Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to polyurethane glue and leather prepared from the same, wherein the leather can be applied to interior materials of automobiles.
Background
Leather is widely used as a surface finishing material in many fields, for example, in the automotive field, and is used as an interior material of automobiles, and is often used for door panels, seats, instrument panels, and the like of automobiles. Unpleasant odor is the most serious problem with current market feedback on automotive interior materials, and therefore, more and more automotive host plants are raising odor standards for automotive leather, such as thomler and the public. When the leather is applied to parts such as automobile seats and the like, the leather is often in a dynamic flexing-resistant process, and particularly in cold winter, the leather is easy to crack, so that the flexing-resistant test under the low-temperature condition can be met, and the method is a research hotspot of the whole automobile interior decoration industry at present. Taking a polyvinyl chloride artificial leather (hereinafter referred to as a PVC artificial leather) as an example, the conventional PVC artificial leather includes a surface paint layer, a PVC skin layer, a PVC foam layer, a PVC glue layer and a bottom base fabric layer, and has a high smell, a hard hand feeling, and a poor low-temperature flex resistance (ballyflex).
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a new technical solution to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the polyurethane glue and the leather prepared from the same are provided, and the leather has the advantages of low odor grade, soft hand feeling and good low-temperature flexing resistance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention can adopt the following technical scheme: a polyurethane glue comprises a waterborne polyurethane dispersoid with a glass transition temperature of-30 to-10 ℃, a curing agent and water.
In the present invention, the glass transition temperature of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion may be-30 degrees, -29 degrees, -28 degrees, -27 degrees, -26 degrees, -25 degrees, -24 degrees, -23 degrees, -22 degrees, -21 degrees, -20 degrees, -19 degrees, -18 degrees, -17 degrees, -16 degrees, -15 degrees, -14 degrees, -13 degrees, -12 degrees, -11 degrees, -10 degrees or a temperature in the range between any two of these temperatures, preferably-25 degrees to-15 degrees.
The polyurethane glue comprises, by total weight of 100 parts, 50-60 parts of an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, 30-48 parts of water, 1-5 parts of a curing agent, 0-5 parts of a leveling aid, 0-3 parts of a rheological aid, 0-2 parts of a defoaming agent and 0-2 parts of a pH regulator.
In the present invention, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is preferably a polycarbon polyurethane dispersion or a polyester polyurethane dispersion. The particle size of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is preferably less than 100nm, and if the particle size of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is selected to be too large, the adhesive property of the surface treatment agent is affected.
In the invention, the components of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprise polyurethane resin, water and an auxiliary agent, and the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is 30-50%. The water in the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is preferably deionized water, and the auxiliary agent can be a preservative or the like.
The aqueous polyurethane dispersion may be used in an amount of 50 parts, 51 parts, 52 parts, 53 parts, 54 parts, 55 parts, 56 parts, 57 parts, 58 parts, 59 parts, 60 parts, or a part in a range between any two of these parts, based on 100 parts by weight of the total polyurethane cement.
The water in the polyurethane glue is preferably deionized water, and the amount of the water is 30 parts, 32 parts, 34 parts, 36 parts, 38 parts, 40 parts, 42 parts, 44 parts, 46 parts, 48 parts or the parts in the range between any two parts based on 100 parts of the total weight of the polyurethane glue.
The curing agent serves to enhance the bonding of the polyurethane glue, crosslinking a portion of the polyurethane unblocked groups, such as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups. The curing agent may be selected from isocyanate-based curing agents, carbodiimide curing agents, and the like. The curing agent is used in an amount of 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, or in a range between any two of these parts, based on 100 parts of the total weight of the polyurethane glue.
The leveling auxiliary agent is used for wetting and leveling, so that the polyurethane glue can be uniformly paved on the surface layer of the leather. The leveling auxiliary agent can be added or not added according to specific application requirements, and when the surface tension of the surface layer is too small, the leveling auxiliary agent needs to be added to reduce the surface tension of the glue, so that the surface tension is smaller than that of the surface layer, and the glue is well spread. The leveling auxiliary agent can be selected from fluorine modified acrylic esters, alkynediol and organic silicon. The leveling aid may be used in an amount of 0 part, 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, or in a range between any two of these parts, based on 100 parts of the total weight of the polyurethane glue.
The rheological additive is used for adjusting the viscosity of the polyurethane glue, and an acrylate leveling additive can be selected and added or not added according to actual application. The rheological aid is used in an amount of 0 part, 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts or in a range between any two of the parts, based on 100 parts of the total weight of the polyurethane glue.
The defoaming agent is used for eliminating bubbles and is mainly used in a glue formula for generating bubbles. The amount of the defoamer is 0 part, 1 part, 2 parts or a part ranging between any two of the parts, based on 100 parts of the total weight of the polyurethane glue.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention can also adopt the following technical scheme: the leather comprises an epidermal layer, a base cloth layer and a glue layer positioned between the epidermal layer and the base cloth layer, wherein the glue layer is prepared from the polyurethane glue.
In the present invention, the skin layer is a PVC skin layer or a TPO skin layer or a PU skin layer.
In the invention, the base cloth layer is provided with a hydrophobic layer on one side bonded with the glue layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the polyurethane glue prepared by selecting the aqueous polyurethane dispersoid with a specific glass transition temperature as the raw material of the glue is used for the leather adhesive, so that the odor grade of the leather can be effectively reduced, the softness of the leather can be improved, and the low-temperature flexing resistance of the leather can be improved.
