Abstract
The invention discloses a novel embossed drain pipe which comprises an embossed leather sleeve, a corrugated inner pipe, a sealing part and a clamping hook, wherein the corrugated inner pipe is arranged in the embossed leather sleeve, and the sealing part is formed outside one end of the corrugated inner pipe through an injection molding process, so that the corrugated inner pipe is embedded in the sealing part for a certain length; the sealing part is partially inserted into the embossing leather sleeve, and the clamping hook is arranged at the part of the sealing part outside the embossing leather sleeve. The invention directly forms the sealing part outside the end part of the corrugated inner pipe through injection molding, so that the sealing part and the corrugated inner pipe are directly connected into a whole, the size consistency of the inner hole of the joint is ensured, the water seepage phenomenon caused by the matching precision is avoided, the requirement on the manufacturing precision is lower, the production cost is favorably reduced, and the problem of difficult assembly is avoided.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a collar 5 is provided on the outer part of the end of the embossed skin sleeve 2 close to the sealing part 4, and may be made of metal, so as to avoid end abrasion on the one hand and to press the sealing part 4 inside on the other hand.
In this embodiment, on one hand, the sealing member 4 is used as a sealing ring, and on the other hand, the sealing member 4 is used as an interface of an external pipe, and the external pipe is inserted into the sealing member 4 during installation and then fixed by the hook 3, thereby completing the assembly. The embossed drainpipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the portion of the sealing member inserted into the embossed leather sleeve is defined as an inner end portion, the portion located outside the embossed leather sleeve is defined as an outer end portion, and a step is provided at the interface between the outer end portion and the inner end portion so that the outer diameter of the outer end portion is larger than that of the inner end portion.
4. The novel embossed drainage pipe as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer end surface is provided with a ring groove, and the hook is embedded in the ring groove.
5. The novel embossed drain pipe according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the sealing part is provided with a limit convex ring.
6. The embossed drain pipe of claim 1 wherein the corrugated inner pipe has at least one peak at the end of the corrugated inner pipe within the sealing member.
7. The novel embossed drain pipe of claim 1 wherein the sealing member has an inner diameter of 16.4 mm.
8. A novel embossed drainage pipe as claimed in claim 1 or 7 wherein the sealing member is made of elastic material, and the elastic range of the inner diameter of the sealing member is ± 2 mm.
9. The embossed drain pipe of claim 1 wherein the embossed leather sleeve is externally provided with a collar at an end adjacent to the sealing member.
