And under the condition that the operation frequency variation is larger than the preset frequency threshold, the noise reduction treatment can be carried out on the air conditioner external unit again.
Optionally, the operation frequency variation amount may be represented by a variation of a motor speed of the air conditioner external unit, and the preset frequency threshold may be represented by a speed variation threshold.
Generally, when the rotation speed of the motor is increased, the noise value is increased or decreased, and otherwise, when the variation (increase or decrease) of the rotation speed of the motor reaches a corresponding rotation speed variation threshold, the current refrigerant noise signal generated when the air conditioner external unit operates can be collected, and the current refrigerant noise signal is utilized to perform air conditioner noise reduction.
It should be noted that the selection of the rotation speed variation threshold varies according to different performances of the air conditioner, and may be determined according to specific situations.
According to the control method for reducing the noise of the air conditioner, the operation frequency variation of the air conditioner external unit is compared with the preset frequency threshold, and the noise reduction treatment is carried out on the air conditioner under the condition that the operation frequency is larger than the preset frequency threshold, so that the noise reduction effect of the air conditioner can be achieved more timely and accurately.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device for noise reduction of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the device includes: the device comprises a signal acquisition module 301, a cavity adjusting module 302 and a noise reduction module 303.
The signal acquiring module 301 is configured to acquire a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner external unit.
In the invention, in order to collect the current refrigerant noise signal generated by the air conditioner external unit, a sound collection device can be arranged on a pipeline of the air conditioner external unit. Wherein, the sound collection device can be a noise sensor.
The current refrigerant noise signal includes, but is not limited to, basic noise parameters such as a noise value (decibel value), a noise peak value, a noise direction, and a noise frequency.
And the cavity adjusting module 302 is configured to adjust the cavity volume of the electronic muffler to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal.
Based on the above embodiment, the volume of the cavity of the traditional silencer is fixed, so that the traditional silencer cannot achieve a good noise reduction effect on the refrigerant noise generated by the air conditioner outdoor unit under different working conditions.
Based on the technical scheme, the electronic silencer with the adjustable cavity volume is used for reducing noise of the refrigerant under different working conditions.
The electronic muffler can change the cavity volume of the electronic muffler by controlling the position of the baffle plate arranged in the cavity of the muffler.
Specifically, the electronic muffler provided by the invention can be provided with a baffle plate in the cavity of the muffler main body, and the baffle plate is connected with the baffle plate driving device. The baffle driving device is used for driving the baffle to slide back and forth in the cavity. Wherein, the driving mode can be motor driving.
Optionally, the present invention may adjust the cavity volume of the electronic muffler to the target cavity volume according to parameters such as the vibration frequency and the loudness of the current refrigerant noise signal, so that one or more of the parameters meet a preset condition. For example, when the loudness of the current refrigerant noise signal is high, the cavity volume may be changed by adjusting a baffle in the electronic muffler until the loudness drops below a preset value, and the current cavity volume is taken as the target cavity volume.
Alternatively, when the air conditioner starts to operate and the air conditioner outdoor unit starts, the baffle of the electronic silencer can be controlled to sequentially operate to a plurality of positions so as to change the cavity volume of the silencer, for example, K1 and K2 … K10, wherein 10 positions correspond to 10 cavity volumes, and the baffle stays for T time at each position. And simultaneously recording the current noise value of the corresponding current refrigerant noise signal, wherein the current noise value can be recorded as X1 and X2 … X10, and the total number of the 10 values is 10, the lowest value can be obtained according to the 10 values, the cavity volume of the electronic silencer is adjusted to the corresponding state with the minimum current noise value, and the cavity volume in the corresponding state is the target cavity volume.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the sound detection device to detect the real and effective current refrigerant noise signal, the length of the time T may be adaptively set according to the sound detection device.
And the noise reduction module 303 is configured to utilize the electronic muffler to reduce noise of the air conditioner external unit by using a target cavity volume.
The target cavity volume can be determined by adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer for multiple times, and after the target cavity volume is adjusted, the noise of the refrigerant can be reduced when the air conditioner external unit operates.
The invention can reduce the noise of the refrigerant to a level suitable for the life and work of human beings through the electronic silencer. For example, the refrigerant noise can be reduced to below 50 decibels by the electronic silencer, so that a user can obtain good experience.
The invention provides a control device for noise reduction of an air conditioner, which is used for adjusting the cavity volume of an electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to a current refrigerant noise signal generated by an air conditioner external unit during operation, and reducing noise aiming at the refrigerant noise generated under different working conditions by using the electronic silencer, thereby improving the noise reduction pertinence and the noise reduction effect of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that, the control device for noise reduction of an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention may execute the control method for noise reduction of an air conditioner according to any of the above embodiments when the control device is in specific operation, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor can call the computer program in the memory to execute a control method for reducing noise of the air conditioner, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit; adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal; and reducing the noise of the air conditioner external unit by using the electronic silencer according to the target cavity volume.
According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, the cavity volume of the electronic silencer is adjusted to the target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal generated by the air conditioner external unit during operation, and the electronic silencer can be used for reducing noise aiming at the refrigerant noise generated under different working conditions, so that the noise reduction pertinence and the noise reduction effect of the air conditioner are improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)410, a communication Interface 420, a memory (memory)430 and a communication bus 440, wherein the processor 410, the communication Interface 420 and the memory 430 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 440. The processor 410 may call logic instructions in the memory 430 to perform a control method of noise reduction of the air conditioner, the method including: acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit; adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal; and utilizing the electronic silencer to reduce the noise of the air conditioner external unit according to the volume of the target cavity.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 430 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, and various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, enable the computer to execute the method for controlling noise reduction of an air conditioner provided by the above methods, the method comprising: acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit; adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal; and reducing the noise of the air conditioner external unit by using the electronic silencer according to the target cavity volume.
In still another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program being implemented by a processor to perform the method for controlling noise reduction of an air conditioner provided in the above embodiments, the method including: acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit; adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal; and utilizing the electronic silencer to reduce the noise of the air conditioner external unit according to the volume of the target cavity.

Claims (10)

1. A control method for noise reduction of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit;
adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal;
and utilizing the electronic silencer to reduce the noise of the air conditioner external unit according to the volume of the target cavity.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic muffler to the target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal comprises:
and under the condition that the current noise value of the current refrigerant noise signal is smaller than a noise threshold value, keeping the volume of the cavity of the electronic silencer unchanged.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic muffler to the target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal when the current noise value of the current refrigerant noise signal is greater than or equal to the noise threshold value comprises:
step 1: determining the adjustment quantity of the cavity volume according to the difference value of the current noise value of the current refrigerant noise signal and the noise threshold value;
and 2, step: acquiring a real-time refrigerant noise signal after the volume of the cavity is adjusted according to the adjustment quantity, and taking the real-time refrigerant noise signal as a new current refrigerant noise signal;
and step 3: and repeating the step 1 to the step 2 until the current noise value is smaller than the noise threshold value.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic muffler to the target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal when the current noise value of the current refrigerant noise signal after each adjustment is greater than or equal to the noise threshold value comprises:
confirming the volume of the target cavity according to each current noise value;
the target cavity volume is the cavity volume of the electronic silencer when the noise value of the real-time refrigerant noise signal is the minimum value.
5. The method for controlling noise reduction of an air conditioner according to claim 4, further comprising, after the electronic muffler is used to reduce noise of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner by a target cavity volume:
generating a noise reduction signal according to the noise parameter of the current refrigerant noise signal;
and actively reducing the noise of the air conditioner external unit by using the noise reduction signal.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining a current refrigerant noise signal of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises:
acquiring the variable quantity of the operating frequency of an air conditioner external unit;
and acquiring the current refrigerant noise signal under the condition that the operation frequency variation is larger than a preset frequency threshold.
7. The control method of noise reduction of an air conditioner according to claim 5,
the noise reduction signal has the same frequency and opposite phase with the current refrigerant noise signal.
8. A control device for noise reduction of an air conditioner, comprising:
the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a current refrigerant noise signal of an air conditioner outdoor unit;
the cavity adjusting module is used for adjusting the cavity volume of the electronic silencer to a target cavity volume according to the current refrigerant noise signal;
and the noise reduction module is used for reducing noise of the air conditioner external unit by using the electronic silencer according to the target cavity volume.
9. An air conditioner comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the control method for noise reduction of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the control method for noise reduction of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
