Abstract
The invention discloses an OCA optical adhesive tape, which relates to the technical field of OCA adhesive tapes and consists of a release film layer A, a low-viscosity silica gel layer, a PVB resin layer, a high-viscosity optical adhesive layer and a release film layer B from bottom to top in sequence, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: coating the sizing material of the low-viscosity silica gel layer on the release film layer A, and performing thermosetting treatment; adding ethanol into PVB resin to prepare PVB solution, coating the PVB solution on a low-viscosity silica gel layer, and heating and curing; coating the sizing material of the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer on the PVB resin layer, and carrying out UV (ultraviolet) curing treatment; and (4) pasting the release film layer B on the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer. According to the invention, the low-viscosity silica gel layer and the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer are formed on the release film layer by sequentially adopting a thermal curing method and an ultraviolet curing method, and the low-viscosity silica gel layer and the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer which cannot be directly bonded are bonded together by adopting PVB resin as a special adhesive, so that the obtained OCA optical adhesive tape has no intermediate base material, high light transmittance and good optical unlocking and ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the market of mobile phones tends to be subdivided and personalized, full-screen and curved-surface screens become the standard of flagship models of mobile phone manufacturers, and the after-sale market of the mobile phones, such as the whole screen saver industry, also faces many demands and challenges due to the vigorous development of the mobile phone industry.
The traditional industrial double-sided adhesive tape is widely applied as the adhesion between electronic and electric components such as a touch screen of a mobile phone, and brings revolutionary leap for the electronic and electric industry. Wherein, the AB glue is prepared by taking PET as an intermediate substrate, coating OCA optical glue on one surface and coating silica gel on the other surface. Compared with AB glue in the prior art, the OCA optical adhesive tape has no intermediate base material, high light transmittance, good optical unlocking and ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking, no irritation to human skin, no toxicity, and good wear resistance and weather resistance.

Example 1
The OCA optical adhesive tape provided by the invention sequentially consists of a release film layer A, a low-viscosity silica gel layer, a PVB resin layer, a high-viscosity optical adhesive layer and a release film layer B from bottom to top; the thicknesses of the layers were 25 μm, 20 μm, 10 μm, 20 μm, and 25 μm in this order.
The PVB resin layer is prepared from PVB resin TB-05, and the performance parameters are as follows: the tensile strength is more than 20Mpa, the elongation at break is 5-20%, the light transmittance is more than 90%, the haze is less than 1%, and the temperature resistance is below 180 ℃ and does not bend for 5 min.
The sizing material of the low-viscosity silica gel layer comprises the following raw materials: low viscosity silica gel, cross-linking agent (H-165), inhibitor, catalyst and solvent; wherein the low-viscosity silica gel is a mixture of silicone rubber and silicone resin, and the solvent is a mixture of ethyl acetate and toluene. The mirror steel plate viscosity of the low-viscosity silica gel layer is 0-50 g/in, the release force of the release film layer A is 1-20 g/in, and the release force of the release film A and the low-viscosity silica gel layer is 10-20 g/in.
The sizing material of the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer comprises the following raw materials: acrylic polyurethane system, solvent-free diluent, photoinitiator, diluent monomer and auxiliary agent. s3, coating the sizing material of the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer on the PVB resin layer, and carrying out UV (ultraviolet) curing treatment, wherein the curing strength is 30%;
and S4, pasting the release film layer B on the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer to obtain the optical adhesive.
Example 2
The OCA optical adhesive tape provided by the invention sequentially consists of a release film layer A, a low-viscosity silica gel layer, a PVB resin layer, a high-viscosity optical adhesive layer and a release film layer B from bottom to top; the thicknesses of the layers were 50 μm, 30 μm, 20 μm, 30 μm, and 50 μm in this order.

and S4, pasting the release film layer B on the high-viscosity optical adhesive layer to obtain the optical adhesive.
Example 3
The OCA optical adhesive tape provided by the invention sequentially consists of a release film layer A, a low-viscosity silica gel layer, a PVB resin layer, a high-viscosity optical adhesive layer and a release film layer B from bottom to top; the thicknesses of the layers were 75 μm, 50 μm, 30 μm, 50 μm, and 75 μm in this order.
