As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the ink in the ink reservoir 122a may sequentially enter the ink cartridge 110 through the ink outlet passage 122c and the ink inlet assembly 113 to provide ink to the ink cartridge 110.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the support portion 122b is located at the top of the ink reservoir 122a on the side toward the ink inlet assembly 113. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, when the ink bag 120 is inserted into the ink cartridge 110 to form a closed space, there are changes in temperature and pressure in the daily environment, and when the customer inserts the ink bag 120 at a low temperature and the temperature rises, air in the ink cartridge 110 expands and is reversely introduced into the ink reservoir 122a through the ink cartridge 110, and when the temperature falls, air in the ink reservoir 122a is discharged into the ink cartridge 110. On the contrary, when the customer temperature is high, the ink bag 120 is inserted, and when the temperature is low, the air in the ink cartridge 110 is contracted, the ink in the ink reservoir 122a is discharged into the ink cartridge 110, and when the temperature is raised again, the air is discharged into the ink reservoir 122a, and the process is repeated. The first ink outlet passage 122c1 is disposed obliquely above the ink bag main body 122, that is, the ink enters the ink cartridge 110 obliquely from the upper side of the ink reservoir 122a, which reduces the air circulating between the ink cartridge 110 and the ink bag 120, thereby preventing the ink cartridge 110 from leaking ink due to sucking too much ink. That is, the first ink outlet passage 122c1 not only draws out the ink in the ink reservoir 122a, but also reduces the air circulating between the ink cartridge 110 and the ink bag 120, thereby preventing the ink cartridge 110 from leaking ink due to excessive ink suction.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the included angle between the first ink outlet channel 122c1 and the second ink outlet channel 122c2 is an obtuse angle. It is further preferable that the included angle between first ink outlet channels 122c1 and second ink outlet channels 122c2 range from 95 ° to 160 °. That is, the first ink outlet passage 122c1 is provided obliquely above the ink bag main body 122. The first sealing plug 123 seals the ink bag main body 122, in this embodiment, the first sealing plug 123 is made of rubber material, and other materials may also be used, and this embodiment is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 8, a first end of the ink needle 113b communicates with the ink outlet passage 122c through the first sealing plug 123, and a second end of the ink needle 113b is inserted into the sleeve 113 a. The insertion of the second end of the ink needle 113b into the sleeve 113a prevents a user from contacting the ink needle and being injured when using the ink needle. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the ink needle 113b and the sleeve 113a may be connected and sealed by dispensing, as shown in fig. 2, the sleeve 113a and the ink cartridge main body 112 may also be connected by dispensing, and of course, other methods may be adopted for connection, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, the ink needle 113b includes an ink ejection hole 113b1, and the ink ejection hole 113b1 is disposed at a first end of the ink needle 113b, that is, the ink ejection hole 113b1 is disposed at an end of the ink needle 113b facing the ink bag 120. The ink ejection hole 113b1 functions as an ink flow path, that is, ink in the ink bag main body 122 enters the ink needle 113b through the ink ejection hole 113b1, and further enters the cartridge main body 112.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the ink cartridge 110 further includes a cartridge cover 114, a sponge 115, a filter screen 116, and a second sealing plug 117.
The ink box cover 114 is covered on the ink box main body 112, a through hole 114a is arranged on the ink box cover 114, and a second sealing plug 117 is hermetically arranged on the through hole 114 a. Before the ink is filled, the through hole 114a is opened, and after the ink is filled in the ink cartridge 110, the second sealing plug 117 is plugged into the through hole 114a, so that the ink cartridge main body 112 is in a sealed environment. In this embodiment, the ink cartridge main body 112 and the ink cartridge cover 114 may be connected by ultrasonic welding or dispensing, or may be connected in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The sponge 115 is arranged in the ink box main body 112, and the filter screen 116 is arranged on the side of the sponge 115, which faces away from the ink box cover 114. The sponge 115 has, on the one hand, the function of absorbing and retaining the ink, i.e. the sponge 115 stores a small amount of ink, and, on the other hand, the function of generating a negative pressure when a portion of the ink in the cartridge is used up.
