Detailed Description
The technical scheme is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a door lock switch 100 for a vehicle door is provided. The door lock switch 100 includes a striker 1 and a sleeve 2. The sleeve 2 may be formed in a thin-walled cylindrical shape, a semi-cylindrical shape, or the like. The sleeve 2 can cover part of the lock catch 1, and the sleeve 2 can be arranged outside the lock catch 1 or inside the lock catch 1. As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present application takes the case that the sleeve 2 is disposed outside the buckle 1. The sleeve 2 extends along the length direction of the vehicle body, and can be parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the vehicle body or form a certain included angle. By rotating the sleeve 2 left and right in the vehicle body width direction, the rotational movement of the sleeve 2 can be converted into the movement of the striker 1 in the rotational axial direction by the sliding connection of the sleeve 2 with the striker 1, as shown in fig. 3.
A dial (not shown) may be provided on the outer wall of the sleeve 2, which can be operated by a user to effect a rotational movement of the sleeve 2. The poking part can be of a poking rod shape or a plurality of convex points and the like. The dial portion may be partially surface-treated to obtain a high quality of perception, for example, by vapor deposition or in-mold transfer. When the door lock switch 100 is assembled to the entire vehicle, the environmental elements only need to expose a partial area of the sleeve 2 for manual operation, or only expose the toggle portion, so that damage to the entire shape can be effectively reduced.
The shackle 1 may be arranged in a stepped manner as shown in figures 1 and 2. The latch 1 includes a housing 11 and a mounting portion 12 at one end of the housing 11. The housing 11 may be provided in a thin-walled cylindrical shape or the like. The mounting portion 12 may be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or the like. The mounting portion 12 may also be provided on an outer wall of the housing 11. Taking the example of the mounting portion 12 being disposed at one end of the housing 11, the mounting portion 12 and the housing 11 are both provided with chambers extending along the long axis direction of the latch 1, the housing 11 is provided with an inlet 111 at one end away from the mounting portion 12, and the mounting portion 12 is provided with an outlet 121 at one end away from the housing 11. One end of the door lock pulling wire 200 enters the chamber from the inlet 111 and passes out from the outlet 121, and the other end of the door lock pulling wire 200 is clamped in the chamber, so that the door lock pulling wire 200 is installed. A slot (not shown) may also be provided at the end of the mounting portion 12 remote from the housing 11 to allow the end of the door lock cable 200 to be snapped into the slot. Here, a specific connection mode of the door lock wire 200 and the mounting portion 12 is not limited.
When a user rotates the sleeve-shaped object 2, the sleeve-shaped object 2 is in sliding fit with the lock catch 1, the self rotating motion is converted into the axial movement of the lock catch 1, the lock catch 1 moves to drive the door lock pull wire 200 to move, and the locking or unlocking of the vehicle door can be realized. This door lock switch 100 establishes complex hasp 1 and cover form thing 2 through setting up the cover, has simplified the holistic project organization of current door lock switch, has reduced current door lock switch to the demand of arranging the space, has also provided a novel lock unblock operation mode, promotes the market competition of whole car.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the sleeve 2 may be sleeved outside the latch 1. The sleeve 2 is provided with a cavity with a certain space, into which cavity the housing 11 of the catch 1 can be inserted into the sleeve 2. The mounting portion 12 is located outside the chamber of the sleeve 2. A protrusion may be provided on the housing 11 or the sleeve 2, and a guide groove slidably engaged with the protrusion may be provided on the other member to convert the rotational movement of the sleeve 2 into the movement of the striker 1, so as to lock or unlock the door lock cable 200. In the embodiment of the present application, the detailed description of the technical solution will be made by taking an example in which the projection 21 is provided on the sleeve 2 and the guide groove 112 is provided on the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide groove 112 penetrates one end surface of the housing 11 and extends in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the housing 11. The guide groove 112 is arcuate as shown, and may be arranged to extend in a positive or negative helix. The protrusions 21 are provided on the inner wall of the sleeve 2, and the protrusions 21 may be provided as regular cylinders or the like. The protrusions 21 may be arranged to telescope a distance into the wall of the sleeve 2. During assembly, the sleeve 2 is first inserted into the housing 11 for a certain distance, so that the protrusion 21 starts to enter the guide groove 112 along the guide of the guide groove 112 along one end of the guide groove 112 (the guide groove 112 penetrates the end surface of the housing 11, i.e. the entrance of the mounting protrusion 21 is formed), as shown in fig. 2. When the user rotates the sleeve 2, the protrusion 21 rotates to move the housing 11, and the latch 1 moves in the direction shown by the arrow in fig. 3. The lock catch 1 moves to drive the door lock stay wire 200 to move, and the door is unlocked. The locking of the door may also be set with reference to an unlocking operation, which is not described herein again.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the door lock switch 100 is further provided with an elastic member 3. The elastic member 3 may be a spring, and the number may be one or two, etc. One end of the elastic member 3 is connected to the latch 1, and the other end is connected to the sleeve 2, for example, hooks (not shown) may be disposed at two ends of the elastic member 3, and a hanging ring (not shown) may be disposed at a region where the latch 1 and the sleeve 2 are engaged, so as to connect the two components. The elastic member 3 may be in tension or in compression when rotating the sleeve 2. Two elastic members 3 may be disposed along the rotation axis of the sleeve 2, and when the sleeve 2 is rotated, one elastic member 3 is compressed and the other elastic member 3 is pulled, so as to increase the speed of the reset and shorten the reset period. After the user releases his hand, the latch 1 and the sleeve 2 are restored by the restoring force of the elastic member 3. The lock catch 1 and the sleeve-shaped object 2 can reset to drive the door lock stay wire 200 to lock, and the automatic reset of the door lock is realized. Through setting up elastic component 3 with the degree of automation that improves door lock switch 100, reduce the manual operation volume, promote the perception quality.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic member 3 may be placed in the receiving cavity 113 of the housing 11. The cavity in the housing 11 is the accommodating cavity 113, and the accommodating cavity 113 may be a component of a cavity in which the mounting portion 12 and the housing 11 extend along the long axis direction of the latch 1, or may be independent cavities, that is, the mounting cavity of the door lock cable 200 and the accommodating cavity 113 are independent from each other. In the embodiment of the present application, the accommodation chamber 113 is disposed to be shared with a portion of the installation chamber of the door lock wire 200.
A mounting hole, namely an inlet 111, communicating with the accommodating cavity 113 is formed at one end of the housing 11, the elastic element 3 is mounted into the accommodating cavity 113 through the mounting hole, one end of the elastic element 3 can abut against the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 113, the protrusion 21 of the sleeve 2 is sleeved outside the housing 11 along the guide groove 112, and the other end of the elastic element 3 abuts against the sleeve 2 (which may abut against the bottom wall of the cavity of the sleeve 2 or a structural feature provided by the sleeve 2 and matched with the sleeve 2). The wall of the accommodating cavity 113 can provide a certain guiding function for the elastic element 3, so as to effectively ensure the smoothness of the movement of the elastic element 3. The elastic member 3 is disposed to abut against the latch 1 and the sleeve 2, so that the matching structure of the elastic member 3 with the latch 1 and the sleeve 2 can be effectively simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the whole door lock switch 100 can be reduced.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the door lock switch 100 further includes a mount 4. The mount 4 may be configured to include a fitting portion 41 and a fixing portion 42. The fitting portion 41 may be designed as a groove having an opening, and the cross section of the groove may be configured as a U-shape. Both the shackle 1 and the sleeve 2 are fitted into the recess. A through hole 411 may be formed on one side wall forming the groove, so that the mounting portion 12 of the latch 1 extends from the through hole 411 to the outside of the groove, and then the door lock wire 200 is hung on the mounting portion 12, and the through hole 411 may provide support for the latch 1 and may also provide a certain guide for the movement thereof, which helps to ensure the smoothness of the reciprocating movement of the latch 1. The via 411 is not limited to a circular hole, and may be a semicircular hole. After the lock catch 1 and the sleeve-shaped object 2 are installed in place, the sleeve-shaped object 2 can exceed the surface of the groove by a certain height, so that the assembly at the later stage is facilitated. The sleeve-shaped object 2 is partially higher than the surface of the part to be installed, so that the sleeve-shaped object can be easily identified, and the operation convenience is improved. The sleeve 2 may be configured as a partial cylinder or the like according to the angular range in which the sleeve 2 is rotated, so as to reduce the weight of the product. A movement gap is reserved between the sleeve-shaped object 2 and the inner wall of the groove, so that the hand feeling of operation is prevented from being influenced, or functional failure is avoided.
The fixing portion 42 may be disposed at the peripheral edge of the engaging portion 41, or may be disposed only on one side of the engaging portion 41, as shown in fig. 1, and the fixing portion 42 is disposed only on the lower side of the engaging portion 41. The engaging portion 41 and the fixing portion 42 may be integrally formed, for example, made of plastic and formed by injection molding. The fixing portion 42 is provided with a fixing hole 421, and the plurality of fixing holes 421 form an installation structure for installing the door lock switch 100, and the door lock switch 100 is detachably assembled by bolts. The fixing hole 421 may be a through hole or a screw hole. The mounting structure for mounting the door lock switch 100 is not limited to the screw connection method with the fixing hole 421, but may be a snap connection method, or may be a welding method by which the door lock switch 100 is assembled to the component to be assembled by welding by providing a welding rib. Through setting up grooved mount pad 4 to realize the assembly that integrates of hasp 1 and cover form thing 2, improve door lock switch 100's modular design, improve the packaging efficiency.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, there is a space left in the recess of the mounting seat 4, i.e. the latch 1 and the sleeve 2 do not fill the inner space of the recess. The left space in the groove forms a hand operation space, so that a user can conveniently pull the vehicle door by hands to realize the door closing operation in the vehicle. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the groove is adjacent to a side wall of the vehicle interior to form a part of a hand manipulation space into which a user can put his hand when closing the door to pull the side wall of the groove to perform the door closing operation. The side wall pulled by the user may be a rectangular plate as shown in fig. 4, or may be a separate structural feature disposed in the groove for hand grasping, such as an arc-shaped plate. The structural characteristics for holding can be locally surface-treated, so that the holding requirement is met, and meanwhile, the appearance is high. The local structure of utilizing the recess has replaced the box of detaining the hand of traditional structure in the current vehicle, reduces part quantity on the whole, promotes figurative succinct, has also reduced the manufacturing cost that the product is synthesized.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the door lock switch 100 further includes a micro switch 5. The microswitch 5 can be mounted on the latch 1, or on the sleeve 2, or on the mounting 4, etc. The integration and modularization of the door lock switch 100 can be improved by mounting the micro switch 5 on the latch 1 or the sleeve 2. The microswitch 5 is a conventional mature functional module, and has a minute contact interval and a snap action mechanism, and a contact mechanism for performing a switching operation with a predetermined stroke and a predetermined force, and has advantages such as a small operation stroke and high sensitivity. The microswitch 5 works on the principle that external mechanical force acts on the action reed through a transmission element (which can be a button or a roller and the like), and when the action reed moves to a critical point, instantaneous action is generated, so that a movable contact at the tail end of the action reed is quickly connected with or disconnected from a fixed contact. When the acting force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed generates reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is instantly finished.
The trigger of the microswitch 5 is achieved by providing a drive part (not shown) on the latch 1 or the sleeve 2, through which external mechanical force is transmitted. The driving portion may be a protrusion or a depression provided on the latch 1 or the sleeve 2. When the sleeve-shaped object 2 rotates, the driving part arranged on the sleeve-shaped object 2 can be driven, or the driving part arranged on the lock catch 1 can be driven to move so as to realize the triggering of the micro switch 5.
The trigger of the drive part to the microswitch 5 is designed to be prior to the action of the door lock pull wire 200, namely when a user rotates the sleeve-shaped object 2, the microswitch 5 is triggered to unlock the vehicle door, and then the lock catch 1 moves to drive the door lock pull wire 200 to act. By integrating the microswitch 5 in the vehicle door lock switch 100, the unlocking operation hand feeling is optimized, the sensing quality of the whole vehicle is improved, and the market competitiveness is improved.
A certain movement interval can be set between the action of triggering the microswitch 5 and driving the door lock stay wire 200, or the action of triggering the microswitch 5 and driving the door lock stay wire 200 is fed back to the reverse acting force of different levels of the user, so as to achieve the purpose of reminding the user, avoid over-operation, cause unnecessary damage to the product and prolong the normal service life of the product. The microswitch 5 and the door lock pull wire 200 realize two operation modes of an electronic lock and a mechanical lock of the vehicle door, so that after the microswitch 5 fails, a user can normally unlock the vehicle door through the door lock pull wire 200, the service life of the normal use of an unlocking function is prolonged, and the damage to the user caused by the abnormal unlocking is avoided.
