
In some embodiments, the terminal device combines a plurality of marketing messages in the information stream into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for displaying, and at least one of the following display modes can be adopted: forming a keyword combination based on keywords corresponding to the marketing messages (for example, a word at the beginning of the content of the marketing message can be used as a keyword), and displaying the formed keyword combination in one information position of the human-computer interaction interface (for example, the formed keyword combination can be a simple list of a plurality of keywords, or a sentence formed by combining a plurality of keywords); splicing at least one image respectively included in the marketing messages to form a preview image combination, and displaying the formed preview image combination in an information position of a human-computer interaction interface; and displaying the names of the publishing accounts of the marketing information and the quantity of the marketing information in one information position of the human-computer interaction interface. The three display modes described above can be used in combination, and are described below.
For example, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the display processing method of the information flow provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, it is assumed that the terminal device recognizes three pieces of marketing information from the information flow, which are respectively "non-X toffee, saving pot, japanese edition, working is very fine and coating is not wrong", "showa and old things, very large dun and dun are, working is fine and modeling is a classic dun model", and "new energy automobile, after trying ME7, smart cabin, and whole free vehicle warranty for life", the terminal device forms a keyword combination by using a word at the beginning of the content of each piece of marketing information as a keyword, that is, "non-X toffee-sho and old things new energy automobile", and displays the keyword combination in an information bit 401 of the human-computer interaction interface.
In other embodiments, the content displayed in the information bit 401 of the human-computer interaction interface shown in fig. 4 may also be at least part of any one of the marketing information (for example, the content of the beginning part of the first marketing information published by the marketing account number), for example, assuming that the account number is named "flowers in factories selling toys" published three marketing information, which are respectively "non-X milk candy, saving pot, day version, very fine painting and not wrong", "showa and old things", "super dun-ratio, fine painting, classic dun-ratio" and "new energy automobile", and after ME7 is tried, the smart car cabin, and the whole car warranty for the whole life ", the content displayed in the information bit 401 may also be" 3 pieces of content such as "non-X milk candy, saving pot, day version …".

In addition, in practical application, after the social dynamic information is displayed, the information position combined with the marketing information may be displayed, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Therefore, by combining the keywords corresponding to the marketing messages respectively and displaying the obtained keyword combinations in a centralized manner in one message position, the user can visually know the content of the marketing messages and the occupation of the display areas of the social dynamic messages above and below the user is reduced.
For example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an application scenario schematic diagram of a display processing method for an information stream provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, for the marketing information including images in the information stream, the terminal device may select and stitch a key image (the key image may be an image that can best represent a marketed product, for example, when a marketing account desires to market a doll in a chicken shape) corresponding to each marketing information to obtain a preview combined image, and then, the terminal device displays the stitched preview combined image in a corresponding position of the human-computer interaction interface, for example, an information bit 501 shown in fig. 5, according to the publishing time of the image included in the first marketing information, where the preview combined image may be obtained by stitching a key image 5011 corresponding to marketing information a, a key image 5012 corresponding to marketing information B, and a key image 5013 corresponding to marketing information C.
It should be noted that, when the marketing information includes both text and image, keyword extraction and combination may be performed on the text included in each marketing information, and at least one image included in each marketing information may be combined, so as to obtain a keyword combination and a preview image combination corresponding to a plurality of marketing information, and the obtained keyword combination and preview image combination may be displayed in an information position of the human-computer interaction interface.
For example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a display processing method of an information stream provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, assuming that the terminal device recognizes 4 marketing messages from the message stream, and the 4 marketing messages are issued by the same marketing account, the terminal device may display a prompt message such as "different X days of milk bar saving pot …" in a corresponding position of the human-computer interaction interface, for example, a message slot 601 shown in fig. 6, according to the time of the first marketing message issued by the marketing account, and at the same time, may display the name "flowers in factory for selling toys" of the marketing account and a corresponding head portrait 602 in the message slot 601. In this way, by displaying the name of the publishing account and the number of the marketing messages in the message position, the user can intuitively perceive the number of the marketing messages and the general content included in the publishing account and the message position to determine whether to check further.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, when a plurality of marketing messages are not delivered by the same marketing account, the name (or avatar) of the marketing account delivering the largest number of marketing messages among the plurality of marketing messages, or the name (or avatar) of the marketing account having the closest relationship with the user (for example, the user approves or reviews the marketing messages in the last period of time), and the number of the plurality of marketing messages may be displayed in the message space. Of course, when the number of the marketing account numbers for publishing the marketing information is lower than the number threshold, for example, when a plurality of marketing information is published by 2 marketing account numbers, names and/or avatars corresponding to the 2 marketing account numbers may be displayed in the information position at the same time.
In addition, it should be further noted that, for information bits incorporating multiple pieces of marketing information, for example, the information bit 401 shown in fig. 4, the information bit 501 shown in fig. 5, the information bit 601 shown in fig. 6, and the like, each information bit may be bound with a corresponding jump link, when the terminal device receives a click operation of a user on the information bit incorporating multiple pieces of marketing information, the terminal device jumps to a corresponding marketing information detail page, and displays the complete content of multiple pieces of marketing information in the jumped marketing information detail page.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may merge a plurality of marketing messages in the information stream into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display by: dividing the information flow into a plurality of intervals, and executing the following operations for each interval obtained after division: identifying at least one marketing message included in the interval; when the position of the interval is displayed in the human-computer interaction interface and the interval comprises a plurality of marketing messages, the marketing messages in the interval are merged into one message position in the human-computer interaction interface to be displayed.
The method for dividing the information stream by the terminal device includes any one of the following: dividing the information flow into intervals corresponding to a plurality of publishing time periods; dividing an information stream into a plurality of intervals including the same amount of information; the information flow is divided into a plurality of intervals comprising the same number of published accounts.
For example, when the information stream is divided into intervals corresponding to a plurality of publication time periods, the time granularity used in the division may be in a negative correlation with the number of information in the information stream, where the time granularity may be a fixed value (e.g., 1 hour) or a continuous reading time of the user (i.e., the division is performed according to the reading time of the user). For example, when the amount of information in the information stream is greater than the amount threshold, the terminal device may set a shorter duration (e.g., 20 minutes) to a time period; and when the amount of information in the information flow is smaller than the amount threshold, the terminal device may set a longer duration (e.g., 1 hour) to a period of time.
For example, when the information stream is divided into a plurality of intervals including the same amount of information, the information stream may be divided into the plurality of intervals according to a quantity granularity (e.g., 10 pieces, 20 pieces), where the quantity granularity may be a fixed value or a quantity of information that the user continuously reads (e.g., a quantity of information that the user reads from entering the circle of friends to leaving the circle of friends). In addition, the quantity granularity used for interval division may also be in positive correlation with the quantity of information in the information stream, for example, when the quantity of information in the information stream is greater than a quantity threshold, the terminal device may perform division using a corresponding large quantity granularity (for example, 20 pieces of information may be divided into the same interval); and when the number of information in the information stream is smaller than the number threshold, the terminal device may perform partitioning with a corresponding small number granularity (for example, 10 pieces of information may be partitioned into the same interval).
For example, when the information flow is divided into a plurality of intervals including the same number of published accounts, the information flow may be divided into a plurality of intervals according to the account number granularity, where each interval includes information published by published accounts of the same account number granularity (e.g., 10 published accounts, 20 published accounts). Further, the account number granularity used in interval division may be fixed, or may be determined according to the number of accounts that the user continuously reads (for example, the account number granularity may be obtained by counting according to historical reading data of the user, that is, the user may read information issued by several accounts after entering a circle of friends, that is, leave the circle of friends).
In some embodiments, in accordance with the above, the terminal device may further merge multiple pieces of marketing information issued by the same marketing account in each divided interval into one information bit for display, for example, the terminal device may merge multiple pieces of marketing information in the interval into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display in the following manner: determining a publishing account number of each marketing message in the interval, and executing the following processing aiming at each publishing account number: when the number of the marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval into one information bit corresponding to the issuing account in the human-computer interaction interface for displaying.
For example, taking an interval a of a plurality of intervals obtained after division as an example, assuming that two marketing account numbers, namely "factory floret for selling toys" and "makeup agent-sting" exist in the interval a, and a plurality of marketing information is published in the interval a by the two marketing account numbers, the terminal device first deploys corresponding information bits respectively for the two marketing account numbers, and then the terminal device can merge a plurality of marketing information published by the marketing account number named "factory floret for selling toys" into one information bit corresponding to the "factory floret for selling toys" for display; for the marketing account "makeup agent-sting", a plurality of marketing messages published under the name "makeup agent-sting" can be merged into one message bit corresponding to "makeup agent-sting" for display. Therefore, by combining a plurality of marketing messages issued by the same marketing account into the same information position for display, the users can browse the marketing messages issued by the marketing account conveniently in the following process.
In other embodiments, in accordance with the above, multiple pieces of marketing information of the same type in each divided interval may also be merged into one information bit for display, for example, the terminal device may merge multiple pieces of marketing information in an interval into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display in the following manner: determining a type of each marketing message in the interval, and performing the following process for each type: and when the number of the marketing messages belonging to the same type in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing messages belonging to the same type in the interval into one information bit corresponding to the type in the human-computer interaction interface for displaying.
For example, taking an interval B of the plurality of divided intervals as an example, assuming that three different types of marketing information, namely "clothing", "food", and "toy", exist in the interval B, the terminal device deploys corresponding 3 information bits respectively for the three types of marketing information, and then merges a plurality of pieces of marketing information belonging to "clothing" published in the interval B into one information bit corresponding to "clothing" for display; merging a plurality of marketing messages belonging to food in the interval B into one information bit corresponding to the food to be displayed; and merging a plurality of marketing messages belonging to the 'toy' in the interval B into one information bit corresponding to the 'toy' for display. Therefore, the marketing information is merged and displayed based on the type of the marketing information, so that the subsequent browsing of the user is facilitated, for example, when the user is interested in the clothing, the information position corresponding to the clothing displayed in the man-machine interaction interface can be clicked, so that the marketing information related to the clothing can be obtained.
In other embodiments, when the number of the marketing messages in the information stream is small (for example, the number does not exceed the number threshold), the terminal device may also merge, for all marketing messages in the information stream, a plurality of marketing messages issued by the same marketing account into the information bit corresponding to the marketing account for display, without dividing the information stream; or directly classifying all marketing information in the information flow, and merging the marketing information of the same type into one information bit corresponding to the type for display. That is, the operation of dividing the information flow is not necessary, and the operation of dividing the information flow is performed only when the number of marketing messages in the information flow exceeds the number threshold, so as to avoid that too many marketing messages are combined into one information bit to be displayed, and thus the combined marketing message cannot be known from the information bit.
In addition, it should be noted that, for the multiple divided intervals, when a certain interval includes only one marketing message, the terminal device may not perform merged display for the marketing message, that is, the marketing message in the interval may occupy one information bit in the human-computer interaction interface alone.
In some embodiments, for the social dynamic information displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, a control for praise and/or comment can be displayed in an information bit corresponding to each piece of social dynamic information, so that the user can interact with a publisher of the social dynamic information; for the information bits combined with a plurality of marketing messages, the control for praise and/or comment can not be displayed in the information bits, namely, for the information bits combined with a plurality of marketing messages, the user can not praise and/or comment; of course, a control for unifying praise review may also be deployed in the information bits, especially for information bits incorporating multiple marketing messages issued by the same marketing account number or information bits incorporating multiple marketing messages of the same type. For example, when a user clicks a like control displayed in an information position where a plurality of marketing messages issued by the same marketing account are combined, the like information of the user is displayed below each marketing message issued by the marketing account in a corresponding marketing message detail page, so that one-touch like is realized, and repeated operations are avoided.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a display processing method of an information flow provided in an embodiment of the present application, and based on fig. 3, after step S103, the terminal device may further execute step S104 to step S105 shown in fig. 7, which will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 7.
In step S104, in response to a trigger operation for an information bit combined with a plurality of marketing information displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, a marketing information detail page is presented.
In some embodiments, for information bits which are displayed in the human-computer interaction interface and combined with a plurality of marketing information, the terminal device may bind a corresponding jump link for each information bit, and when the terminal device receives a click operation of a user for the information bits which are displayed in the human-computer interaction interface and combined with a plurality of marketing information, jump to a corresponding marketing information detail page, where the marketing information detail page displays contents of a plurality of marketing information. Therefore, when the user knows that a certain marketing message is the message of interest through the content displayed in the message position, the user can quickly jump to the corresponding detail page to help the user further know the detailed content of the marketing message. In addition, the corresponding marketing information can be displayed according to the keywords or images triggered by the user in the information position instead of being displayed from the beginning. For example, when the user clicks "new energy vehicle" in the information position 401 shown in fig. 4, the marketing information corresponding to the "new energy vehicle" is directly positioned in the corresponding marketing detail page and displayed, instead of displaying the marketing information corresponding to the "not X milk bars" first, so that the efficiency of the user in searching for the target information is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the display processing method of information flow provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, when a terminal device receives a click operation of a user on an information bit 801 which is displayed in a human-computer interaction interface and is combined with a plurality of pieces of marketing information, the terminal device jumps to a corresponding marketing information detail page 802, and complete content corresponding to the plurality of pieces of marketing information is displayed in the marketing information detail page 802, so that the user can view the plurality of pieces of marketing information at one time on the marketing information detail page 801, thereby improving browsing efficiency of the user.
In step S105, in response to the trigger operation of the merge release control displayed in the marketing information detail page, according to the merge display mode adopted by the information bit, the merge display of the multiple marketing information corresponding to the merge display mode is cancelled for the marketing information to be displayed in the new information flow and subsequently in the information flow.
In some embodiments, a decombined control may be further displayed in the skipped marketing information detail page, and when the terminal device receives a click operation of a user on the decombined control, according to a merge display mode adopted by an information bit (i.e., an information bit which is clicked by the user in a human-computer interaction interface and is merged with a plurality of marketing information), merge display of a plurality of marketing information corresponding to the merge display mode is cancelled for the marketing information to be subsequently displayed in a new information stream and the information stream; wherein, the information bit adopts a combined display mode including at least one of the following: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages issued by the same marketing account.
For example, taking canceling and merging display of multiple marketing messages issued to the same marketing account as an example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flowchart of a display processing method of an information flow provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, a merge release control 902 is displayed in a marketing message detail page 901. When the terminal device receives a click operation of a user on the un-merge control 902, a candidate box 903 comprising 'no more fold(s) and cancel' is presented in a popup mode, and when the user clicks a corresponding option of 'no more fold(s)' displayed in the candidate box 903, the terminal device cancels the merged display of a plurality of marketing messages with account names 'plant florets selling toys' published aiming at the marketing messages to be subsequently displayed in a new information flow and the information flow, namely each marketing message with the account names 'plant florets selling toys' published occupies one information bit in the man-machine interaction interface.
In other embodiments, the merge-removing control may also be displayed in the information bits occupied by the multiple pieces of marketing information in the human-computer interaction interface, for example, the terminal device responds to a trigger operation of the merge-removing control displayed in the information bits occupied by the multiple pieces of marketing information by the user, and cancels the merge display of the multiple pieces of marketing information corresponding to the merge display mode for the subsequent marketing information to be displayed in the new information stream and the original information stream according to the merge display mode adopted by the information bits; wherein, the information bit adopts a combined display mode including at least one of the following: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages issued by the same marketing account.
For example, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the display processing method of information flow provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, a merge release control 1002 is displayed in an information bit 1001 which is displayed in a human-computer interaction interface and is merged with a plurality of pieces of marketing information, and the information bit 1001 adopts a merge display mode that is to merge and display a plurality of pieces of marketing information of a type "toy". When the terminal device receives a click operation of a user on the merge release control 1002, a candidate frame 1003 including a type of no more folding and a type of cancellation is presented in a popup mode, when the user clicks an option corresponding to the type of no more folding displayed in the candidate frame 1003, the terminal device cancels the merge display of a plurality of marketing messages of the type of toy for the marketing messages in a new message flow and to be displayed subsequently in the message flow, namely for the marketing messages of the type of toy, when the marketing messages are displayed subsequently in a man-machine interaction interface, each marketing message occupies one information bit in the man-machine interaction interface.
In some embodiments, the types of the published accounts of the marketing information in the information flow may include a business account (e.g., a social account) and a marketing account, and the types of the published accounts of the marketing information for merged display are marketing accounts, that is, the terminal device only merges and displays the marketing information published by the marketing accounts, and for the marketing information published by the business account, since the number and/or frequency of the marketing information published by the business account are relatively small, the influence on the user browsing normal social dynamic information is small, and therefore, the marketing information published by the business account may be displayed in the same display manner as the business information (e.g., the social dynamic information).
For example, taking a social network as an example, when the information stream includes marketing information published by a social account, displaying the marketing information published by the social account, and each marketing information published by the social account occupies one information bit of a human-computer interaction interface; the information bit occupied by each marketing message issued by the social contact account is different from the information bit occupied by each social dynamic message and the information bit occupied by the combination of a plurality of marketing messages issued by each marketing account, that is, for the marketing messages issued by the social contact account, when the marketing messages are displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, each marketing message occupies one information bit in the human-computer interaction interface.
In other embodiments, the terminal device may not distinguish the types of published accounts of the marketing information, that is, the terminal device performs merged display on the marketing information published by the service account or the marketing information published by the marketing account.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may distinguish the type of each published account in the information flow as a business account or a marketing account by: determining the quantity and/or frequency of marketing information issued by each issuing account number of the marketing information; determining the type of the published account number with the quantity and/or frequency of the published marketing information reaching the corresponding threshold value as a marketing account number, determining the type of the published account number with the quantity and/or frequency of the published marketing information not reaching the corresponding threshold value as a business account number, and determining the type of the published account number without any marketing information as a business account number.
For example, the terminal device may count the number and/or frequency of marketing messages issued by each issuing account for marketing messages within a period of time (e.g., within 1 month), for example, when the terminal device counts that the number and/or frequency of marketing messages issued by the issuing account a within a past period of time reaches a corresponding threshold value, for example, 100 marketing messages are issued by the issuing account a within the past period of time, or 1 marketing message is issued by the issuing account a every 1 hour, the terminal device determines the type of the issuing account a as a marketing account; for the publishing account B, the terminal device counts that the publishing account B only publishes 2 pieces of marketing information in the past month, and then determines the type of the publishing account B as a business account, for example, a social account.
According to the display processing method of the information flow, aiming at different types of information in the information flow, different display modes are adopted for displaying, for example, for marketing information, a plurality of marketing information in the information flow are combined into one information bit for displaying; for the service information, each service information occupies one information bit in the human-computer interaction interface, so that the content of the marketing information can be basically displayed, the behavior of a user in browsing the service information is more efficient, the disturbance of the marketing information is reduced, and the browsing experience is improved.
In the following, a friend circle is taken as an example to illustrate an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in an actual application scenario.
The embodiment of the application provides a display processing method of an information stream, when a machine learning model is called to judge advertisements, images, videos and the like included in a friend circle published by a user are brought into an analysis range, and whether the information published by the user is the advertisements is judged by comprehensively considering texts, images, videos and the like, so that the accuracy and the coverage rate of model identification are improved. Meanwhile, the UI layer combines a plurality of advertisements published by the same merchant user (corresponding to the marketing account number) so as to reduce the number of advertisements in the friend circle and increase the weakening degree. In addition, the folding style is upgraded to be similar to the link style, the experience of the existing style is maintained, the discomfort of the user in browsing a friend circle is reduced, meanwhile, a plurality of advertisements are merged (or called to be folded) into one slot position (corresponding to an information position), excessive content cannot be leaked, and the user is prevented from starting to browse in a curiosity point.
For example, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a principle of classifying information in an information flow according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, a corresponding embedded representation (Embedding) may be first found for a video (e.g., a multi-frame image obtained by cutting out a video), a text, and an image included in the information by respective representation methods; then, feature extraction is performed on embedded representations (i.e. vectorized text and image) corresponding to the video, the text and the image respectively to obtain video features, text features and image features of the information, then, the video features, the text features and the image features of the information can be fusion-represented through a fusion (Concat) operation to obtain feature representations of the information (i.e. fusion features of the information), and finally, the feature representations of the information are input to a full connectivity layer (FC) to be mapped to obtain probabilities that the information belongs to social dynamic information and marketing information respectively, and a type corresponding to the maximum probability is determined as the type of the information. For example, when the probability that the characteristic representation of the information is mapped to the socially dynamic information is greater than the probability of the marketing information, the type of the information is determined to be socially dynamic information.
The information flow display processing method provided by the embodiment of the application aims at the scene that the harassment is caused to the common user by the advertisement published by the merchant user in the friend circle, helps the user to reduce the harassment of the advertisement by combining a plurality of advertisements published by the same merchant user in the same interval, improves the browsing experience, and has the following specific processing logics:
(1) in a fixed interval, a plurality of advertisements published by the same merchant user are merged into one slot to be displayed.
Every n (the value of n supports background server to control) of the circle of friends is positioned in an interval, in a certain interval, if a certain merchant user (namely a marketing account) publishes a plurality of advertisements, the client can fold the published advertisements into a slot, and the outer layer of the slot does not display a control for praise and comment, and also does not support active praise and comment. In addition, the general circle of friends (corresponding to the social dynamic information) published by the merchant user is not affected. The position of the slot in the human-computer interaction interface of the client may be the place where the advertisement published by the merchant user earliest in the interval (may also be the newly published advertisement or a representative advertisement), and the publication time displayed by the slot may be the publication time corresponding to the advertisement published by the merchant user earliest in the interval (may also be the time corresponding to the newly published advertisement or a time period, for example, from the time of the earliest publication to the time of the latest publication).
In other embodiments, an interval may also be located according to a period (e.g., m hours), or according to the number of publishing users, for example, 3 consecutive users publishing content as an interval.
(2) When the client receives the clicking operation of the user for the folding slot (namely the slot combined with the plurality of advertisements), the client can jump into the detail page so as to present all the advertisements, which are folded by the corresponding merchant user in the interval, in the detail page.
For example, after the user clicks the folding slot displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, a new detail page is opened, and all advertisements of the merchant user folded in the section are displayed in the detail page. The content of the advertisement displayed in the detail page is displayed in a normal style in a friend circle, and supports the review of praise comments and the initiative praise comments.
(3) And a functional key for unfolding is displayed in the detail page, so that a certain merchant user is supported not to be folded any more.
For example, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic application scenario diagram of a display processing method of an information flow provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, a folding slot 1202 with 2 advertisements combined and corresponding to an account name "KISSY agent-sting" and a folding slot 1203 with 4 advertisements combined and corresponding to an account name "house floret for selling toys" are displayed in a friend circle page 1201, and for the folding slot with multiple advertisements combined, a comment control for agreeing with comments is not shown on an outer layer of the slot. For social dynamic information shared by a common user, a control 1204 for commenting comments may be displayed below the slot corresponding to each piece of social dynamic information. Meanwhile, the user can also enter the corresponding detail page by clicking the folding slot position 1202 or the folding slot position 1203. For example, when the user clicks the folding slot 1203 displayed in the friend circle page 1201, the client jumps to the detail page 1205, and 4 advertisements published by the merchant user "plant floret selling toys" are completely displayed in the detail page 1205; and a control 1206 for the user to comment in favor is displayed below each advertisement, so that the user can comment in favor for the advertisement published by the merchant user. Further, an unfolded function key 1207 is also displayed in the detail page 1205, and when the user clicks the unfolded function key 1207, a candidate box 1208 containing "no more he (she) is folded and cancelled" will pop up. When the user clicks on "no more fold him (her)" displayed in the candidate box 1208, the server subsequently displays a plurality of advertisements published by the merchant user with the account name "house flower for selling toys" no more in a folding manner, but in the same manner as the social dynamic information shared by the general user.
The following describes a process of determining an advertisement and a process of folding and displaying a plurality of advertisements by a client.
1. Advertisement determination
(1) For what content belongs to the advertisement, a machine-learned classification model can be used for identification. For example, a large number of samples can be obtained through manual judgment of a marker, and then texts and images carried in the samples and images obtained by video frame truncation are used as materials to train a model, so that whether one piece of content is an advertisement or not is judged;
(2) because the classification model is difficult to take into account the accuracy and the recall rate, on the basis, the final advertisement judgment can be carried out by adding a supplementary judgment logic. For example, the server may determine the identity of the user that published the advertisement based on the determination of the advertisement. When the number and frequency of advertisements published by a user reach corresponding thresholds, the server can determine the user as a professional or semi-professional advertisement publisher, i.e., a merchant user. Only when a user with a merchant identity posts an advertisement, the advertisement is subjected to certain right reduction processing, namely the folding display mentioned above, by the server. The life contents published by the merchant users and the advertisements which are not identified as published by the merchant users are normally displayed.
(3) The data annotation process focuses on user privacy. Firstly, when selecting marking data, a layer of privacy screening can be carried out through an algorithm model, and the content possibly related to the personal information of a user in the data is deleted; secondly, in the process of marking, the personal information of the user is not displayed to a marker, and the background of marking is also finished in a high-confidentiality and strictly-limited operation platform.
2. Folding display of multiple advertisements
(1) The folding is calculated from the viewer's (i.e., user's) perspective, and thus the way in which different users fold is likely to be different if they see the same content. The background server can divide the number of contents which can be seen by each browser according to the number of the contents; the method takes a certain content at a certain moment when a function is started (such as entering a friend circle or refreshing the friend circle) as a starting point, records a certain number of the content as an interval, and a plurality of advertisements which are considered to be issued by merchant users in the same interval are folded together.
(2) The specific distinguishing mode is as follows: and when the client side and the background server request each time, the client side and the background server perform interval division and information interaction of the interval where the last content is located, so that the division standards of the client side and the background server side are kept consistent. Then, the server calculates the corresponding interval and which advertisements are folded in which slot according to the information, and caches the advertisements to ensure the response performance. Meanwhile, the server stores the interval information for a certain time, but does not fold the advertisements exceeding the certain time.
(3) The implementation logic of the folded display layer is implemented by a client after receiving information returned by a server, the client deploys a corresponding folding slot (corresponding to the information bit for displaying and merging a plurality of marketing information) in normal content at first, the folding is directed to a folded content set (for example, a plurality of advertisements published by a same merchant user), and the outer layer of the folding slot only displays the latest one of the folded content, namely, the content displayed in the folding slot may be updated with the new increase of the advertisements; meanwhile, a small and complete-function friend circle information flow is realized in the folded content set; when the browser enters the folded content set, the client sends a retrieval request for the content to the server.
According to the information flow display processing method, the display modes with different display weights are given to different types of friend circle contents in the style, so that basic display of advertisements is guaranteed, browsing behaviors of users become more efficient, living contents published by friends of the users are focused, and the users can automatically select whether to watch advertisements published by users of merchants; meanwhile, a plurality of advertisements are combined into one slot for display, so that the space displayed in a human-computer interaction interface and the energy of a user are saved, and the user interested in the advertisements can view the advertisements at one time. In addition, the style similar to the external link reduces the cognitive cost of the user to the greatest extent, so that the user can not find a new form in the content stream suddenly when browsing a friend circle, can also understand the new form quickly, and can enter a next layer of detail page by clicking the style.
In some embodiments, when the tolerance of the user to the advertisement is low, the advertisement published by the merchant user can be directly hidden, or the advertisement published by the merchant user is subjected to descending right processing in sequence, so that the merchant user can obtain the opportunity of displaying after other contents are displayed.
Continuing with the exemplary structure of the display processing device 455 for information flow provided by the embodiment of the present application implemented as software modules, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the software modules stored in the display processing device 455 for information flow in the memory 450 may include: an acquisition module 4551, a display module 4552, a division module 4553, a classification module 4554, and a determination module 4555.
An obtaining module 4551, configured to obtain an information stream, where a type of information in the information stream includes service information and marketing information; the display module 4552 is configured to display at least one piece of service information in the information stream in the human-computer interaction interface, where each piece of service information occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface; the display module 4552 is further configured to combine the marketing messages in the message stream into one message slot of the human-computer interaction interface for display; the information bits occupied by the marketing information are different from the information bits occupied by any service information.
In some embodiments, the manner in which the display module 4551 incorporates a plurality of marketing messages into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display includes at least one of: forming a keyword combination based on keywords respectively corresponding to the marketing information, and displaying the keyword combination in an information position of a human-computer interaction interface; splicing images respectively included by the marketing information to form a preview image combination, and displaying the preview image combination in an information position of a human-computer interaction interface; and displaying the names of the publishing accounts of the marketing messages and the number of the marketing messages in one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface.
In some embodiments, the information stream display processing apparatus 455 further includes a dividing module 4553 configured to divide the information stream into a plurality of intervals; the information flow display processing device 455 further includes a classification module 4554 for identifying at least one marketing message included in the interval; the display module 4552 is further configured to merge the marketing information in the interval into one information bit in the human-computer interaction interface for display when the interval is displayed to the position of the interval in the human-computer interaction interface and includes a plurality of marketing information.
In some embodiments, the information flow display processing device 455 further includes a determining module 4555, configured to determine a publication account number for each marketing information in an interval, and perform the following processing for each publication account number: when the number of the marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval into one information bit corresponding to the issuing account in the human-computer interaction interface for displaying.
In some embodiments, the determining module 4555 is further configured to determine a type of each marketing message in the interval, and perform the following for each type: and when the number of the marketing information belonging to the type in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing information belonging to the type in the interval into one information position corresponding to the type in the human-computer interaction interface for displaying.
In some embodiments, the dividing module 4553 is further configured to divide the information stream into a plurality of intervals by any one of the following: dividing the information flow into intervals corresponding to a plurality of publishing time periods; dividing an information stream into a plurality of intervals including the same amount of information; the information flow is divided into a plurality of intervals comprising the same number of published accounts.
In some embodiments, the display module 4552 is further configured to present a marketing information detail page in response to a trigger operation for an information bit which incorporates a plurality of marketing information and is displayed in the human-computer interaction interface; wherein, the marketing information detail page displays a plurality of marketing information contents.
In some embodiments, a decombined control is displayed in the marketing information detail page; the display module 4552 is further configured to cancel, in response to the trigger operation for the merge release control, the merged display of the multiple pieces of marketing information corresponding to the merged display mode according to the merged display mode adopted by the information bit, and for the marketing information to be subsequently displayed in the new information stream and the information stream; wherein, the merging display mode comprises at least one of the following modes: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages published by the same publishing account.
In some embodiments, a plurality of marketing messages occupy information bits in which a decommerger control is displayed; the display module 4552 is further configured to cancel, in response to the trigger operation for the merge release control, the merged display of the multiple pieces of marketing information corresponding to the merged display mode according to the merged display mode adopted by the information bit, and for the marketing information to be subsequently displayed in the new information stream and the information stream; wherein, the combination display mode comprises at least one of the following modes: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages published by the same publishing account.
In some embodiments, the types of publishing accounts of the marketing information comprise business accounts and marketing accounts, and the type of publishing accounts of the marketing information for the combined display is the marketing account; a classification module 4554, configured to classify each information in the information stream into service information or marketing information; the display module 4552 is further configured to display the marketing information issued by the service account when the information stream includes the marketing information issued by the service account, and each marketing information issued by the service account occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface; the information bit occupied by each marketing message issued by the business account number is different from the information bit occupied by each business message and the information bit occupied by each marketing message issued by each marketing account number.
In some embodiments, the classification module 4554 is further configured to invoke the machine learning model to perform the following for each information in the information stream: extracting the characteristics of at least one of texts, images and videos included in the information; and performing fusion processing on the extracted features, mapping the fusion features into probabilities belonging to the business information and the marketing information based on the fusion processed features, and determining the type corresponding to the maximum probability as the type of the information.
In some embodiments, the determining module 4555 is further configured to determine the number and/or frequency of marketing messages issued by each issuing account of marketing messages; determining the type of the published account number with the quantity and/or frequency of the published marketing information reaching the corresponding threshold value as a marketing account number, determining the type of the published account number with the quantity and/or frequency of the published marketing information not reaching the corresponding threshold value as a business account number, and determining the type of the published account number without any marketing information as a business account number.
It should be noted that the description of the apparatus in the embodiment of the present application is similar to the description of the method embodiment, and has similar beneficial effects to the method embodiment, and therefore, the description is not repeated. The technical details, which are not exhaustive, of the display processing device for information streams provided by the embodiments of the present application can be understood from the description of fig. 3 or any one of fig. 7.
Embodiments of the present application provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the display processing method of the information stream described in the embodiment of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium storing executable instructions, which when executed by a processor, will cause the processor to perform a method provided by embodiments of the present application, for example, a display processing method of an information stream as shown in fig. 3 or fig. 7.
In some embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium may be memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash, magnetic surface memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM; or may be various devices including one or any combination of the above memories.
In some embodiments, executable instructions may be written in any form of programming language (including compiled or interpreted languages), in the form of programs, software modules, scripts or code, and may be deployed in any form, including as a stand-alone program or as a module, component, subroutine, or other unit suitable for use in a computing environment.

To sum up, the embodiment of the present application displays different types of information in an information flow in different display manners, for example, displays a plurality of marketing information in a combined manner for the marketing information in the information flow; and for the social dynamic information, each social dynamic information is independently displayed, so that the marketing information can be basically displayed, the browsing behavior of the user for browsing the normal social dynamic information is more efficient, the user is helped to reduce the disturbance of the marketing information, and the browsing experience is improved.

Claims (15)

1. A method for display processing of an information stream, the method comprising:
acquiring an information flow, wherein the type of information in the information flow comprises service information and marketing information;
displaying at least one service information in the information flow in a human-computer interaction interface, wherein each service information occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface, an
Merging a plurality of marketing messages in the information flow into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for displaying;
wherein, the information bit occupied by the marketing information is different from the information bit occupied by any service information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the manner of merging the marketing messages into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display comprises at least one of:
forming a keyword combination based on keywords respectively corresponding to the marketing messages, and displaying the keyword combination in an information position of the human-computer interaction interface;
splicing images respectively included by the marketing information to form a preview image combination, and displaying the preview image combination in an information position of the human-computer interaction interface;
and displaying the names of the publishing accounts of the marketing messages and the quantity of the marketing messages in one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the merging the marketing messages in the message stream into one message slot of the human-computer interaction interface for display comprises:
dividing the information flow into a plurality of intervals, and identifying at least one marketing message included in the intervals;
when the position of the interval is displayed in the human-computer interaction interface and the interval comprises a plurality of marketing messages, the marketing messages in the interval are merged into one message position in the human-computer interaction interface to be displayed.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the merging the marketing messages in the interval into one information bit in the human-machine interface for display comprises:
determining a publication account number of each marketing message in the interval, and executing the following processing aiming at each publication account number:
and when the number of the marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing messages issued by the issuing account in the interval into one information position corresponding to the issuing account in the human-computer interaction interface for display.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the merging the marketing messages in the interval into one information bit in the human-machine interface for display comprises:
determining a type of each marketing message in the interval, and performing the following for each type:
when the number of the marketing messages belonging to the type in the interval is multiple, merging the multiple marketing messages belonging to the type in the interval into one information position corresponding to the type in the human-computer interaction interface for displaying.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the dividing the information stream into a plurality of intervals comprises:
dividing the information flow into a plurality of intervals by any one of the following modes:
dividing the information flow into intervals corresponding to a plurality of publishing time periods;
dividing the information flow into a plurality of intervals including the same amount of information;
and dividing the information flow into a plurality of intervals comprising the published accounts with the same number.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a trigger operation aiming at an information position which is displayed in the human-computer interaction interface and combined with a plurality of marketing information, and presenting a marketing information detail page;
wherein the contents of the plurality of marketing messages are displayed in the marketing message detail page.
8. The method of claim 7,
a merge releasing control is displayed in the marketing information detail page;
the method further comprises the following steps:
responding to the triggering operation aiming at the de-merging control, and according to the merging display mode adopted by the information bit, canceling the merging display of a plurality of marketing information corresponding to the merging display mode aiming at the marketing information to be displayed in a new information flow and in the information flow;
wherein the merged display mode comprises at least one of: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages published by the same publishing account.
9. The method of claim 1,
a de-merging control is displayed in the information bit occupied by the marketing information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
in response to the triggering operation for the merge releasing control, according to the merge display mode adopted by the information bit, canceling the merge display of a plurality of marketing information corresponding to the merge display mode for the marketing information to be displayed in the new information flow and the subsequent marketing information to be displayed in the information flow;
wherein the merged display mode comprises at least one of: merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages of the same type; and merging and displaying a plurality of marketing messages published by the same publishing account.
10. The method of claim 1,
the types of the publishing accounts of the marketing information comprise a business account and a marketing account, and the types of the publishing accounts of the marketing information for combined display are the marketing accounts;
the method further comprises the following steps:
classifying each information in the information flow as a business information or a marketing information;
when the information flow comprises marketing information issued by the business account, displaying the marketing information issued by the business account, wherein each marketing information issued by the business account occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface;
the information bit occupied by each marketing message issued by the business account number is different from the information bit occupied by each business message and the information bit occupied by each marketing message issued by each marketing account number.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein classifying each message in the message stream as a business message or a marketing message comprises:
invoking a machine learning model to perform the following for each information in the information stream:
extracting the characteristics of at least one of texts, images and videos included in the information;
and performing fusion processing on the extracted features, mapping the fusion features to the probabilities of the business information and the marketing information based on the fusion processed features, and determining the type corresponding to the maximum probability as the type of the information.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein after classifying each information in the information flow as traffic information or marketing information, the method further comprises:

13. An apparatus for display processing of an information stream, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring information flow, and the types of information in the information flow comprise service information and marketing information;
the display module is used for displaying at least one piece of service information in the information flow in a human-computer interaction interface, and each piece of service information occupies one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface;
the display module is further used for merging a plurality of marketing messages in the information flow into one information bit of the human-computer interaction interface for display;
wherein, the information bit occupied by the marketing information is different from the information bit occupied by any service information.

a memory for storing executable instructions;
a processor for implementing the method of display processing of an information stream of any one of claims 1 to 12 when executing the executable instructions.
