In one embodiment, the thickness of the stainless steel plate ranges from 2mm to 5mm, i.e., the thickness of the stainless steel plate can be made 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, etc. Since the thickness of the stainless steel plate cannot be too thick, the cost performance is poor, and too thin can cause bending resilience to be difficult to control.
In the present application, the forming method of the curved surface forming device 1 applied to the stainless steel plate may be roll bending forming, forging forming, and multi-point non-mold forming.
In one embodiment, a plurality of mounting holes are distributed on the first bonding plate 111, the mounting holes are sequentially distributed at intervals along the length extending direction of the first bonding plate 111, and the first bonding plate 111 is connected with the stainless steel plate 2 through the welding nails 3. On the other hand, the welding of the welding nails 3 is locked relative to the screws, so that the front surface of the stainless steel plate 2 is attractive in appearance, and the welding nails 3 cannot penetrate through the stainless steel plate 2. It is to be understood that, in other embodiments of the present application, the stainless steel plate 2 and the first bonding plate 111 may be connected by welding or screw locking, where the conditions allow, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

After assembly, the exterior wall trim structure may be transported entirely to the worksite for installation on the exterior wall.

the first shaping piece is of a strip-shaped structure, the first shaping piece comprises two first side plates, the two first side plates are respectively an inner side plate and an outer side plate, and the inner side plate and the outer side plate are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the first bonding plate;
the inner side plates of the first shaping pieces are sequentially and fixedly connected end to end, and the outer side plates of the first shaping pieces are sequentially and fixedly connected end to end;
the curved surface shaping device of the stainless steel plate further comprises at least one second shaping piece;
the second shaping piece is connected between the two first shaping pieces which are oppositely arranged;
or, the second shaping piece is connected to the diagonal position of each first shaping piece;
the second shaping piece comprises a second attaching plate and at least two second side plates, the at least two second side plates are respectively attached and fixed to the back face of the second attaching plate, and the front face of the second attaching plate is arranged to be attached and connected with the curved surface of the corresponding position of the stainless steel plate.

The apparatus for shaping a curved surface of a stainless steel plate according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface profile of the outer side plate is configured to be matched with the outer surface profile of the corresponding first bonding plate; the outline of the outer surface of each outer side plate is matched with the outline of the outer side surface of the corresponding position of the stainless steel plate.
3. The apparatus for shaping a curved surface of a stainless steel plate according to claim 1, wherein the first side plate is bonded to the curved surface of the first bonding plate and welded.

The exterior wall decoration structure comprises a stainless steel plate and is characterized by further comprising the curved surface shaping device of the stainless steel plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the front surface of each first bonding plate is respectively bonded and fixed at a peripheral edge position of the stainless steel plate so as to shape the edge of the stainless steel plate.
5. The exterior wall decorating structure of claim 4, wherein the stainless steel plate is a stainless steel plate, and the thickness of the stainless steel plate ranges from 2mm to 5mm.
